PELAKSANAAN PEMERIKSAAN PENGGABUNGAN GUGATAN GANTI KERUGIAN DALAM PERKARA PIDANA DI PENGADILAN NEGERI KELAS IB BUKITTINGGI
Pada hakekatnya ganti kerugian merupakan perkara perdata. Tetapi, setelah
berlakunya Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Acara Pidana (KUHAP), ganti kerugian dapat
dilakukan bersamaan dengan proses pidana. Meskipun penggabungan gugatan ganti kerugian
dalam perkara pidana ini telah diatur didalam KUHAP, akan tetapi hal ini jarang ditemukan
didalam penuntutan dipengadilan. Penelitian ini diajukan untuk menjawab 3 (tiga)
permasalahan terkait pelaksanaan penggabungan perkara gugatan ganti kerugian (1)
bagaimanakah pelaksanaan pemeriksaan penggabungan gugatan ganti kerugian dalam
perkara pidana di Pengadilan Negeri Kelas I B Bukittinggi; (2) apa sajakah yang menjadi
pertimbangan hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan ganti kerugian yang digabungkan dalam
perkara pidana di Pengadilan Negeri Kelas I B Bukittinggi; (3) apa sajakah kendala dalam
pelaksanaan pemeriksaan penggabungan gugatan ganti kerugian dalam perkara pidana di
Pengadilan Negeri Kelas I B Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum yuridis
sosiologis yang menggunakan pendekatan kasus dan pendekatan perundang-undangan.
Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan
data diperoleh melalui studi dokumen dan wawancara. Data yang telah diperoleh kemudian
dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis data kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan
pembahasan diketahui bahwa (1) pelaksanaan dari tuntutan ganti kerugian yang dilakukan di
Pengadilan Negeri Kelas IB Bukittinggi belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan peraturan
perundang-undangan, mengingat penggugat menyampaikan semua tuntutannya pada saat
dilakukannya pembuktian di persidangan, khususnya dalam perkara pidana Nomor:
75/Pid.B/2012/PN-BT, padahal seharusnya tuntutan ganti kerugian itu dilakukan berbarengan
dengan proses pemeriksaan perkara pidana sejak awal. (2) Pertimbangan hakim dalam
memutuskan gugatan ganti kerugian dalam perkara penggabungan gugatan ganti kerugian
adalah (a) mengenai kewenangan untuk mengadili gugatan tersebut; (b) mengenai kebenaran
dari pada dasar gugatan; (c) mengenai hukum pengganti biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh pihak
yang dirugikan disamping hukum pidana yang dijatuhkan kepada terdakwa serta biaya
perkara perdata yang bersangkutan. (3) Adapun kendala atau hambatan yang ditemui dalam
pelaksanaan pemeriksaan penggabungan perkara gugatan ganti kerugian dalam perkara
pidana di Pengadilan Negeri Kelas IB Bukittinngi adalah (a) kurangnya pengetahuan
masyarakat tentang masalah penggabungan gugatan ganti kerugian dalam perkara pidana; (b)
pada umumnya antara pihak yang dirugikan atau korban dari suatu tindak pidana dengan si
pelaku telah melakukan upaya perdamaian dengan mengganti semua kerugian yang diderita
korban; (c) pertimbangan hakim mengenai tingkat ekonomi terdakwa yang digugat ganti
kerugian oleh penggugat atau korban; (d) penggugat atau korban harus benar-benar dapat
membuktikan mengenai jumlah kerugian yang telah dideritanya

Pemeriksaan Penggabungan Gugatan Ganti Kerugian dalam Perkara Pidana di Pengadilan Negeri Kelas 1b Bukittinggi
Basically, compensation is a civil case. However, once the criminal law law is applied, compensation can be made in conjunction with a criminal case. Although claims of merger compensation in a criminal case have been written in criminal law, this type of case is hardly found in court. This research proposes to answer 3 (three) problems related to the implementation of the merger claims for compensation (1) the conduct of examination of the merger claims for compensation in a criminal case in Class I Court of B Bukittinggi; (2) judges' consideration in making decisions in cases where compensation is combined with a criminal case in Class I Court of B Bukittinggi; (3) obstacles in conducting examination of merger claims for compensation in a criminal case in Class I Court of B Bukittinggi. obstacles encountered in the implementation of the merger of the indemnification lawsuits in the criminal case at the IB Negeri Bukittinggi State Court are: a) Lack of public knowledge; b) have made a peace effort by replacing all losses suffered by the victim (material loss); c) Judge's consideration of the economic level of the defendant who has been sued for damages by the plaintiff or victim; d) Plaintiff or victim must be able to prove the total loss he or she has suffered
Analysis Of The Effect Of Organizational Culture On Performance Of Employees (Case Study Of The Kominfo Office Of Pariaman City)
This study aims to analyze, Influence Organizational Culture Against Employee Performance At the Office of Communications and Information Technology of Pariaman. This research is a quantitative research that shows a causal relationship. The sample in this study were 47 employees. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis using percentages, averages, and standard deviations and for inferential statistical analysis using data normality tests, simple linear regression analysis, and product moment correlation analysis. The results of the study show that the organizational culture is in a very good category in terms of indicators, namely: Innovation and Courage to take risks; Attention to detail; Results oriented; Human oriented; Team oriented; Aggressive; and stable. Employee performance is in a very good category in terms of indicators of discipline of service personnel, responsibility of service personnel, ability of service personnel, politeness and friendliness of officers, based on simple linear regression analysis shows that there is an influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Pariaman City Communication and Information Agency Pariaman City. From the results of product moment correlation analysis obtained a significant level of relationship between the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees at the Office of Communication and Information Office of Pariaman City, Pariaman City with the Strong category

Legal Reformulation of the Problematics of Doctor’s Medical Licenses in Indonesia
This paper intends to analyze the regulation of doctors’ medical licenses in Indonesia, as well as find regulation loopholes in facing factual problems regarding these medical licenses. This paper uses socio-legal and juridical–normative research, as well as a case approach that scopes doctor medical license regulations and their problematics, especially in Indonesia. The findings of this research show that doctor profession ethics are the main key to receiving a medical license, and that collaboration is also needed to reformulate the regulation of medical licenses in Indonesia
