Experiential strategies to increase the use of sales channels at Fuller Pinto S.A.
Palabras Claves: marketing experiencias, estrategias experenciales, canales de venta, experiencia del consumidorThe implementation of competitive strategies in the globalized market has become one of the main challenges in organizations. In this sense, exploring new market niches based on the consumer's experience and the tools that can be incorporated into the marketing area are today becoming organizational objectives. For the sake of the above, at Fuller Pinto S.A., we always seek to be at the forefront of the immediate needs of consumers and their collaborators. In this way, it was proposed in this project to develop experiential strategies to increase the use of the sales channels of fuller pinto S.A. For this, in the first instance, the sales strategies in the different channels were identified, finding that a present reality is the need to evoke the emotionality of the consumer from the senses and direct and immediate communication, as offered by the different digital platforms. Such claims were reinforced in the evaluation of the consumer experience. Based on the above, performance indicators were proposed that articulate the proposals based on the highlighting of feelings and thoughts through marketing tools such as visible and interactive advertising in the different sales channels.

The Italian metalinguistic ability tests TAM-2 and TAM-3 (Pinto & Titone 1989 ; Pinto 1995, 1999) and their use in research: an overview
This article describes two metalinguistic ability tests, the TAM-2 and the TAM-3 (Pinto
& Titone 1989 ; Pinto 1995, 1999), which address two different age ranges, 9-14 and late adolescenceadulthood,
respectively. In both tests, there is a clear distinction between L questions, which elicit
an intuitive and global form of metalinguistic awareness (henceforth, MLA), and ML questions,
which request justification of the previous L questions, and thus elicit MLA at the explicit level. To
assess these more complex ML processes, a three-step scale has been created, based on Piaget’s final
equilibration model (Piaget, 1975) which posits three types of mental regulations to face cognitive
conflicts : alpha, beta, and gamma. As metalinguistic tasks are intrinsically generated by cognitive
conflicts between linguistic elements of different nature (in form and in meaning), the alpha, beta,
and gamma pattern has been transposed to the metalinguistic domain. This coding system ensures
continuity between the TAM-2 and the TAM-3, beyond differences in metalinguistic complexity. This
article also offers an overview of the extensive research that has been conducted with the TAM-2 and
the TAM-3, not only in their original linguistic version, i.e. Italian, but in all the other linguistic versions
available (English, French, Spanish, and German)
Practicum piece on the author\u27s assistance in helping Joe Pinto of Massachuset
Practicum piece on the author\u27s assistance in helping Joe Pinto of Massachusetts locate a lobster shack he visited in 1942 while stationed at the former Dow Field in Bangor. Pinto has been trying to locate the place since 1947. The lobster shack turned out to be the old Henderson place in North Brooklin
The validation of the THAM-2 (Test de Habilidades Metalingüísticas n. 2, Núñez Delgado, & Pinto 2015)
This article describes the statistical analyses performed for validating the THAM-2, a metalinguistic ability test for children aged from 9-14, translated from the original Italian TAM-2 (Pinto, Candilera & Iliceto 2003) into Spanish (Pinto, Titone & Gonzáles Gil 2000 ; Núñez Delgado & Pinto 2015) with partial adaptations. The test is composed of six subtests : Comprehension, Synonymy, Acceptability, Ambiguity, Grammatical function and Phonemic Segmentation. The scoring system is based on the distinction between Linguistic (measuring metalinguistic awareness at the implicit level) and Metalinguistic scores (measuring metalinguistic awareness at the explicit level). Three hundred and one Spanish-speaking children between 9 and 16 (mean age = 12.5 ; SD = 1.3) participated in the study. Based on the Spanish school system, the sample was subdivided into four grades from 4-5 primaria (4th and 5th grade) to 2° ESO (8th grade). All the participants took the THAM-2 and the Raven’s SPM3 (Raven et al. 1998). Skewness and Kurtosis showed that the data were normally distributed. ANOVAs evidenced relevant group differences as a function of two main
factors : gender, with females outperforming males, and education level, where each school grade was associated with significant improvement in performances. Inter-rater agreement, as measured by Cohen’s Kappa (Cohen 1960) was highly satisfactory. Cronbach’s alpha, calculated on the ML scales, presented acceptable internal consistency estimates. Correlations between the THAM-2 and the SPM38 were significant, although moderate. The results of Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA, Brown 2006) overall supported the theoretical two-factor structure of the original test, the ML and the L factor, but with a strong asymmetry between the two factors. Only the ML emerged as a unitary
construct, well measured by the all the ML scales, whereas the L factor was well measured only by two out of six scales. These results stress the metalinguistic character of this test, which lends itself to various types of studies in education, especially in correlation with metacognitive competences
Salon des Refusés, a cura di Roberto Pinto - Intervista a Roberto Pinto a cura di Elisabetta Modena / Salon des Refusés, edited by Roberto Pinto - An interview with Roberto Pinto, by Elisabetta Modena.
From 29 March to 25 May 2003, at Palazzetto Tito - Fondazione Bevilacqua La Masa (Venice) took place the exhibition Salon des Refusés curated by Roberto Pinto.
