No full text92 p.Abordar la temática de la subutilización de los equipos tecnológicos por parte de los docentes en la Institución Educativa Jesús María Aguirre Charry de Aipe – Huila – Colombia, es la razón de ser de esta investigación, pues desde allí, se propician cambios y transformación gracias a la incorporación de estrategias metodológicas y pedagógicas en el aula de clase.
Se exploró el problema, con fuentes, estudios y bibliografía que brinden una mayor información. Se aplica una encuesta a los docentes donde se indaga sobre sus competencias en el uso de TIC, redes sociales y plataformas, todo lo anterior hasta llegar a la metodología, desde un enfoque cualitativo para lo cual se determina una muestra representativa la cual desarrolla una encuesta como el instrumento más adecuado para obtener información. Los resultados permitieron diseñar una propuesta como solución al problema, ésta hace énfasis en la utilización de plataformas digitales con la elaboración de secuencias didácticas.
La presentación de la propuesta del diseño e implementación de estrategias de aula, generó un fuerte llamado de atención a la labor desempeñada; aún existen docentes que ven el uso de las TIC, como una acción que no es de su competencia pese los constantes llamados de los Ministerios de Educación Nacional MEN – Ministerio de las Tecnologías de las Comunicaciones MINTIC a este respecto. Este es un camino largo y requiere de este tipo de acciones que permitan una verdadera formación integral y por competencias para las nuevas generaciones.Addressing the issue of the underutilization of technological equipment by teachers in the Educational Institution Jesus Maria Aguirre Charry de Aipe - Huila - Colombia, is the raison d'etre of this research, since from there, changes and transformation should be encouraged to the incorporation of methodological and pedagogical strategies in the classroom

The results allowed to design a proposal as a solution to the problem, this one emphasizes the use of digital platforms with the elaboration of didactic sequences.

Diseño de un regulador de voltaje LDO CMOS para dispositivos médicos implantables
No full textDentro de los bloques funcionales que constituyen un dispositivo médico implantable,
el desempeño del regulador de voltaje influye fuertemente en la correcta operación
del sistema debido a que éste sirve como fuente de alimentación a los demás circuitos.
En este trabajo de grado se realiza el diseño y caracterización de un regulador de
voltaje LDO en la tecnología UMC 0.18µm, de acuerdo a las especificaciones de un
dispositivo médico implantable.
Se obtiene un regulador con una corriente de polarización de 8.8µA y un área activa
similar a la de reguladores diseñados en tecnologías más recientes. La comparación de
las demás características de desempeño con trabajos reportados previamente, demuestra
la viabilidad del diseño para su aplicación en un dispositivo médico implantable
que requiera un voltaje regulado de 1.8V, una corriente de carga máxima de 2mA y
tenga una capacitancia de carga máxima de 30pF

No full textPerpetuation of immune-deficiency throughout tumour development is, to a great degree, the result of impairment of DC function by products secreted by tumours. They include cytokines, non-tumour specific molecules (gangliosides, prostanoids, nitric oxide, etc) and tumour (specific) antigens (MUC-1, PSA, Her-2 neu). They may engender a distortion of DC development, block DC maturation, induce DC apoptosis or interfere with antigen presentation. Identifying those molecules and their interaction with DC will accelerate the development of more efficient immunotherapies. In this chapter we review the current literature on these interactions and highlight the possible avenues of minimisation of their deleterious effects.Full Tex
