Taking the current socio-cultural representations of the body as a starting point, the article intends to explore the dimension of body experience as the root of self-expression in a perspective cura sui. The phenomenological outline of a pedagogy of being a body that plays a decisive role in the formation of the self is outlined. From such an interpretation of corporeality, it is possible to build an "inclusive culture of plurality" that understands the experience of limitation as a hermeneutic exercise of possibility and that activates the processes of agency and empowerment of the subject. In this view, dance, and in particular Dance-movement according to Maria Fux's method, becomes a strategic pedagogical device for building pathways of training in being a body with a purely inclusive connotation that unfolds toward the conceptual paradigm of Universal Design for Learning. This device can also be used in the training of specialized teachers as a tool that phenomenologically and creatively enhances limits and the plurality of interpersonal and intrapersonal manifestations.

Young women's use of a microbicide surrogate: The complex influence of relationship characteristics and perceived male partners' evaluations
This is the post-print version of the article. The official published version can be found at the link below.Currently in clinical trials, vaginal microbicides are proposed as a female-initiated method of sexually transmitted infection prevention. Much of microbicide acceptability research has been conducted outside of the United States and frequently without consideration of the social interaction between sex partners, ignoring the complex gender and power structures often inherent in young women’s (heterosexual) relationships. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to build on existing microbicide research by exploring the role of male partners and relationship characteristics on young women’s use of a microbicide surrogate, an inert vaginal moisturizer (VM), in a large city in the United States. Individual semi-structured interviews were conducted with 40 young women (18–23 years old; 85% African American; 47.5% mothers) following use of the VM during coital events for a 4 week period. Overall, the results indicated that relationship dynamics and perceptions of male partners influenced VM evaluation. These two factors suggest that relationship context will need to be considered in the promotion of vaginal microbicides. The findings offer insights into how future acceptability and use of microbicides will be influenced by gendered power dynamics. The results also underscore the importance of incorporating men into microbicide promotion efforts while encouraging a dialogue that focuses attention on power inequities that can exist in heterosexual relationships. Detailed understanding of these issues is essential for successful microbicide acceptability, social marketing, education, and use. This study was funded by a grant from National Institutes of Health (NIHU19AI 31494) as well as research awards to the first author: Friends of the Kinsey Institute Research Grant Award, Indiana University’s School of HPER Graduate Student Grant-in-Aid of Research Award, William L. Enhancing interactive storytelling experience with natural language processing
The term Interactive Storytelling means a form of entertainment where a person plays an active role in defining the story. This master thesis presents an innovative approach to enhance Interactive Storytelling with Natural Language Processing (NLP) models. In the first chapter, a brief overview of Artificial Intelligence is provided, with an emphasis
on NLP models, as they are a crucial component in achieving the goals of the thesis. This chapter unveils the rapid ascent of this kind of technology and paves the way for future progress in the field. The second chapter presents a background for Interactive Storytelling and its current state of the art. Case studies are examined to understand the evolution of the field and the challenges it faces. The main problem that afflicts this medium is the difficulty to balance the freedom of the user with the creativity of the author, and this problem is reflected in having active agents inside the world that must act accordingly to their personality and the user’s actions. In the third chapter, the approach to solving this problem is discussed, and the tools used to implement the solution are presented. The idea behind the solution is to use a specific NLP model called GPT-3 and train it to act as a character of the world. The training is described in detail, along with experiments to validate the results. The tests resulted in a clear difference of perception by the general public between the model and a non-trained one on how much “human” they feel, with the former able to express the personality given in the training more naturally. This thesis provides a contribution to the field of Interactive Storytelling by introducing a new approach that combines NLP models with Interactive Storytelling, resulting in a more immersive and engaging experience for users
The objective of this research work was formerly all of Europe was governed by absolutist monarchies, no one could come to power or enjoy privileges if they did not have a blood relationship with the king. There will be many layoffs and as a consequence there will be a migration from the countryside to
the city.
Some thinkers of that time after seeing so many abuses committed by the bourgeoisie
towards the proletariat pose different ideological currents in which it is specified that
There should be no difference in social classes. Against this arises in the mid-nineteenth century

used within the work. The spaces described in the works will not be fictitious
but they will be real scenarios. His goal in writing his works will be to make social criticism and
policies to the society of that time.
Flaubert will be the one who will take realism to its greatest peak with his work Madame

narrative. Madame Bovary is considered the first modern work, since the author

The work Madame Bovary is located in the realism of the 19th century. The topics that

Optimal@NRW: optimized acute care of nursing home residents using an intersectoral telemedical cooperation network - study protocol for a stepped-wedge trial
Brucken D, Unterkofler J, Pauge S, et al. Optimal@NRW: optimized acute care of nursing home residents using an intersectoral telemedical cooperation network - study protocol for a stepped-wedge trial. Trials. 2022;23(1): 814.BACKGROUND: Increasing life expectancy is associated with a growing number of people living in nursing homes, while the availability of outpatient medical care, especially from family doctors, is stagnating in this sector. Consequently, numerous and often avoidable, low-threshold hospitalizations of nursing home residents are observed. This results in unnecessary use of resources such as emergency services and emergency rooms as well as in potential health risks to the nursing home residents related to hospitalization. This study aims to improve this healthcare gap by implementing an intersectoral telemedicine approach.; METHODS: Twenty-five nursing homes are participating and provided with telemedical equipment to perform teleconsultations. Additionally, an early warning system and a digital patient record system are implemented. Telephysicians based at RWTH Aachen University Hospital are ready to support the nursing homes around the clock if the family doctor or an emergency service practice is not available in time. Mobile non-physician practice assistants from the telemedicine centre can be dispatched to perform delegable medical activities. General practitioners and the medical emergency practices also have access to the telemedical infrastructure and the non-physician practice assistants.; DISCUSSION: Optimal@NRW adds a telemedicine component to standard care - combining elements of outpatient and inpatient health care as well as emergency service practices - to enable timely medical consultation for nursing home residents in case of the development of an acute medical condition. In addition to optimized medical care, the goal is to reduce unnecessary hospital admissions. The intersectoral approach allows for the appropriate use of resources to match the individually needed medical treatment.; TRIAL REGISTRATION: ClinicalTrials.gov NCT04879537 . Identification of individuals at high risk of developing rheumatoid arthritis: a balanced random forest model in a cohort of 1544 first-degree relatives
To identify in a genetically susceptible population individuals at higher risk of developing rheumatoid arthritis (RA) using a classification approach combining known epidemiological risk factors, serological biomarkers, genetics, clinical signs and symptoms.
We used data from the prospective SCREEN-RA (Evaluation of a SCREENing strategy for Rheumatoid Arthritis) cohort of 1540 first-degree relatives of RA patients (RA-FDRs). The primary outcome was the development of RA. Additionally, we used seropositive inflammatory arthritis (IA) as a secondary outcome for exploratory analyses. Balanced random forest (BRF) models were fit and evaluated through fivefold cross-validation to avoid overfitting. We chose a classification threshold that targeted high sensitivity.
After a mean follow-up of 7.1 years, 27 participants developed RA and 126 developed seropositive IA. The BRF demonstrated moderate predictive performance, characterised by high sensitivity (≥0.85) but modest specificity. Rheumatoid factors (RFs) had the highest importance in RA prediction, followed by symptoms of 'clinically suspected arthralgia' (CSA) scale. Age, gender and anti-RA33 autoantibodies were the main variables for the prediction of seropositive IA.
Overall, the results demonstrate that predicting RA by combining genetics, serological biomarkers, epidemiological risk factors and clinical signs is promising, although model generalisation remains challenging. The low prevalence of RA in the cohort complicates the development of highly accurate prediction models. Future efforts should focus on including external validation and potentially incorporating additional biomarkers to enhance the sensitivity and overall performance of the predictive tests.
