Pandangan Jual Beli Kotoran Hewan Ternak Bagi Para Ulama
Jual beli merupakan kegiatan muamalah individu yang dilakukan guna memenuhi kebutuhan kita. Pandangan para ulama berbeda dengan kita mengenai hukum jual beli kotoran hewan ternak. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan agar bisa memahami bagaimana pendapat ulama mengenai kotoran hewan ternak yang diperjual belikan. Metode penulisan artikel ini yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu bersumber dari beberapa jurnal dan buku yang berkaitan dengan permasalaham yang dibahas. Hasil dari artikel ini yaitu menurut para ulama madzhab hanafi dan madzhab maliki jual beli najis diperbolehkan karena bisa dimafaatkan. Akan tetapi menurut pendapat pengikut madzhab hanafi yaitu masyhur, madzhab hambali, dan madzhab syafi’i melakukan penjualan semua benda yang mengandung unsur najis itu tidaklah diperbolehkan, karena suatu barang boleh dijual tergantung pada bersihnya dari barang tersebut. Disini penulis mengambil pendapat yang paling terkuat dalam analisis pelaksanaan jual beli kotoran hewan ternak yang mana itu pendapat ulama yang memperbolehkan jual beli kotoran hewan ternak sebab lebih banyak kegunaan dan juga yang mana jual beli itu pastinya telah memenuhi rukun dan syarat sah nya jual beli
HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DAN RESILIENSI TERHADAP TINGKAT KECEMASAN PADA PASIEN KANKER YANG MENJALANI KEMOTERAPI DI RSUD DR. (H.C) IR. SOEKARNO PROVINSI BANGKA BELITUNG TAHUN 2024
Kemoterapi merupakan metode pengobatan kanker yang bertujuan untuk membasmi sel-sel kanker untuk mengatasi, mengendalikan, dan meredakan gejala penyakit. Namun ada beberapa efek samping yang dirasakan pasien kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi sehingga sebagian pasien yang menjalani kemoterapi diliputi rasa cemas. Ada dua hal yang memengaruhi rasa cemas, yaitu dukungan keluarga dan resiliensi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menerapkan pendekatan cross sectional. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 99 responden. Analisa data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pasien kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi memiliki dukungan keluarga tinggi dengan presentasi (54,5%), resiliensi yang dimiliki pasien kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi tergolong sedang dengan presentasi (58,6%), dan tingkat kecemasan yang dimiliki pasien kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi tergolong sedang dengan presentasi (56,6%). Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa adanya hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dan resiliensi terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada pasien kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < α = 0,005. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dan resiliensi terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada pasien kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi di RSUD Dr. (H.C) Ir. Soekarno Provinsi Bangka Belitung Tahun 2024
Perencanaan Strategi dan Program Pemasaran Global
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perencanaan strategi dan program pemasaran global, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan praktik pemasaran global, serta memberikan masukan bagi perusahaan-perusahaan yang ingin memasuki atau mengembangkan pasar global. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi literatur yaitu mengumpulkan dan menganalisis berbagai sumber informasi yang relevan dengan topik penelitian, seperti jurnal, buku, artikel, dan laporan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu strategi itu tidak selalu berbicara tentang menjual atau mempromosikan produk bisnis di negara lain, tetapi juga harus dioptimalkan dalam melakukan pemasaran global. Strategi pemasaran suatu perusahaan merupakan tugas manajerial yang memerlukan persiapan yang matang. Serupa dengan hal ini, perusahaan tidak dapat secara langsung mengiklankan barang atau usahanya ke luar negeri melalui pemasaran global
Increasing Marketing (Distribution) Of Isal Cookies Msmes Products Using The Whatsapp Application
Marketing development is one of the main challenges faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in improving competitiveness and reaching a wider market. The article used a situational approach from a community service program, which aims to improve the marketing and distribution of Isal Cookies MSMEs products through the use of the WhatsApp application. The strategy used by the author is the data collection method, which is to collect information from the population and samples that have been selected directly. Through hands-on training and mentoring, this program helps businesses understand and optimize the use of WhatsApp Business as an effective marketing tool. These activities include setting up business profiles, managing product catalogs, and communication strategies with customers. The results of this activity show that the utilization of WhatsApp Business can improve marketing efficiency and product distribution, as well as expand market reach. This approach is expected to be a model that can be adopted by other MSMEs to utilize technology to improve their business performance
The Influence of Consumer Knowledge and Product Quality Perception on Korean Beauty Product Purchase Decisions
This study examines the relationship between the foreign brand halo effect and beauty consciousness on self-brand connection in beauty consumption. The research also investigates the moderating role of age in this relationship. Data were collected through an online survey focusing on two beauty brands from South Korea (K-beauty). The results of this study contribute to the literature on consumer-brand relationships and international marketing. There were no differences between young adult female consumers and more mature adult female consumers in the influence of beauty consciousness on self-brand connection. However, there were substantial differences between the two consumer groups in the influence of the foreign brand halo effect on self-brand connection. Additionally, the halo effect showed the greatest impact on the willingness to pay more. Consumers are also willing to pay more for brands from countries with a positive image.
A scalable and chemical-free strategy for antifouling ultrafiltration PVDF membranes via hydrophilic macromolecular surface modification
Fouling is a major challenge in oily wastewater treatment, leading to increased operational costs and reduced membrane performance. This study aims to develop a modified PVDF ultrafiltration (UF) membrane with enhanced antifouling properties using hydrophilic surface-modifying macromolecules (LSMMs) through a simple blending and phase inversion process. PVDF membranes were fabricated by incorporating LSMMs into the dope solution. During phase inversion, LSMMs spontaneously migrated to the membrane-air interface, forming a stable hydrophilic and negatively charged surface layer. The membranes were characterized for their permeability, oil rejection, antifouling performance, and long-term stability under continuous operation. The optimized L0.50 T-PVDF membrane exhibited a 58% increase in pure water flux (880 L m−2 h−1) and 99.9% oil rejection. Irreversible fouling was eliminated (Rir = 0%), with a 100% flux recovery ratio (FRR) sustained over five cleaning cycles. Continuous 24 h filtration maintained a stable permeate flux of 775 L m−2 h−1, indicating excellent durability. LSMM-induced surface modification effectively mitigates membrane fouling by preventing pore blockage and foulant adhesion, eliminating the need for chemical cleaning. This approach offers a sustainable, scalable, and cost-effective solution for industrial oily wastewater treatment. Physicochemical Properties and Photodegradation and Separation Performance of Translucent Hollow Fiber Polyvinylidene Fluoride: Effect of Hydrophilic Surface Modifying Macromolecules Loading
Oil produced water (OPW) is a significant waste product of oil and gas industry, with varying composition depending on location and age. Although membrane separation is effective for treating OPW, its susceptibility to severe fouling and limited options for addressing fouling require urgent technological advancements. To address this challenge, present study successfully designed a novel membrane material that exhibits promising potential. Translucent hollow fiber polyvinylidene fluoride (T-PVDF) photocatalytic membrane was fabricated. Hollow nanofiber graphitic carbon nitride (HCN) was immobilized into the T-PVDF membrane via blending method. Hydrophilic surface modifying macromolecules (LSMM) at 0.25 wt. %, 0.50 wt. % and 0.75 wt. % loading helped producing non-delaminated T-PVDF photocatalytic membrane by adjusting the dispersion HCN in the membrane structure. The translucency of LSMM membranes were recorded more than 80° where the translucency decreases upon increase in loading of LSMM owing to the nature of LSMM which resulted in the degradation efficiency of the immobilized HCN to 90.0%. Owing to its non-delaminated morphology, the pure water flux (PWF), permeate flux (PF) and rejection with and without visible light irradiation is high. Among the LSMM membranes, T2-PVDF membrane showed the best performance with 770 L.m-2.h, 520 L.m-2.h and 97% for PWF, PF and rejection without visible light irradiation, respectively. Under visible light irradiation, the PWF, PF and rejection for the similar membrane has increased and recorded to be 890 L.m-2.h, 850 L.m-2.h and 99.0%, respectively.
