    PENGGUNAAN KINEMATIK GNSS PRECISE POINT POSITIONING (PPP) PADA SURVEI GAYABERAT AIRBORNE SULAWESI

    &lt;p class="judulabstrakindo"&gt;                                                              ABSTRAK&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="abstrakindo"&gt;Metode &lt;em&gt;Precise Point Positionin&lt;/em&gt;g (PPP) adalah metode penentuan posisi teliti yang hanya menggunakan sebuah receiver GNSS dual frekuensi. Metode ini dapat digunakan untuk menentukan posisi teliti objek-objek yang diam (&lt;em&gt;static&lt;/em&gt;) maupun bergerak (&lt;em&gt;kinematic&lt;/em&gt;). Pada penelitian ini, akan dipaparkan mengenai penggunaan kinematik PPP dalam penentuan posisi pesawat terbang pada survei gayaberat &lt;em&gt;airborne&lt;/em&gt; di Sulawesi tahun 2008. Data yang digunakan adalah jalur terbang pesawat pada &lt;em&gt;day of year&lt;/em&gt; (DOY) 291 dan 274. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Waypoint&lt;sup&gt;®&lt;/sup&gt; Grafnav. Hasil pengolahan menggunakan metode PPP tersebut kemudian dibandingkan dengan hasil pengolahan data Diferensial GPS (DGPS) dengan 1 titik ikat untuk DOY 291 dan 2 titik ikat untuk DOY 274. Hasil perbandingan pada DOY 291 menunjukkan nilai RMS untuk arah timur, utara dan tinggi masing-masing sebesar 0,024 m; 0,020 m dan 0,039 m. Pada DOY 274, RMS yang diperoleh adalah 0,032 m; 0,011 m dan 0,058 m masing-masing untuk arah timur, utara dan tinggi. Hasil-hasil tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa metode PPP dapat digunakan untuk menentukan posisi pesawat terbang dengan fraksi ketelitian sentimeter. Tingkat ketelitian posisi ini sudah memenuhi syarat untuk digunakan pada survei gayaberat &lt;em&gt;airborne&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="katakunci"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Kata kunci&lt;/strong&gt;: GNSS, kinematik PPP, gayaberat airborne, DGPS&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="katakunci"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="abstrak"&gt;                                                                ABSTRACT&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="abstraking"&gt;The Precise Point Positioning (PPP) is a positioning method which only use a dual frequency GNSS receiver. This method can be used to determine the precise position of either static (static) or moving objects (kinematic). In this paper, we will discuss the application of kinematic PPP for the 2008 Sulawesi airborne gravity survey. By using a commercial GNSS processing software called Waypoint® Grafnav, we determine the PPP solutions for the aircraft trajectory of the day of year (DOY) 291 and 274. Each solution then be compared to the Differential GPS (DGPS) results, which use one base station for DOY 291 and two reference stations for DOY 274. The PPP solution of DOY 291 gives RMS error of 0.024 m eastward, 0.020 m northward, and 0.039 m upward. Moreover, the comparison of DOY 274 gives RMS error of 0.032 m eastward, 0.011 m northward, and 0.058 m upward.     The main legal question in the thesis with the title State Responsibility Singapore on death of WNI in territory of Singapore when there is the denial of justice (study case on the death of David Hartanto Widjaja) is Singapore obliged to State Responsibility for the case of David Hartanto in the territory of Singapore during the Denial of Justice? The Type of this research is the normative legal research to track the secondary file consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. Search file sources were conducted in the framework of the literature study and interviews with a variety of sources that would have relevance to the main question of this legal writing. The author also conducted case studies to reinforce important points and details of the case. And the method used is the method of deductive reasoning. The conclusion of this thesis is the Singapore should make satisfaction as a form of state responsibility for the death of David Hartanto cases when there is the denial of justice. But with the national interest factors that cause demand from Singapore's State Responsibility can not be carried out in absolute. Suggestions of this thesis are first, that the Indonesian government would take over the case to be matters of state, because if not all family legal efforts will be vain. second, there is need for a bilateral agreement with Singapore on the legal protection of citizens of two countries to ensure legal certainty, justice, and also good relations between the two countries

    Steric And Eustatik Effect Contributions To Sea Level Change Based On Altimetry Satellite Argo And Grace Satellite Data Within 1992-2012 Period (The Study Area: The Western Pacific Ocean)

    Abstract. The change of sea level in the western Pasific Ocean is one of the biggest change in the world. This is caused by steric and eustatic factors. In the period of 1992-2012, the total change of sea level in this area based on the Topex/Poseidon satellite data, Jason 1 and Jason 2, was 6. 982 ± 3.493 mm/year. Based on the temperature and salinity from Argo floats for the period 2000 "“ 2013,  the obtained high streic changes in sea level in the region is about 14.352 ± 13.002 mm/year. The result is a based on high steric sea level relative to 900 dbar pressure. To find the rise of eustatic sea level that caused by the changes in ocean mass, linear regression performed on the data Equivalent Water Thickness (EWT) of monthly GRACE satellites in the period January 2004 to April 2013. The magnitude of the linear trend EWT changes in this area is -0.4026 ± 0.1073 mm/year. This study concludes that the correlation between EWT and the SLA value is more significant than the correlation between high steric sea level and SLA. But further investigation is needed to determine the factor that contributes more to changes of sea level in the study area. This occurs due to the presence of still considerable correlation between the high steric sea level and ocean mass which is the independent variable in the equation of total sea level .     Computer-Based Social Anxiety Regulation in Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy

    Social anxiety disorder (SAD), commonly referred to social phobia, is one of the most an immense and unreasonable fear of social interaction. Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) is the most thoroughly studied nonpharmacologic approach to the treatment of SAD patients. In CBT, patients are gradually, in vivo, exposed to anxiety-provoking real-life situations until habituation occurs and patients’ fear dissipates. Although effective for most patients, there are some clear limitations: some specific and required social situations are difficult to arrange due to unpredictability and possibly short duration of these naturally occurring social interactions, the therapist has limited control over anxiety provoking elements during the exposure, and individuals with social phobia have high refusal rate for in vivo exposure to the dreaded and fearful social situation.Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy (VRET) has been suggested as an alternative to overcome many shortcomings of in vivo exposure. Contrary to exposure in vivo, in a VRET system the therapist can manipulate the exposure elements in a safer, manageable and cost-effective way. A VRET system presents fear eliciting stimuli to the patient in a Virtual Reality environment where the parameters of its anxiety evoking stimuli can be easily gradually manipulated by a therapist. The state of the art and recent enhancement of Internet and VR technology seems to be able to meet the ever-increasing demand for more accessibility and efficiency of mental healthcare services by bringing the VRET system directly at patient’s home. This thesis presents the development and evaluation of such an envisioned home-based VRET system for SAD patients.The blue-print of the envisioned system design entails several key elements that need to be established. All those key elements were investigated and evaluated empirically in three separated studies followed up by a feasibility study. The first key element identified, is the system’s ability to measure the patient’s anxiety level automatically. Traditionally in VRET this is done using self-reported anxiety measurements, where patients are asked to report their anxiety every four or five minutes. Without the direct involvement of a therapist, it is up to the system to determine the appropriate timing, therefore, the timing is a crucial element. An empirical study involving 24 participants investigated the effects of three different types of automatic self-reported anxiety timing mechanisms (dialogue dependent, speech dependent and context independent). The results showed that the participants preferred a dialogue dependent timing mechanism above speech dependent or timing dependent mechanism, since it was considered as less interruptive. Moreover, the study also confirmed the needs for an accurate automatic self-reported anxiety timing mechanisms, as it could affect people’s experience and their behaviour in a dialogue with virtual human.The second key element is the system’s ability to elicit and control the anxiety evoking stimuli within the social scene. This was investigated in two successive empirical studies. The first study investigated whether an exposure to various virtual social scenarios was associated with different levels of anxiety. The 24 participants were exposed to a free-speech dialogue interaction with a virtual character in a neutral world, blind date and job interview setting. The results showed that the participants’ level of anxiety increased significantly from the neutral world, the blind date to the job interview. This indicates that various virtual social scenarios are indeed able to evoke different levels of anxiety. The second study investigated anxiety control within a dialogue in VRET system. For this, the study assessed the association between the ratio of negative and positive dialogue responses made by a virtual character and individual’s level of anxiety. Twenty-four participants were exposed to two different experimental conditions: a positive, and a negative virtual job interview condition. In the positive condition, in the course of time the number of positive responses from the virtual character increased while negative responses decreased. In the negative condition, the opposite happened. The results showed that the manipulation of the dialogue style in both conditions had a significant effect on people’s level of anxiety, their attitude, their speech behaviour, their dialogue experiences, their own emotion, and how they perceived the emotion of the virtual human. These finding demonstrate that social dialogues in a virtual environment can be manipulated for therapeutic purposes effectively.The third key element of the envisioned system is the possibility to introduce autonomous anxiety regulation. Traditionally, in the clinic a therapist tries to regulate the patients’ anxiety. However, in a home situation, a system would have to do this regulation automatically. A third empirical study was conducted to investigate and evaluate the ability and effectiveness of an automatic feedback-loop regulation mechanism for maintaining individual’s anxiety on a predefined target level. A group of 24 participants were exposed into two different system response conditions: a static and a dynamic condition. In the static condition participants were exposed to a static set of virtual reality stressors while in the dynamic condition they were exposed to a set of virtual reality stressors that changed dynamically aiming at keeping the anxiety of the participants at stable level. In the static condition, the anxiety dropped as indicated by decreased self-reported anxiety, decreased heart rate, increased heart rate variability, and longer answers. In contrary, in the dynamic condition, the participant’s anxiety level was maintained around a pre-set anxiety reference level. Therefore, the findings demonstrate that individuals’ level of anxiety can be regulated automatically using an automatic feedback-loop mechanism. Besides those three important key elements of the system design blue-print, the envisioned system also has a number of practical and important elements such as the development of a virtual health agent, the therapist application, and a secure remote database server. Together these elements lay the foundation for a home-based VRET system. To evaluate the feasibility of such proposed system to treat people with SAD at home, an empirical study was conducted. The home-based VRET system was evaluated with a group of five social anxiety disorder patients. All patients received a complete home-based VRET system and were scheduled to perform 10 treatment sessions at home. The study findings showed that the proposed system could evoke the required anxiety, as expected, which over time dropped as patients’ self-reported anxiety and heart rate gradually decreased during the exposure sessions. To conclude, this thesis argues that the proposed home-based VRET system could evoke the required anxiety in patients with substantial level of presence. By meeting the above mentioned key challenges of our study, we showed that an effective home-based VRET system can be built and provided in due course. Therefore, this finding suggests that delivering a home-based VRET system is indeed possible, which could provide numerous benefits for both patients and therapists.Health, Safety and EnvironmentInteractive Intelligenc

    Integrating Multiple Sources of Information for Improving Hydrological Modelling: an Ensemble Approach

    The availability of Earth observation (EO) and numerical weather prediction data for hydrological modelling and water management has increased significantly, creating a situation that today, for the same variable, estimates may be available from two or more sources of information. Precipitation data, for example, can be obtained from rain gauges, weather radar, satellites, or outputs from numerical weather models. Land use data can be obtained from land survey, satellite imagery, or a combination of the two. Each of these data sources provides an estimate of a catchment characteristic and related hydrological model parameters, or of a hydrometeorological variable. Estimates from each data source vary in magnitude or temporal and spatial variability. It is not alwayspossible to judge which data source is the most accurate. One data source may perform poorly in one situation but give an accurate estimate for another. Yet, in hydrological modelling, usually, a particular set of catchment characteristics and input data is selected, possibly ignoring other relevant data sources. One of the reasons may be that despite vast research and development efforts in integration methods for sub-sets of the available data sources, there is no comprehensive data-model integration framework assuming existence and enabling effective use of multiple data sources in hydrological modelling.The main objective of this thesis, therefore, is to develop such a data-model integration framework, and test it on a case study.Dissertation submitted in fulfillment of the requirements of the Board for Doctorates of Delft University of Technology and of the Academic Board of the UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education.Water Resource

    ABSTRAK FUNGSI MANAJEMEN PENGENBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA ASURANSI BUMIPUTERA SYARIAH DI BANDAR LAMPUNG OLEH ROBBY HARTANTO Asuransi syari’ah merupakan salah satu lembaga yang menyediakan atau menjual di bidang jasa, asuransi berbasis syari’ah hadir di tengah-tengah masyarakat yang sebagian besar kurang paham tentang asuransi syari’ah dan pengaplikasian yang menyebabkan masyarakat enggan untuk menggunakan jasa asuransi yang berlabelkan syari’ah, meski tujuannya untuk meringankan beban orang-orang yang terkena musibah yang tidak diinginkan dengan cara mentranfer resiko yang akan dihadapi dengan membayar premi yang di sediakan dalam polis berbentuk produk-produk Asuransi Bumiputera Syari’ah yaitu: Mitra Iqra Plus, Mitra Mabrur Plus, Mitra Amanah, Mitra Bp-Link Syari’ah. Oleh karena itu agar masyarakat atau nasabah mau menggunakan Asuransi yang berlabelkan syari’ah maka yang terlebih dahulu adalah memberikan pemahaman bahwa Asuransi yang berlabelkan Syari’ah boleh dipergunakan oleh masyarakat Islam karena sesuai dengan syariat Islam, kemudian yang kedua adalah dalam segi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) atau karyawan yang harus ditingkatkan akan pemahaman tentang asuransi syari’ah juga dan pelatihan pelatihan lainnya guna meningkatkan kualitas. Dari pemikiran di atas penulis memilih Asuransi Bumiputera Syari’ah untuk dijadikan penelitian, bagaimana strategi Asuransi Bumiputera Syari’ah dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas kinerja karyawan dan Apa saja faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat Asuransi Bumiputra Syari’ah dalam meningkatkan kwalitas kinerja karyawan sehingga dapat mengambil ilmu dan dapat memajukan Asuransi-Asuransi bersbasis syari’at Islam di kemudian hari sehingga mampu merubah pola pikir masyarakat tentang Asuransi yang berbasis syari’ah. Penelitian yang dilakukan penulis merupakan penelitian lapangan yang besifat deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang semata-mata menggambarkan secara jelas tentang strategi Asuransi Bumiputera iii Syari’ah dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja karyawan serta faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat. Metode pengumpul data yang penulis gunakan adalah: metode interview sebagai metode pokok, interview yang penulis gunakan adalah bebas terpimpin karena jumlah populasi dan sampelnya tidak banyak. Metode observasi dan metode dokumentasi yang digunakan sebagai metode pelengkap. Adapun analisisnya bersikap kualitatif yang berupa pernyataan yang digambarkan dengan kata-kata. Strategi yang di pakai Asuransi Bumiputera Syari’ah dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia yaitu dengan melalui pelatihan yang diberikan perusahaan, memberikan pelatihan dan pendidikan bagi para karyawan dan agen untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya manusia yang ada di Asuransi Bumiputera Syariah, pelatihan berkelanjutan kepada karyawan dengan pelatihan�pelatihan sebelumnya agar karyawan mendapatkan pelatihan yang makasimal dan berkualitas sehingga dapat menjadi karyawan yang berintegritas, penilaian kinerja karyawan, melakukan proses penilaian kinerja melalui pendidikan dan penilaian dengan pihak penguji dari luar perusahaan, dilakukanya pendekatan yang dilakukan oleh atasan kepada karyawan guna menumbuhkan semangat kerja dan juga memotivasi karyawan untuk bekerja lebih baik dalam memberikan kinerja yang maksimal, memberikan promosi dan kenaikan jabatan kepada karyawan yang berprestasi didalam menyelesaikan tugasnya, memberikan pengetahuan tentang perusahaan, sikap dan prilaku kepada nasabah dan skil para karyawan. Adapun faktor pendukungnya adalah sebagai berikut: asuransi berlabelkan syari’ah, karyawan yang mempunyai rasa ingin belajar, atasan dengan bawahan yang tidak terlalu kaku, tempat yang strategis, pengelolaan dana peserta secara Islami dengan menghindarkan bunga, judi dan ketidak jelasan, adanya dana tabarru, tranparasi dalam pengelolaan dana peserta asuransi syariah dengan perjanjian di awal yang jelas dan transparan serta aqad sesuai syariah, adanya dana tabarru yang akan di kelola secara profesional oleh pihak asurasi syariah melalui investasi syar’i dengan berlandaskan prinsip syariah. Faktor penghambatnya antara lain: faktor kompensasi yang masih kalah dengan perusahaan lain, kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang asuransi syariah, masih kalahnya tingkat kepopuleran dengan perusahaan lain, keinginan karyawan untuk mencari pendapatan yang lebih baik di perusahaan luar, pandangan yang negatif terhadap asuransi. iv ABSTRACT HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS SHARIA BUMIPUTERA INSURANCE IN BANDAR LAMPUNG BY ROBBY HARTANTO Sharia insurance is one of the institutions that provides or sells in the service sector, sharia-based insurance is present in the midst of the community, most of whom do not understand sharia insurance and its application which causes people to be reluctant to use insurance services that are labeled with sharia. 'ah, although the goal is to ease the burden on people who are affected by unwanted disasters by transferring the risks that will be faced by paying the premium provided in the policy in the form of Bumiputera Syari'ah Insurance products, namely: Mitra Iqra Plus, Mitra Mabrur Plus , Mitra Amanah, Partner Bp-Link Syari'ah. Therefore, so that the public or customers want to use insurance labeled with shari'ah, the first thing is to provide an understanding that insurance labeled as shari'ah may be used by the Islamic community because it is in accordance with Islamic law, then the second is in terms of human resources ( HR) or employees who must be improved in understanding of sharia insurance as well as other training courses to improve quality. From the thoughts above, the author chose Bumiputera Syari'ah Insurance to be used as research, what is the strategy of Bumiputera Syari'ah Insurance in an effort to improve the quality of employee performance and what are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of Bumiputera Syari'ah Insurance in improving the quality of employee performance so that they can take knowledge and can promote Islamic Shari'ah-based Insurance in the future so that it can change people's mindset about Shari'ah-based Insurance. The research conducted by the author is a descriptive field research, namely research that merely describes clearly the strategy of Bumiputera Syari'ah Insurance in improving the quality of employee performance as well as supporting factors and inhibiting factors. The data collection method that the author uses are: the interview method as the main method, the interview that the author v uses is free guided because the number of population and the sample is not much. Observation methods and documentation methods are used as complementary methods. The analysis is qualitative in the form of statements described in words. The strategy used by Bumiputera Syari'ah Insurance in developing human resources is through training provided by the company, providing training and education for employees and agents to improve the quality and quantity of human resources in Bumiputera Syariah Insurance, continuous training for employees with previous trainings so that employees receive maximum and quality training so that they can become employees with integrity, evaluate employee performance, carry out a performance appraisal process through education and assessment with examiners from outside the company, carry out an approach taken by superiors to employees in order to foster morale. work and also motivate employees to work better in providing maximum performance, provide promotions and promotions to employees who excel in completing their duties, provide knowledge about the company, attitudes and n behavior towards customers and skills of employees.     Pengukuran gayaberat absolut merupakan pengukuran nilai gayaberat dengan mengamati percepatan vertikal benda jatuh bebas. Pada tahun 2017, Badan Informasi Geospasial (BIG) melakukan pengukuran gayaberat absolut di beberapa pilar Gayaberat Utama (GBU) di Indonesia dengan menggunakan gravimeter A-10. Tujuan penulisan makalah ini adalah memaparkan teknik pengukuran dan pengolahan data gayaberat absolut di GBU yang merupakan bagian dari Jaring Kontrol Gayaberat (JKG) dengan menggunakan gravimeter A-10. Titik-titik yang akan dijadikan pembahasan dalam naskah ini adalah GBU018 di Jakarta dan GBU035 di Makassar. Pengukuran di tiap titik dilakukan sebanyak 10 set dengan jumlah drop untuk setiap set sebanyak 120. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah nilai gayaberat absolut (µgal) beserta ketidakpastiannya. Nilai gayaberat (g) hasil pengolahan di lapangan (on-site) untuk GBU018 adalah 978140735,73 ± 11,17 µgal, sedangkan untuk GBU035 adalah 978117560,92 ± 7,16 µgal. Nilai-nilai tersebut diperoleh setelah dilakukan koreksi gradien gayaberat. Koreksi tersebut diperoleh dari pengamatan gradien menggunakan gravimeter relatif dengan besaran -296,30 µgal/m untuk GBU018 dan -324,14 µgal/m untuk GBU035. ABSTRACT Absolute gravity measurement is measuring the gravity value by observing the vertical acceleration of a free-falling body. In 2017, the Geospatial Information Agency of Indonesia (BIG) effectuated an absolute gravity campaign over some points in Indonesia by using an A-10 gravimeter. The objective of this writing is to describe the measurement and processing steps taken in absolute gravity survey over some gravity network benchmarks. Some of those points were GBU018 (Jakarta) and GBU035 (Makassar). Each point was measured for 120 drops, with 10 sets. The obtained results were both gravity values and their uncertainties (µgal). The gravity values (g) as obtained on-site were 978140735.73 ± 11.17 µgal for GBU018 and 978117560.92 ± 7.16 µgal for GBU035. Those values were generated after gravity gradient correction had been applied. Moreover, the correction values were obtained by using a relative gravimeter with a magnitude of -296.30 µgal/m for GBU018 and -324.14 µgal/m for GBU035

    Perancangan Sistem Komunikasi Menggunakan User Datagram Protocol Metode Unicast pada Robot R2C-Warrior

    Robotic Research Center (R2C) is a robotic team from Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana (UKSW). R2C has two divisions, one of them is R2C-Warrior team that took a part in wheeled soccer competition (KRSBI Beroda). When designing the robot, R2C-Warrior uses a laptop to process the algorithm and three Arduino microcontrollers to read sensors and drive an actuators. Uses Serial for communication between laptop and Arduino which is connected via the Universal Serial Bus (USB) port. Using Serial in this design has disadvantages, that are only one Arduino can connected to the laptop and the received data sometimes is lost or wrong with a data loss rate is 28% and data error rate is 4% in 1000 times data transmissions. To solve this problems, the author made a system using Ethernet instead USB with advantages can connect a laptop with three Arduino microcontrollers at once, and use User Datagram Protocol (UDP) with Unicast method instead Serial, because UDP has a checksum to ensure that sent or received data has no errors. Based on testing that has been done, this system has no data errors in testing data transmissions, both from laptop to Arduino, Arduino to laptop, and Arduino to Arduino. Other than that, this system doesn’t have a problems when there is no communication or when receiving data from unknown device(s), and also can filtered data when there is available data from unknown device(s)
