PERAN MANAJEMEN RANTAI PASOKAN (“SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENTâ€) bagi INDUSTRI KREATIF BERBASIS INDUSTRI KERAMIK
Bisnis manufaktur selalu berorientasi pada kemudahan mendapatkan bahan baku dan tercapainya efisiensi biaya, baik biaya bahan maupun biaya produksi. Kemudahan mendapatkan bahan baku dengan biaya memadai dapat dicapai melalui penerapan “MANAJEMEN RANTAI PASOKAN†atau“SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENTâ€( selanjutnya disebutSCM). SCM merupakan sebuah konsep penanganan logistik secara terintegrasi berupa suplai bahan baku dari pemasok sampai pada distribusi produk jadi ke para konsumen. Pada umumnya SCM diterapkan pada perusahaan berskala besar, namun konsep SCMdalam bentuk kemitraan bisnis memberikan kemudahan bagi industri berskala kecil menengah untuk mencapai kondisi efisiensi produksi yang diinginkan. Industri kreatif pada umumnya merupakan industri kecil dan menengah. Industri kreatif sangat mementingkan efisiensi, terutama efisiensi biaya bahan baku dan efisiensi biaya produksi. Kondisi efisien memungkinkan industri kreatif menghasilkan produk dengan harga bersaing, mengingat produk industri kreatif harus mampu menembus pasar, terutama pasar global dengan tingkat persaingan tinggi.Salah satu kekuatan bersaing sebuah produk adalah rendahnya tingkat harga yang dapat dicapai melalui efisiensi produksi. Industri kreatif, beroperasi dan berproduksi pada sentra-sentra industri. Tidak demikian halnya industri keramik, yang tersebar pada berbagai daerah. Pada umumnya industri keramik berdekatan dengan daerah dimana bahan baku mudah didapatkan, dan pengrajin atau perupa keramik berada. Penerapan SCM pada industri kreatif berbasisi ndustri keramik diharapkan dapat mendorong pengembangan industri tersebut, karena membantu pencapaian efisiensi industri, meskipun utnuk menerapkan model SCM pada indsutri kreatif berbasis industri keramik akan menghadapi berbagai kendala
Konstruksi Manajemen Perubahan Pada Era Revolusi Industri 4.0
Abstrak: Pada banyak kesempatan, jargon “challenge of industrial revolution 4.0 on business and finance†menjadi topik pembahasan. Jargon ini merupakan manifestasi dari semakin berkembangnya revolusi industri 4.0. Tidak hanya berdampak pada “business and financeâ€, revolusi industri 4.0 berdampak juga kepada berbagai organisasi di dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Revolusi industri 4.0, di Indonesia dituangkan ke dalam sebuah kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia yaitu pengembangan industri “Making Indonesia 4.0â€. Pada awalnya, Making Indonesia 4.0 di peruntukan bagi industri manufaktur, namun era disrupsi sebagai dampak dari makin pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi, maka hampir semua sektor terdampak oleh munculnya berbagai platform teknologi informasi, cloud computing di antaranya. Kondisi tersebut menuntut semua hal berubah, sehingga diperlukan konstruksi manajemen perubahan di setiap organisasi, pemicu perubahan adalah berkembang pesatnya teknologi yang diikuti oleh regulasi dari pemerintah. Tulisan ini merupakan sebuah penelitian dasar yang akan dapat dilakukan pada berbagai organisasi. Abstract: On many occasions, the jargon "challenge of industrial revolution 4.0 on business and finance" became the topic of discussion. This jargon is a manifestation of the development of the industrial revolution 4.0. Not only has an impact on "business and finance", the industrial revolution 4.0 also affects various organizations in the world, including in Indonesia. Proses Rekrutmen Karyawan Marketing di PT Mega Bintang Perdana
Abstrak: Organisasi perusahaan dalam memilih calon pekerja yang memliki kompetensi dan memiliki standar kerja yang tinggi tentu tidaklah mudah, maka dari itu proses rekrutmen menjadi salah satu aktivitas penting didalam perusahaan. Dalam kegiatan proses rekrutmen perusahaan memliki tahapan-tahapan yang tersusun rapih dan selektif untuk menjalankan suatu kegiatan proses rekrutmen agar berjalan dengan baik, tahapan-tahapan yang sudah diatur seperti menentukan jabatan yang kosong, permintaan karyawan, sumber rekrutmen internal dan eksternal, penyaringan berkas lamaran pekerjaan, dan keputusan rekrutmen, tahapan-tahapan tersebut dijalankan untuk kelancaran suatu kegiatan atau aktivitas proses rekrutmen di perusahaan. Laporan penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana proses rekrutmen karyawan marketing di PT Mega Bintang Perdana. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Data yang diperoleh meliputi struktur organisasi, proses rekrutmen, dan data-data mengenai proses rekrutmen.

Abstrak: Zaman semakin berkembang, dari waktu ke waktu persaingan antar perusahaan semakin meningkat tajam. Semua perusahaan bekerja keras untuk menjadikan produknya sebagai yang terdepan dan terlaris dibidangnya. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan adalah melakukan beberapa bauran promosi. Ada beberapa alat poromosi yang dapat digunakan, setiap alatnya tentu saja memiliki tujuan yang berbeda bagi promosi produk itu sendiri. Semua alat promosi tersebut akan bekerja secara maksimal apabila di bantu dengan analisis yang dilakukan terhadap produk tersebut. Hal yang dimaksud yaitu faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi bauran promosi yang terdapat pada produk yang akan dipromosikan.

Abstract: Competition among companies has increased from time to time, sharply. All companies are working hard to make its products as the leading and best-selling. Company is doing some promotional mix, tools that can be used to communicate product to the consumers, every tool of course have different goals for the promotion of the product itself. All of these promotional tools will work optimally if assisted with the analysis conducted on the product. It is intended that the factors that influence the promotion mix contained in the product to be promoted.

Disiplin Kerja Karyawan Produksi Bagian Plastic Injection Pada PT Padma Soode Indonesia
Abstrak: Disiplin adalah kesadaran dan kesediaan seseorang menaati semua peraturan perusahaan yang berlaku, baik tertulis maupun tidak tertulis. Disiplin kerja sangat penting dalam peningkatan kinerja seseorang, karena dengan disiplin maka sem ua pekerjaan akan selesai tepat waktu dan baik, juga sangat dibutuhkan karena apa yang menjadi tujuan perusahaan akan sulit dicapai jika tidak ada disiplin kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan disiplin kerja karyawan bagian plastic injection pada PT Padma Soode Indonesia. Di dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka, serta dengan pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dengan cara membandingkan antara penerapan disiplin kerja karyawan yang ada di perusahaan dengan teori-teori yang bersumber dari buku dengan menggunakan data kualitatif mengenai penerapan disiplin kerja karyawan yang diperoleh dari buku literatur dan dokumen perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa penerapan disiplin kerja karyawan PT Padma Soode Indonesia sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik dengan cara menetapkan tujuan disiplin dan peraturan perusahaan, ada faktor yang mempengaruhi kedisiplinan seperti kesadaran diri, rasa tanggung jawab, teladan pimpinan dan tunjangan kehadiran, adanya sanksi pelanggaran, serta dilakukannya pendekatan disiplin preventif dan disiplin korektif. Namun, sanksi yang dikenakan kepada karyawan dirasa kurang efektif untuk beberapa pelanggaran. Saran, sebaiknya sanksi yang dikenakan dapat lebih tegas lagi, juga disiplin dapat diterapkan secara konsisten dan tidak pandang bulu, tidak melihat jenis kelamin, status karyawan dan jabatan.

Abstract: Discipline is the awareness and the willingness of a person to obey all applicable corporate rules, written or unwritten. Labor discipline is very important in improving a person's performance, because the discipline then all work will be completed on time and well, is also needed because of what is the company's goals will be difficult to achieve if there is no work discipline. The purpose of this study was to know the application of labor discipline employees of plastic injection department at PT Padma Soode Indonesia. In this study, data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and study of literature, as well as the primary and secondary data collection. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis method by comparing the discipline of employees in companies with theories based on the book by using qualitative data regarding employee discipline derived from literature books and documents of the company. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the application of the discipline of employees of PT Padma Soode Indonesia has been implemented properly by setting a goal of discipline and regulation of companies, there are factors that affect the discipline as self-awareness, a sense of responsibility, exemplary leadership and allowances the presence, sanctions violations, and as well as done a approach preventive and corrective discipline. However, sanctions imposed on employees is less effective for some offense. For advice, should the sanctions imposed be more firm, also discipline can be applied consistently and indiscriminately, do not see gender, employee status and job title.

Customer satisfaction is an important factor to businesses, because it causes customers to constantly return to use the service. Customer satisfaction is also related to the quality of service received by the customer of the companys’ products or services. The problem of OC’s call center service quality happened at the first time a customer contacts the call center where waste of customer’s waiting time is detected. Service quality improvement methods used in the analysis of the waste of customers’ waiting time is the DMAIC and lean approach. Results showed that improvement is seen at the sigma level. The tools used are SIPOC, pareto diagram, CTQ, two proportion test, DOE, p-chart, and minitab-16. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
