ХНПУ імені Г.С. Сковороди, яка пов`язана з ім`ям
її фундатора – дійсного члена НАПНУ, професора
Івана Федоровича Прокопенка (1936–2021 рр.). Під
його талановитим керівництвом була створена економічна школа з оригінальним поглядом на суттєві
сучасні й перспективні проблеми економічної теорії
та освіти. Наукова діяльність засновника економічної
школи та керованих ним вчених-економістів зосередилася на економічній теорії з питань трансформації економічних систем, розвитку національної
економіки, глобальної економіки, соціоекономіки та
управління, історії економічної думки, методології
економічної освіти, розробці програм і стандартів з
економічної освіти, інноваційних педагогічних технологіях для підготовки сучасного вчителя. Еконо-
мічна школа І.Ф. Прокопенка є яскравим прикладом
корпоративної форми організації наукової діяльності
викладачів, вчителів, вчених, економістів-практиків
в сучасних умовах, у якій дослідники об’єдналися
на основі новітньої дослідницької програми навколо
визнаного лідера. Його інноваційний підхід, активна
дослідницька позиція, далекоглядність в аналізі
перспектив соціально-економічного та освітнього
розвитку українського суспільства сприяли створенню наукової школи економічної освіти і виховання
школярів, інтенсифікації навчальної діяльності студентів, упровадження нових педагогічних технологій
та дидактичного забезпечення курсів з економіки.
Обґрунтована доцільність формування економічних
знань, економічної культури у студентів та учнів
шляхом упровадження в шкільні програми навчальних інноваційних предметів в сучасних умовах гос-
подарювання; розроблена наукова концепція багаторівневої загально-педагогічної підготовки фахівців за
всіма освітніми рівнями зі спеціальності 051 «Економіка». Надбання економічної школи І. Ф. Прокопенка
привернули увагу педагогічної громадськості й поширилися в багатьох закладах вищої освіти України та
за її межами. The article is dedicated to the analysis of the
main directions of development and assets of the
economic school of KhNPU, which is connected with
the name of its founder – outstanding scientist in
the field of economics, philosophy of education, rector
of H. S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical
University (1980–2020), a full-time member of the
National Academy Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Ivan Fedorovich Prokopenko (1936–2021). The
economic school with an original view on essential
modern and promising problems of economics and
education was created under his talented leadership.
The scientific activity of the founder of the economic
school and the scientists-economists focused on the
questions of economics: transformation of economic
systems, development of the national economy, global
economy, socioeconomy and management, history of
economic thought, methodology of economic education,
development of programs and standards for economic
education, innovative pedagogical technologies for
training a modern teacher. The I. F. Prokopenko School
of Economics is a vivid example of the corporate form of
organizing the scientific activity of teachers, scientists,
practicing economists in modern conditions, in which
researchers united on the basis of the latest research
program around the recognized leader. His innovative
approach, active research position, far-sightedness
in the analysis of the prospects of socio-economic and
educational development of Ukrainian society contributed
to the creation of a scientific school of economic
education and education of schoolchildren, intensification
of student's educational activities, introduction of
new pedagogical technologies and didactic provision
of economics courses.This School reasoned expediency
of formation of economic knowledge, economic culture
among students and pupils by introducing educational
innovative subjects into school programs in modern
economic conditions. The scientific concept of multilevel
general-pedagogical training of specialists at all
educational levels in specialty 051 "Economics" was
developed. The property of the I. F. Prokopenko School of
Economics have attracted the attention of the pedagogical
community and have spread to many institutions of
higher education in Ukraine and beyond

Сковороди — одного з провідних закладів вищої педагогічної освіти України з високим творчим потенціалом, де впроваджуються сучасні стандарти і технології, нова структура організації й управління навчально-виховним процесом, зміцнюється матеріально-технічна база, розширюються обсяги й якість підготовки науковопедагогічних кадрів. Основним напрямом діяльності університету зі всі роки перебування І. Ф. Прокопенка на посаді ректора була підготовка педагогів-фахівців — національно свідомих громадян, патріотів і справжніх професіоналів. Академік І. Ф. Прокопенко розробив та впровадив у практику вищої педагогічної освіти нову освітню систему підготовки майбутнього вчителя, яка реалізується через інноваційні педагогічні технології, спрямовані на розвиток особистості студента, його творчого потенціалу. І. Ф. Прокопенко — взірець інтелігентної та порядної людини, талановитий і успішний організатор освітянської діяльності, досвідчений і принциповий педагог. The article is devoted to the description of the life path of the doctor of Pedagogy, professor, academician of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine Ivan Fedorovych Prokopenko, who has been working for 40 years as rector of H. S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University — one of the leading higher pedagogical education institutions in Ukraine with high creative potential, where modern standards and technologies are being introduced, a new structure of organization and management of the educational process, the material and technical base is being strengthened, the volumes and quality of scientific and pedagogical personnel training are expanding. The main direction of the university's activity during all the years of I. F. Prokopenko’s tenure as rector was the training of specialist teachers — nationally conscious citizens, patriots and real professionals. Academician I. F. Prokopenko has worked out and provided a new educational system for training a future teacher into the practice of higher pedagogical education, which is implemented through innovative pedagogical technologies aimed at developing the student’s personality, his creative potential. I. F. Prokopenko is an example of an intelligent and decent person, a talented and successful organizer of educational activities, an experienced and principled educator

The mysterious personality of the great Ukrainian philosopher, educator, humanist teacher, musician, poet, artist, traveling teacher, folk mentor of different segments of the population of the then Slobozhanshchyna Hryhorii Savych Skovoroda attracts many scientists and researchers not only in Ukraine but also around the world. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
No full textThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
