Dr i Redovisningsrätt och Universitetslektor i Företagsekonomi Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att bidra till förståelse för vad en bolagsförsäljning kan innebära i form av för- och nackdelar för bolaget och entreprenören själv efter försäljningen samt vad som krävs för att affären ska bli lyckad. Problemformulering: Vad innebär en försäljning av ett bolag ur en entreprenörs perspektiv? Metod: I denna studie har en kvalitativ forskningsmetod med abduktiv forskningsansats använts. Semistrukturerade intervjuer har utförts med nio respondenter, vilka alla har sålt en majoritetsandel i sitt aktiebolag. Intervjufrågorna har dels operationaliserats med hjälp av en teoretisk referensram som grund och dels bestått av icke-teoriberoende frågor. Slutsats: Studien finner att entreprenörer gynnas av att anlita M&A-rådgivare under försäljningsprocessen och att de bör överväga fler faktorer än enbart pengar vid försäljningen. Dessutom dras slutsatsen att en försäljning innebär en emotionell berg-och-dalbana, men att det operationellt inte behöver innebära så stora förändringar eller utmaningar. Av studien framgår även att säljaren gynnas av att vara väl förberedd inför processen och att målbolaget kan räkna med ökad rapportering och kontroll. Research Question: What does a company sale mean from an entrepreneur's perspective? Method: In this study a qualitative research method with an abductive research approach has been applied. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with nine respondents, all of whom have sold a majority stake in their limited liability company. The interview questions were operationalized using a theoretical framework and included both theory-driven and non-theory- driven questions. Conclusion: The study finds that entrepreneurs benefit from hiring M&A advisors during the sales process and should consider factors beyond financial when making the sale. Furthermore, the conclusion is drawn that selling a company is an emotional rollercoaster but operationally does not necessarily entail significant changes or challenges. The study also reveals that sellers benefit from being well-prepared for the process and that the acquired company can expect increased reporting and control.

Triangular Progressions
No full textMattias Petersson debuts on the Swiss label Hallow Ground with »Triangular Progressions,« a suite in nine parts written entirely in the SuperCollider environment using additive synthesis. The starting point for the evocative piece is a magic number triangle that Petersson invented during his early composition studies and which has been an obsession of the artist for over twenty years, previously forming the foundation of many other of his works. By exploring the harmonic progressions found hiding within the triangle, »Triangular Progressions« at once emits a sense of introspective calm that fosters deep listening and evokes a whole spectrum of emotions, mediating between the abstract and the visceral.»Triangular Progressions« can be considered a perfect synthesis of Petersson’s academic interests and aesthetic ideas, combining a mathematical approach with artistic rigour. The magic number triangle highlights the beauty of symmetrical properties. By exploring its idiosyncrasies, the composer manages to translate them into engaging sounds. The lush melodies and harmonies of the music at times call to mind the intimate organ and drone works by label mates Kali Malone and Maria W Horn while also maintaining a unique signature sound. The addition of pure sinusoidal waves enables a deep listening exploration of the counterpoint between melodic and harmonic rhythms, chord structures and spectral harmonies that Petersson extrapolates from those magic numbers.Vinyl record (LP). No full textBetween 1917 and 1918, the Austro-Hungarian author Andreas Latzko (1876-1943) wrote three separate publications against the Great War: Menschen im Krieg (1917), Friedensgericht (1918), and Der letzte Mann (published 1919). Literary historians tend to bypass these works, and the few who note them chiefly focus on the best-selling novella cycle Menschen im Krieg (1917). It is usually presented as an example of expressionist political prose, or as a mixture of social satire and aesthetic shock-tactics that chiefly remains indebted to realist traditions, albeit with occasional incursions into expressionistic styles..
