    Preventive maintenance adalah suatu perawatan terencana yang dilakukan untuk menjaga performance mesin sedangkan Corrective Maintenance adalah suatu proses perawatan berupa perbaikan jika terjadinya kerusakan. Salah satu aspek dalam preventive maintenance adalah melakukan schedule overhaul. Overhaul adalah suatu proses peremajaan alat atau komponen sebagai upaya untuk mengembalikan kondisi performa alat atau komponen seperti kondisi semula sesuai standar pabrik. Overhaul mesin adalah proses remanufacturing, dimana terdiri dari beberapa sub-sub pekerjaan utama seperti inspeksi, pembongkaran, pengukuran, perakitan, dan pengetesan. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan di PT Universal Tekno Reksajaya Jakarta ini adalah menganalisa performa mesin komatsu SA12V140-1 yang meliputi power dan torsi dan besarnya biaya setelah dilakukan proses remanufacturing atau overhaul maintenance. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen berupa pengambilan data dari hasil pengujian mesin. Hasil pengujian mesin menunjukkan bahwa sebelum dilakukan remanufacturing terjadinya penurunan sebesar 15% dari power standar dan 12,89% sementara setelah dilakukannya remanufacturing terjadi penyimpangan naik mencapai 3,24% dari power standar dan  0,12% dari torsi standar serta biaya yang timbul setelah dilakukannya overhaul masuk dalam kategori normal dan cenderung ekonomis, yaitu: 31% dari harga mesin baru

    PENINGKATAN KINERJA INSTALASI PENGOLAHAN LUMPUR TINJA (IPLT) KABUPATEN GROBOGAN

    ABSTRACT Kabupaten Grobogan adalah salah satu kabupaten yang berada di Jawa Tengah dengan penduduk berjumlah 1.408.959 jiwa dan luas wilayah 197.586 Ha yang terdiri dari 19 kecamatan. Untuk meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat di Kabupaten Grobogan telah dibangun sarana pengolah lumpur tinja (IPLT). Sistem pengelolaan IPLT yang tidak baik menyebabkan kinerja dari IPLT menjadi kurang optimal. Dari segi kuantitas, kapasitas maksimum IPLT yang mencapai 9m3/hari ternyata lumpur tinja yang terolah hanya 0,67 m3/hari. Sedangkan dari segi kualitas, effluen air hasil olahan IPLT masih memiliki kandungan nilai BOD, COD, TSS dan Total colly yang tinggi. Untuk meningkatkan efektifitas kinerja IPLT perlu dilakukan evaluasi dan optimalisasi terhadap lima aspek manajemen pengelolaan IPLT. Lima aspek manajemen tersebut meliputi aspek teknis, aspek kelembagaan, aspek finansial, aspek hukum dan aspek peran serta masyarakat. Dengan evaluasi terhadap aspek-aspek manajemen IPLT, diharapkan tejadi optimalisasi terhadap sistem pengelolaan dan kinerja dari IPLT. Dari hasil evaluasi dapat diketahui kesalahan pengelolaan yang selama ini dilakukan oleh pengelola IPLT Kabupaten Grobogan, sehingga dapat ditentuksn tindakan optimalisasi yang diperlukan seperti perbaikan desain unit IPLT, perluasan wilayah pelayanan, pembuatan landasan hukum mengenai pengelolaan lumpur tinja, pembagian tugas dan tanggung jawab yang jelas dalam kelembagaan IPLT dan juga penambahan dan perbaikan sarana prasarana pendukung operasional dan pengelolaan IPLT guna mengoptimalkan kinerja dan fungsi dari IPLT yang telah ada di Kabupaten Grobogan.     Kaleng Two Piece (2Pc) adalah salah satu produk dari PT United Can Company yang sangat banyak tersedia di pasaran sebagai alat kemas minuman ringan seperti: pada kaleng Coca Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Pocary Sweat dan minuman ringan lainnya. Minuman berkarbonasi banyak menggunakan kaleng Two Piece (2Pc) karena sifat bahan dalam kemasannya dapat menahan tekanan udara yang berasal dari minuman ringan dan bahan karbonasi tersebut, sifat ini tidak dimiliki oleh kemasan lain, seperti: kemasan plastik.  Kaleng Two Piece (2Pc) dibuat melalui 3 proses manufaktur, pertama: plat alumunium mengalami proses blanking, kedua: proses drawing (bentuk seperti mangkok/cupping), dan terakhir: proses wall ironing (penipisan dinding material).     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed.     “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods

    The number of jobs and the duration of the process of replacing the steering cylinder seals (reseal) on the HD1500-7 unit, especially when removing and installing the piston steering cylinder on the rod by a mechanic causes the loss of rental costs and failure to achieve the company's target due to breakdown. The purpose of this study is to design tools to shorten the time and simplify the process in order to minimize the loss of rental costs and more secure. The method used in this research is field survey, interview, and library research. The results obtained after the new tool indicate a time efficiency of 1 hour for one-time processing and can reduce the loss of rental costs of $ 70 (Rp.910.000) and safer for demage and mechanical properties because of the potential slip when the tool is used
