There are single drugs mentioned for both maintainace of health and also treating diseases. We can also find medicines used both internally and externally. There are over 300 Ekamoolika prayoga mentioned in Sushrutha samhita which includes prescription for many diseases such as Krimi, Prameha, Graha Pratishedha, Netra roga, Twak vikara, Udara, Vrana etc. and also single drugs are mentioned for Rasayana, Vajeekarana and Swasthahita purpose. Different Anupana are mentioned based on the different Dosha involved in the disease. Encouraging the use of Ekamoolika prayoga is not only easy and convenient but also econonomical. This time is characterized by physical exhaustion, hormonal fluctuations, and an increased susceptibility to imbalances in the Doshas, particularly Vata. Proper management during this period is crucial for restoring maternal health, supporting lactation, and preventing long-term health issues. Traditional Ayurvedic practices place importance on the use of uncomplicated, easily digestible, and safe therapeutic agents to facilitate recovery. One notable method is Ekala Dravya Prayoga, which consists of administering single-drug formulations rather than intricate polyherbal mixtures. This strategy provides several benefits, including simplicity in preparation, a lower chance of adverse interactions, and improved therapeutic accuracy. This detailed review examines various single-drug options traditionally recommended for the Sutika period, discusses their classical references and pharmacological properties, and presents modern evidence supporting their effectiveness. By critically analyzing Ayurvedic literature and correlating it with contemporary scientific findings, the article underscores the significance and potential benefits of Ekala Dravya Prayoga in enhancing postnatal care across both traditional and modern healthcare frameworks. Namun sayangnya, toko-toko konvensional seperti ini belum banyak melangkah untuk mengembangkan bisnis melalui media lain, termasuk internet. Prayoga Sport yang terletak di daerah Cikupa, Kecamatan Tangerang adalah salah satu toko yang menjual berbagai jenis sepatu dengan mengandalkan pembeli yang langsung ke toko. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah, toko Prayoga Sport kurang dikenal karena media promosi dan penjualan yang dipakai masih bersifat konvensional. Untuk itulah peneliti melakukan pengkajian kebutuhan bisnis pada Toko Prayoga Sport dan menerapkan sistem E-Commerce CMS Joomla modules VirtueMart yang sesuai untuk diterapkan. Tujuannya untuk memasarkan dan melakukan transaksi secara online. Manfaat yang didapat dari penerapan sistem E-Commerce CMS Joomla modules VirtueMart bagi konsumen adalah konsumen tidak perlu bertatap muka langsung dengan penjual sehingga proses transaksi akan lebih efisien. Bagi penjual, selain memudahkan transaksi jual beli E-Commerce juga bermanfaat sebagai media promosi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan partisipan. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu melakukan pemasaran dan periklanan produk yang dijual di toko Prayoga Sport serta meningkatkan penjualan dan pelayanan kepada konsumen, sehingga toko Prayoga Sport menjadi lebih terkenal dan memiliki banyak pelanggan
