The interrogative methode is an important Arabic grammar rule that must be taken into account when determining the meanings of the Quran or the Arabic language in order to avoid misunderstandings. Accordingly, the researcher attempted to write a research paper on this topic. This study aims to uncover the secrets of the interrogative style tools and their rhetorical purposes in Surat Al-Ahqof. Primary sources include books on rhetoric, including: Al-Balagha Al-Wadiha, Al-Idah fi Ilm Al-Balagha, and Jawahir Al-Balagha. Secondary sources include: Tafsir Al-Tahrir wa Al-Tanwir, Tafsir Al-Munir fi Al-Aqeedah wa Al-Sharia, and several dictionaries, including the Dictionary of Contemporary Arabic Language, the Intermediate Dictionary, and Lisan Al-Arab. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research, and the method followed by the researcher to complete this research is the descriptive analytical method that relies on the documents related to this topic. The study concluded that Surah Al-Ahqaf has 9 verses and contains 12 tools that use the interrogative style with various tools, namely "man" in two places for different purposes, including: what indicates denial, negation, and the literal meaning. "Al-Hamza" is used in six places for different purposes, including: rebuke, denial, and confirmation. The report states that "umm" is used in two places for the purpose of a piece, meaning "rather" and denial. "ma" is a single tool for the purpose of denial, and the last "hal" is a single tool for the purpose of denial. Consequently, the results of this study can be used in teaching ArabicKeywords: Introgative method, Surat Al-ahqaf, teaching Arabi

The present work shows a study about stability of slopes on soft clay soils giving focus on shape of slip surface and undrained shear strength at the analysis. stability analysis were made on slopes studied by Bjerrum ( 1972). This choice was based on the fact that this author, analysing cases ruptures observed at that time, applied circular slip surfaces, Simplifyed Bishop\'s Method and isotropic shear strenghs from vane in situ testa, reduced by a correction factor, proposed by the author\'s hirnself. These correction factors, which are a function of the soil plasticity index, were aplied whith the aim at to bring ruptures of slopes, that had safety factores bigger than 1, 0 1 to conditions more consistent with the reality, i.e. aafety factora near 1,0. Knowing the conditions assumed by Bjerrum ( 1972), we opted at the present work to adopt non circular alip surfaces and non corrected undrained shear strenghts obteined from vane in si tu test, i ao and anisotropically. This last condition was aplied when the authors of the articles provided enougth informations, that made possible the analysis based on anisotropic atrengha. The resulta obteined from the stability analysis gave significative indications that adopting principaly anisotropic shear strenghs, from meter to meter of the soil foundation, the safety factors are srnaler and nearer to one, showing more real conditions of the instability of the slopes
Operational Cost Requirements Analysis in Early Childhood Education
The government is attempting to obtain the access of Early Childhood Education pro- grams providing educational assistance. Unfortunately, the government has spent funds to calculate the unit costs that should not occur in the real world of education. In consequence, the aims of this study are to (1) calculate the amount of operational unit costs for Early Childhood Education pro- grams, and (2) enumerate variations and projections of the amount of the operational unit costs in Early Childhood Education programs by region category. This study uses quantitative data with pop- ulation of all Early Childhood Education institutions in Indonesia. The unit of analysis of this re- search is Early Childhood Education institutions consisting of kindergarten, Playgroup, Daycare, and ECCD units. The findings are that the highest operating unit cost is in TPA because there is a full day of service. Next is a Kindergarten institution because at this institution already has a special curriculum to prepare the child proceed to the level of basic education. Then the unit cost is the highest area in the eastern region. Recommendation in determining the amount of financial assistance it is necessary to consider the amount of operational unit costs so that the purpose of providing fi- nancial assistance is to improve access and quality can be achieved.
