SISTEM INFORMASI ADMINISTRASI RAWAT JALAN PADA KLINIK AIZAR DI CIKEMBAR SUKABUMI BERBASIS CLIENT SERVER
Pertumbuhan jumlah pasien disertai bertambahnya beberapa pelayanan pada klinik Aizar, Cikembar Sukabumi menimbulkan permasalahan administrasi seperti terlambatnya sistem pelaporan serta pengolahan data yang semakin kompleks, hal ini membutuhkan dukungan berupa sistem administrasi secara terkomputerisasi. Saat ini penggunaan sistem komputerisasi telah berkembang luas pada segala bidang, termasuk pada pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat mulai dari klinik berskala kecil, sampai dengan rumah sakit besar. Sistem ini berupa aplikasi desktop yang dibangun dengan arsitektur client server, dimana terjadi pemisahan antara client dan server. Hal ini diperlukan karena aplikasi digunakan secara bersama-sama oleh banyak user (multi user) sesuai dengan kebutuhan fungsional pada klinik Aizar. Dengan adanya sistem komputerisasi khususnya untuk melayani proses administrasi rawat jalan ini, diharapkan aktivitas administratif menjadi lebih mudah, informasi-informasi penting seperti daftar pasien, pendapatan klinik, penggunaan obat dan lain-lain terkait dengan aktifitas rawat jalan dapat diperoleh dengan mudah
Manajemen Risiko Keamanan Informasi Menggunakan ISO 27005:2011 pada Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAK) Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi (UMMI)
Information security is an important part of an academic information system, including Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi (UMMI). Information security is conducted to protect UMMI assets, especially data and information. Data and information have become an important asset in an organization because it relates to the image of the organization. At this time academic information system at UMMI is built online, causing various threats that may occur. Threats can arise inside or outside. If the threat occurs then the information security aspect will be disrupted and enable the disruption of business process on academic information system of UMMI. The likelihood of this threat is called risk. To minimize losses from risks, risk management should be done well. The risk management method used in risk management in the academic information system of UMMI is ISO 27005. The selection of this method to facilitate the development in the next stage of information security management system on UMMI Academic Information System uses ISO 27000 series. Data collection is done by interview and discussion. The risk management process under ISO 27005 includes four main steps: scope determination, risk assessment, risk treatment and risk acceptance. The result of the risk assessment found 73 possible threat scenarios divided into 3 risk levels, which were 2 low risks, 64 medium risks and 7 high risks. Out of 73 threat scenarios, 47 were made to risk treatment planning. Results of the risk treatment plan, 19 modified risks, 1 risk transferred and 27 risks could be avoided. This risk treatment plan is a recommendation for the leadership of UMMI to conduct risk management
Pengembangan Aplikasi Penilaian Risiko Keamanan Informasi Berbasis Iso 27005 Menggunakan Metode Prototyping
Penggunaan teknologi informasi pada suatu universitas terutama yang berbasis website atau mobilememiliki risiko yang cukup tinggi karena sistem yang bersifat global. Setiap risiko keamanan memiliki nilai danlevel yang berbeda, begitu pula dampak dan biaya untuk penanganannya. Untuk dapat melakukan penangananrisiko yang sesuai maka harus dilakukan penilaian risiko keamanan informasi terlebih dahulu. Proses penilaianrisiko salah satunya dapat menggunakan standar ISO 27005 yaitu tentang manajemen risiko keamananinformasi. Namun yang menjadi kendala, proses penilaian risiko ini masih menggunakan formulir manualsehingga tidak setiap orang dapat menggunakannya. Untuk mempermudahnya maka akan dibangun sebuahaplikasi berbasis web. Aplikasi penilaian risiko ini dibangun dengan menggunakan metode pengembanganprototyping sehingga waktu yang digunakan lebih cepat. Pengguna dari aplikasi ini adalah operator dan kepalabagian Sistem Informasi Akademik di Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi sebagai tempat penelitian. Prosespengembangan system dimulai dari tahap analisis, perancangan dan implementasi. Hasil dari penellitian iniadalah menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi penilaiain risiko berbasis web yang dapat mudah digunakan oleh berbagaitipe pengguna

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
MODEL APLIKASI PENENTUAN SPESIFIKASI DAN NILAI PRODUKSI EVENT MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTHICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS
Inaccuracy in determining the category of event (activity) causes a mistake in planning the number of participants who will attend and which suppliers will be used when providing event organizer services. This paper aims to develop a decision support application model based on the analytic hierarchy process to determine the specifications and production value of an event. The mechanism for determining alternative events (small, medium, and bigbang) is carried out by calculating the weights of the four criteria used (number of participants, venue, invited guests, and performers), using the calculation of the pairwise comparison matrix, the sum matrix, the consistency ratio of the weights. criteria and alternatives, and the final result by adding up the overall priority values for the elements used. The results show that the application model developed can determine the most likely alternatives to be used as a reference in determining specifications and production values in planning an event. PENERAPAN MODEL CONVOLUTIONAL NEURAL NETWORK (CNN) BERBASIS MOBILENETV2 UNTUK KLASIFIKASI TINGKAT KESEGARAN IKAN NILA
Ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus) merupakan salah satu komoditas perikanan bernilai ekonomi tinggi yang banyak dikonsumsi masyarakat Indonesia. Namun, ikan termasuk produk mudah rusak jika tidak ditangani dengan baik. Tingkat kesegaran ikan menjadi parameter penting dalam penentuan mutu dan harga jual, tetapi penilaian secara manual cenderung subjektif. Penelitian ini bertuuan mengembangkan sistem otomatis untuk mendeteksi tingkat kesegaran ikan nila menggunakan metode Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) dengan pendekatan CRISP-DM. Dataset terdiri dari 6.889 citra mata, kulit, dan insang ikan nila yang diperoleh dari Kaggle dan sumber data pribadi. Pengolahan data meliputi resize, normalisasi, dan augmentasi citra. Model dibangun dengan arsitektur MobileNetV2, diikuti GlobalAveragePooling2D, dense layer, dan aktivasi sigmoid sebagai output layer. Pelatihan dilakukan dalam dua tahap, pretaining dan fine-tuning. Hasil menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 99,39% pada data latih dan 100% pada validasi di tahap pretraining, serta akurasi sebesar 99,36% pada data latih dan 100% pada validasi di tahap fine-tuning. Evaluasi menggunakan Confusion Matrix menghasilkan akurasi, presisi, recall, F1-Score sebesar 95% pada threshold 0.4. Model CNN yang dikembangkan terbukti efektif dan dapat digunakan sebagai sistem pendukung keputusan dalam penilaian mutu produk perikanan
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
