Order-disorder, Polytypes and Twinning in the Crystal Structure of vurroite
Vurroite, ideally Pb20Sn2(Bi,As)22S54Cl6, is a complex mineral type, where the two minor chemical components, Sn and Cl, act as essential constituents together with Pb, Bi, As and S 1, 2. X-ray single crystal data on vurroite strongly indicate an orthorhombic Fcentred symmetry 1, 3. In this study the crystal structure of vurroite is interpreted as an OD structure belonging to the category III of OD structures composed of equivalent layers 4. The application of the OD procedures allowed the derivation of the OD-groupoid family (λ and σ operations), as well as the MDO (Maximum Degree of Order) structures. The layer symmetry (λ) is A(2)mm, the interlayer symmetry (σ) consists of a glide plane n1/2,1/2 and two-fold screw axes parallel to 010 and 001 with the translation components 1⁄4 b and 1⁄4 c, respectively. For this OD family two MDO polytypes exists. The former has monoclinic symmetry, C12/c1, whereas the latter is monoclinic, P12/c1. The OD treatment of the crystal structure of vurroite allowed to prove that the true symmetry of this mineral is monoclinic and that the apparent orthorhombic symmetry observed for the X-ray pattern of the measured crystal is due to a twinning phenomenon. Analysis of the evolutionary relationship between Triatoma melanocephala Neiva & Pinto, 1923, T. vitticeps (Stal, 1859) and T. tibiamaculata (Pinto, 1926) with the T. brasiliensis complex, through experimental crosses
Com base, principalmente, em dados morfológicos e na disposição geográfica, os triatomíneos foram agrupados em oito subcomplexos específicos. No entanto, com a disponibilidade de dados genéticos, diversos subcomplexos foram reagrupados. Triatoma melanocephala Neiva & Pinto, 1923, T. vitticeps (Stål, 1859) e T. tibiamaculata (Pinto, 1926) foram inicialmente agrupados no subcomplexo T. brasiliensis. Contudo, análises cariossistemáticas sugeriram que essas espécies não se enquadram nesse subcomplexo. Recentemente, foi definido um novo subcomplexo intitulado T. vitticeps (composto por T. melanocephala e T. vitticeps). Além disso, T. tibiamaculata foi resgatada como um táxon irmão de P. megistus, mostrando-se mais próxima do gênero Panstrongylus Berg, 1879. Levando em consideração que cruzamentos experimentais são importantes para a taxonomia e sistemática das espécies, pois a caracterização de barreiras reprodutivas pré ou pós-zigóticas e a análise do grau de homeologia entre os cromossomos dos híbridos (que é resultante da combinação de dois genomas diferentes) possibilita confirmar o status específico e compreender a relação evolutiva das espécies, avaliou-se a relação entre T. melanocephala, T. vitticeps e T. tibiamaculata com o subcomplexo brasiliensis, por meio de cruzamentos experimentais. Nenhum cruzamento resultou em híbridos, o que levou a caracterização de barreiras pré-zigóticas. Levando em consideração que as espécies do subcomplexo T. brasiliensis não apresentam barreiras pré-zigóticas interespecífica, a caracterização de barreira reprodutiva demonstra que T. melanocephala, T. vitticeps e T. tibiamaculata não apresentam relação de proximidade evolutiva com as espécies desse subcomplexo.Não recebi financiament
Perlindungan Hukum terhadap Seni Ukir Pinto Aceh
Pinto Aceh is one of the Acehnese traditional motives which were initially
applied on the brooches and pendants. In this current development, Pinto Aceh is not
only used as jewelry but it has also been mass-produced in the forms of handicrafts
(souvenirs), and the motives of Pinto Aceh have been much used as the interior
design of houses and government buildings.
The purpose of this descriptive analytical study was to find out the kind of
Intellectual Property Rights which is appropriate to protect this sculpture of Pinto
Aceh and to analyze the legal protection for the work of sculpture as Pinto Aceh. This
study with normative juridical approach referred to the legal norms found in the
legislation.
The motive of Pinto Aceh having the esthetics value which has been a specific
characteristic of Acehnese community is just 77 years old but its existence deserves to
be grouped into Acehnese traditional motive which have been hundreds of years old.
Yet, not many people know the origin of the motive of Pinto Aceh. Pinto Aceh
was created by Mahmud Ibrahim in 1935. The Intellectual property Rights which is
appropriate to protect Pinto Aceh is the Copy Right because in Article 12 (f) of Law
No.19/2002 on Copy Right, it is stated that all forms of fine arts such as painting,
drawing, sculpture, calligraphy, collage and applied arts belong to the creation
protected by the Copy Right. Since the creator has been known, the validity
protection period of Pinto Aceh is throughout the life of its creator plus 50 years after
its creator dies. Therefore, Pinto Aceh has been a public domain. In case it is claimed
by any citizen of foreign nations, our government will maintain its Copy Right on
behalf of its creator. Even though its economic right ends, the moral right of the
creation of Pinto Aceh as a work of art must be respected.
The conclusion drawn is that the sculpture of Pinto Aceh which is currently
developing should be an inventoried by the government considering Pinto Aceh has
become the specific characteristic of the people of Aceh. The government should issue
the government Regulation regulating the Protection and Registration of the Copy
Right which is protected by the state in order to protect the assets of our works of art
from the irresponsible parties.

dalam perhiasan seperti Bross dan Leontin. Perkembangan saat ini motif Pinto Aceh
tidak hanya digunkaan sebagai perhiasan tetapi juga sudah di produksi massal,
misalkan dalam bentuk kerajinan tangan (souvenir), serta motif-motif Pinto Aceh
sudah banyak digunakan sebagai desain interior pada rumah dan gedung-gedung
pemerintahan.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis hak kekayaan intelektual
yang cocok untuk melindungi seni ukir Pinto Aceh dan menganalisis mengenai
perlindungan hukum bagi karya seni ukir seperti Pinto Aceh. Penelitian ini dilakukan
melalui pendekatan yuridis normatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang mengacu kepada
norma-norma hukum yang terdapat dalam suatu perundang-undangan, spesifikasi
penelitian dalam penulisan hukum ini adalah bersifat deskriptif analitis.
Motif Pinto Aceh yang memiliki nilai estetik dan telah menjadi ciri khas
masyarakat Aceh ternyata baru berusia 77 tahun namun eksistensinya pantas di
kelompokkan kedalam motif tradisional Aceh yang telah berusia ratusan tahun.
Namun tak banyak yang mengetahui asal usul dari motif Pinto Aceh tersebut,
Pinto Aceh diciptakan tahun 1935 oleh Mahmud Ibrahim. Hak kekayaan Intelektual
yang pantas melindungi Pinto Aceh adalah Hak Cipta karena dalam Pasal 12 huruf f
Undang-Undang Hak Cipta No. 19 Tahun 2002 disebutkan bahwa segala bentuk seni
rupa, seperti seni lukis, gambar, seni ukir, seni kaligrafi, seni pahat, kolase dan seni
terapan tergolong kedalam ciptaan yang dilindungi oleh Hak Cipta. Karena telah
diketahui siapa penciptanya maka masa berlaku perlindungan Pinto Aceh adalah
selama hidup penciptanya ditambah 50 tahun sesudah pencipta pencipta meninggal
dunia. Oleh karena itu Pinto Aceh telah menjadi public domain, bila terjadi
pengklaiman dari bangsa Asing maka negaralah yang melaksanakan hak cipta
tersebut atas nama penciptanya. Walaupun hak ekonominya berakhir, namun hak
moral atas penciptaan karya seni Pinto Aceh harus tetap dihormati.
Kesimpulan yang diperoleh, bahwa keberadaan seni ukir Pinto Aceh yang saat
ini telah mengalami perkembangan hendaknya di inventarisasikan oleh pemerintah
daerah mengingat Pinto Aceh telah menjadi ciri khas masyarakat Aceh. Pemerintah
secepatnya mengeluarkan RPP yang mengatur tentang Perlindungan dan Pendaftaran
Hak Cipta yang dilindungi Negara yang bertujuan untuk melindungi Aset-aset karya
seni Anak bangsa dari pihak-pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab.

Struktur dan Perkembangan Motif Pinto Aceh
Pinto aceh motif is one of crafts that has existed as the ornament and rapidly evolves in Aceh. Pinto aceh motif is formed of the flora and fauna elements sourced from the wealth of Aceh sea and the geometrical motif element. Overall, the pattern of pinto aceh motif is symmetrical. The creation of pinto aceh motif evolves by experiencing the stylization of basic form into creation one. Its usage is not only on brooch and pendant but also on various textile media, wood, concrete, and metal. This article aims at discussing the structure and development of pinto aceh motif until becoming the ornaments. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. The data collection was conducted through observation, interview, and photo documentation to analyze the details of the structure and development of pinto aceh motif. The structure of pinto aceh motif was analyzed by using the theory of form and structure; while its development was analyzed by using the theory of creativity. The research results show that pinto aceh motif is made in the symmetrical pattern, its stuffing is sourced from the flora and fauna, its basic frame is inspired from pinto khop building, and its development has been widely applied on various crafts. Penciptaan motif pinto aceh berkembang mengalami stilisasi dari bentuk dasar menjadi kreasi. Penggunaannya tidak hanya pada bros dan liontin saja, namun juga pada berbagai media tekstil, kayu, beton, dan logam. Artikel ini bertujuan membahas struktur dan perkembangan motif pinto aceh hingga menjadi ornamen. Kajian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif bersifat deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakuan melalui pengamatan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi foto untuk menelaah detail struktur dan perkembangan motif pinto aceh. Struktur motif pinto aceh dianalisis dengan teori bentuk dan struktur, sedangkan perkembangannya dianalisis dengan teori kreativitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, motif pinto aceh dibuat dalam pola simetris, isiannya bersumber dari flora dan fauna, kerangka dasar terispirasi dari bangunan pinto khop, dan perkembangan motif pinto aceh telah banyak diterapkan pada berbagai hasil kerajinan, sehingga strukturnya telah banyak dikreasikan

Trichogramma erebus Pinto, 1999 Diagnosis. Genital capsule relatively narrow; volsellae extending only halfway to apex; ventral ridge indistinct; base of dorsal lamina without distinct notching or shoulders; posterior track of the hind wing elongated, approaching wing apex (Pinto 1999). Comments. Among the South American species, the overall shape of the genital capsule of T. erebus resembles that of T. pretiosum, but the latter species can be separated by its more elongate flagelliform setae, less extensive hind wing setations, notched dorsal lamina, and shorter apical distance (Pinto 1999).
