    The website has become one of the essential platforms in today's digital era. This final project aims to design and develop a website for Ridho Reklame printing services with the goal of enhancing accessibility and sales. The research is conducted using a system development methodology, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and evaluation. Modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Codeigniter, Bootstrap, and JavaScript are used to build an interactive and responsive website. In this study, the author analyzes user requirements and identifies the necessary features for the printing services website. These features include service information, product gallery, testimonials, order forms, and easy payment methods. Additionally, the author optimizes the design and user experience to ensure the website is accessible on various devices, including desktop and mobile. The research findings indicate that the design of Ridho Reklame printing services website provides benefits and is expected to enhance accessibility and sales in the future. Users can easily access information about the offered services, view products in the gallery, read testimonials from previous customers, and place online orders through provided forms. The easy payment method also simplifies the transaction process for customers.     this research is to find out if the marketing mix of banana chips in the household industry of Ridho banana chips is good.. The population used in this study is the consumer of Ridho banana chips business. the samples are consumers ( warungs / stores) and end consumers. In this case the author took as many as 30 respondents consisting of 8 consumers ( warung / stores) and 22 people end consumers. The types and sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data and data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The sampling techniques used are purposive and exidental techniques. The data analysis used is descriptive which is used to answer problem formulation.     ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Metode Komunikasi Persuasif yang dilakukan guru dalam membina akhlakul karimah santri di TPA Ar-Ridho dan untuk mengetahui faktor yang menghambat proses komunikasi persuasif yang dilaksanakan oleh guru di TPA Ar-Ridho. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Dalam hal ini dengan mengamati komunikasi persuasif yang dilakukan oleh pengurus TPA Ar-Ridho dalam usaha membina akhlakul karimah santri-santrinya. Dan untuk mengetahui komunikasi persuasif yang dilakukan dalam pembinaan akhlak di TPA Ar-Ridho, penulis merumuskan masalah penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana penerapan komunikasi persuasif ustadz dan ustadzah dalam membina akhlak santri di TPA Ar-Ridho dan apa hambatan-hambatan dalam membina akhlak santri di TPA Ar-Ridho. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data primer yang berupa hasil dari catatan dan pengamatan langsung di lapangan yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pengurus di TPA Ar-Ridho. Sedangkan data sekunder berupa data dari dokumen�dokumen grafis yang digunakan untuk mendukung informasi yang didapatkan. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi persuasif dalam membina akhlakul karimah santri di TPA Ar-Ridho yang penulis teliti dimana pembinaan akhlak santri ini melalui komunikasi persuasif dengan menggunakan beberapa metode yaitu, Metode Asosiasi berupa penyajian pesan yang dihubungkan dengan suatu peristiwa yang menarik perhatian komunikan atau audiens. Fear Arousing, yaitu menyajikan pesan yang menimbulkan rasa khawatir atau takut apabila tidak mematuhi informasi-informasi yang disajikan tersebut. Pay-Off Idea (ganjaran), yaitu penyajian pesan yang mengandung anjuran, di mana apabila anjuran itu ditaati, pasti hasilnya akan memuaskan dan sesuai harapan. Dengan melalui beberapa metode tersebut telah berhasil merubah akhlak santrinya dari yang kurang baik menjadi lebih baik. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi Persuasif, Pembinaan, Akhlakul Karimah, Santriwati, TPA Ar-Ridho. ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the persuasive communication methods used by teachers for instilling the noble characters of students at Ar-Ridho Al-Quran Education and to find out the factors that hinder the persuasive communication process carried out by teachers at Ar-Ridho Al-Quran Education. This research is qualitative research with descriptive research type. In this case, by observing the persuasive communication carried out by the Ar-Ridho Al-Quran Education teachers. in an effort to instilling the noble characters of students. And to find out the persuasive communication carried out for instill characters at Ar-Ridho Al�Quran Education, the author formulated the problem of this research, namely how to apply the persuasive communication of ustadz and ustadzah for instilling the noble characters of students at Ar-Ridho Al�Quran Education. and what are the obstacles for instilling the noble characters of students in Ar-Ridho Al-Quran Education. . This research uses data collection tools in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. Primary data is the result of notes and direct observations in the field obtained through interviews with teachers at Ar-Ridho Al-Quran Education. . Meanwhile, secondary data is in the form of data from graphic documents which are used to support the information obtained. The results of his research show that persuasive communication for instilling the noble characters of students in Ar-Ridho Al-Quran Education. which the author examines is where the instill characters of students is through persuasive communication using several methods, namely, the Association Method in the form of presenting a message that is connected to an event that attracts the attention of the communicant or audience. Fear Arousing, namely presenting messages that cause worry or fear if you do not comply with the information presented. Pay-Off Idea (reward), namely the presentation of a message containing recommendations, where if the recommendations are obeyed, the results will definitely be satisfactory and according to expectations. By using several of these methods, he has succeeded in changing the morals of his students from bad to better.     This research aims to describe: (1) Plot used the author to convey a psychological dimension. (2) the characters and characterizations author used to convey a psychological dimension. (3) setting that is used to convey the author's psychological dimension. (4) the personality of the characters in the novel Tuhan Maaf Engkau Kumadu by Aguk Irawan M.N. based on aspects of psychology. (5) the factors affecting psychological personages Ridho. The data of this research in the form of documentation in the form of a quote with the data source is a novel Tuhan Maaf Engkau Kumadu by Aguk Irawan M.N. Data collection is done with the technique of reading and note, while data analysis is done by qualitative descriptive analysis techniques with three steps, namely (1) reading the repetitively novel Tuhan Maaf Engkau Kumadu. (2) reading and studying literature, reference or references that have relationships and support towards issues and problems in this research. (3) records and entering data into the data analysis instruments. The data was then validated by the method of triangulation, i.e. the Act test or check the data findings with other findings while the absence of contrasts or the origin of the congruency between one another. Descriptive research results indicate that: (1) flows into three stages, namely the beginning, middle, the end. Ridho has internal and external conflict. (2) the main character Ridho most involved with the significance and themes, most related to other figures, most require time-telling. Explanatory character Eva Ratu Nisa, Afandi Irwan, Shaykh Radullah al Farghani, Nabila al Farghani, Mr. Ardiansyah, Sutirman, Sumaryati affecting the psychological dimension figure Ridho. Characterizations Ridho, i.e. believe in dreams, belief in omens, stubborn, strong-willed, timid, concerned, hard-working, smart, good-natured, polite, and polite. How are the meaning of inyou joshi to in Japanese sentence? This research has two purposes. First, to describe the structure of inyou joshi to in Japanese sentence. Second, to describe the meaning of inyou joshi to in Japanese sentence. Author obtained the data from Konyaku Jidai short story. Those data were collected using note taking technique. Then, to analyze the structure and the meaning of inyou joshi to, author used agih method and continued with lesap technique. While, to analyze data, author used complications theory of Chino and Nitta as a reference. The method of presenting the results of data analysis is an informal method, which is presenting the results of analysis data with words. Based on the data analysis, the result of this research shows that inyou joshi to has 7 meaning. Grammatically, inyou joshi to is sticked to speech verbs and thought verbs. LO Purifier is auxiliary machinary that use for separate oil from water and sludge with high speed rotation principal works or it’s usually called centrifugal force. Lubricating oil product of purification is accommodate in sump tankmain engine. If there is trouble in operational LO Purifier, it can effect the quality of main engine’s lubricate, especially in the main perts from LO Purifier is vertical shaft part that once of main component LO Purifier. Then need fast respon if there are trouble in vertical shaft component in order to maintain the quality of LO main engine in a way do maintenance and repair to LO Purifier’s components which got damaged or broken as well as corresponding of instruction manual book. Considering the importance of function LO Purifier for quality of Lubricating main engine so this machinery must be treat as well as procedure. In this case, author use SWOT analysis method, this methode use to solve thr problem based on some factor analysis, Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunity and Threats by using strategies that determined correspondence by result of SWOT analysis method sistematically. That goals to solve the problem based on strategy and critical succes factor on SWOT method. By implementing that procedure, expected the operational system of LO Purifier works optimally so the quality of Lubricating main engine is mantained, voyage is safe and company doesn’t lose cost that caused by disruption of ship operations. In this study, the research method used by the author is a qualitative descriptive research method, which is a method description that aims to form a more specific and transparent description of the state of an object. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The theory of Tubbs and Moss explains the various communication styles, including: 1.     ABSTRAKSI Ridho Ekapaksi Eri Setiawan, NIT: 52155782.T, 2019 “Identifikasi Kerusakan Mesin Bubut Yang Terjadi di KM.GUNUNG DEMPO” skripsi Program Studi Teknika, Program Diploma IV, Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang, Pembimbing I: SARIFUDDIN,M.Pd., M.Mar.E dan Pembimbing II: Capt. AGUS HADI PURWANTOMO.M.Mar. Latar belakang terhadap permasalahan adalah rusaknya shaft blower inlet pada main blower, dan untuk spare part shaft inlet tidsk tersedia di gudang akhirnya dilakukanlah rekondisi dengan bantuan mesin bubut. Namun pada saat pengerjaan mesin bubut mengalami kendala yaitu macet tidak dapat berputar kepala tetapnya, sehingga menyebabkan terhentinya pengerjaan merekondisi shaft inlet main blower tersebut. Penulis merangkum permasalahan-permasalahan dan mencoba memecahkan masalah dengan menggunakan metode fishbone yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab yang mungkin timbul dari suatu masalah dan fault tree analysis (FTA) yaitu metode menyelesaikan kasus apabila terjadi suatu kegagalan atau hal yang tidak diinginkan dengan mencari akar-akar permasalahan Basic Events yang muncul dan diuraikan dari setiap indikasi kejadian puncak (Top Event). Ada banyak penyebab kerusakan mesin bubut , dari penyebab-penyebab tersebut dianalisa untuk menemukan penyebab utama di KM. KM.GUNUNG DEMPO kerusakan mesin bubutnya adalah rusaknya plastic gear pada salah satu susunan gear dalam kepala tetap. Kerusakan mesin bubut di KM.GUNUNG DEMPO terutama pada plastic gear di karenakan perawatan yang tidak sesuai dengan manual book dan juga pengetahuan crew mesin yang kurang dalam pengetahuan tentang mesin bubut. Sehingga gear plastic pada susunan gear dalam kepala tetap rusak. Untuk menangani masalah tersebut berdasarkan penelitian oleh penulis dapat dilakukan upaya perawatan secara rutin, penggantian sparepart juga penambahan pengetahuan dan kesadaran crew mesin terhadap mesin bubut . The background of this problem is damage to the inlet shaft blower on the main blower, and for part spare shaft inlets that are not available, the reconditioning is finally carried out with the help of a lathe. However, when the lathe had a problem, the engine was jammed, the engine could not rotate its head permanently, thus causing a stop to work to recondition the blower main inlet shaft. . The author summarizes the problem and tries to solve the problem by using the fishbone method, which is to identify the causal factors that may arise from the problem and fault tree analysis (FTA), namely the method of solving cases in case of failure or undesirable things by finding the root causes Basic Events that appear and are explained by each indication of the Top Event. There are many causes of lathe damage, from these causes analyzed to find the main cause of damage to the KM. GUNUNG DEMPO on the lathe is the destruction of plastic teeth in one of the fixed gear settings in the head. Lathe damage in KM. GUNUNG DEMPO , especially in plastic gears because of maintenance that is not in accordance with the manual and also the knowledge of machine crews who lack knowledge in lathes. So that the plastic gears on the gear arrangement on the head remain damaged. To overcome these problems based on research by the author, routine maintenance efforts can be made, replacing parts and increasing the knowledge and awareness of the engine crew on the lathe

    A company needs human resources as the executor of the activities of the company. The bigger the company, the more human resources needed in the company. Based on this, it is necessary to have regulations established by Human Resource Development to regulate activities in the company. The Human Resource Development Division has the task of supervising the activities of all employees, because in its recording Human Resource Development still uses a manual system either made on paper in the form of a form or made on MS-Excel, making it vulnerable to violations committed by employees. Therefore, the author plans to develop a Human Resource Development information system at PT Berkah Ridho Cinta Indonesia in the form of an employee attendance system using a QR code, an employee leave system and a certificate of employee work experience using a web-based application. The system is designed using the Laravel and MySQL framework as management. the database. The method used in this system uses the waterfall. Based on the results of trials using black boxes, this system can run well.The results of testing using a sus questionnaire obtained 80.17% results, then this system can be accepted by users
