This work is intended to approach to the Jordanian researcher, Zuleikha
Abu Risha, based on her work The Female of the Language: Papers on Discourse and Gender, which summarizes the concerns and worries of the author in the field of critical and linguistic research. In 1996, Abu Risha published her first book on the subject, which, somehow, brought a revolution and challenge towards the prevailing masculine discourse

Abstract
This work aims to be an approach to the Jordanian researcher Zuleikha Abu Risha based on her work The female of the language: presentations on discourse and gender, a work that summarizes in general lines the concerns and concerns of the author in the field of criticism and linguistic research since a few years before he published his first book on the subject and that, in some way, had led to a revolution and challenge to the prevailing male discourse
The work of the Jordanian author, Zuleikha Abu Risha, “The Female of Language:
Papers on Discourse and Gender”, is undoubtedly a multiform issue of the dominant male
discourse, as well as a discourse proposal that the author reconstruct on a solid base of equality
between men and women. In this proposal, the researchers observe that translation and
terminology have a prominent role in defining a new discourse, and thus, a new image of women
in society
Bespoke polyamides via post-polymerization modification using accessible bioadvantaged monounsaturated long chain fatty acid units
Here, we report the copolymerization of a C20:1 monounsaturated long-chain α,ω (MULCH) diacid with polyamide-6,6 (PA66) and polyamide-6 (PA6), and subsequent post-polymerization derivatizations in the swollen or solid state. Surprisingly, most of the unsaturation survived harsh polymerization conditions. The partially unsaturated polyamides were subsequently derivatized through swollen- or solid-state chemistries, including epoxidation and thiol–ene click reactions, demonstrating the opportunity to transform a single nylon/MULCH copolymer into a plethora of high-performance specialty grades through processes like reactive extrusion or chemical washing. Bio-based MULCH diacids could thus serve as a foundation for bespoke polyamides; for example, enabling enhanced water resistance, crosslinkability, recyclability, or internal plasticization. The versatility afforded by MULCH diacid monomers adds significant value, supporting the growth of the bioeconomy. We illustrate these concepts with several examples of modifying MULCH copolymers: chemical staining, enhanced hydrophobicity through grafting of aliphatic pendants, crosslinking, and epoxidation. Chemical and physical properties are evaluated and compared to those of PA66 or PA6 homopolymer controls. Advances in vegetable oil processing and biotechnology have enabled the large-scale production of a variety of MULCH-diacids from lignocellulosic feedstocks. This work illustrates how the “bioadvantage” presented by monounsaturation can be exploited in high-value applications, facilitating the growth of the biobased chemical sector. This article is published as Meyer, Peter M., Dhananjay Dileep, Risha L. Replication data for: India (2006): HIV/AIDS TRaC Study Evaluating Consistent Condom Use among Male Clients of Female Commercial Sex Workers in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu First Round
A cross sectional population based survey called a Behavior Change Impact Survey (BCIS-I), among male clients of female commercial sex workers was conducted in May 2006. The representative sample of 2,401 male clients of female commercial sex workers, randomly recruited from the high risk areas of project towns in the state of Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Maharashtra were interviewed using a structured questionnaire while following the multi-stage cluster sampling process. Basic demographic information was collected in addition to media habits and media use, behavior, hypothesized determinants of behavior and levels of exposure to interventions. A pilot study was undertaken prior to the main study to conduct reliability analysis for the measurement of the determinants of behavior and to refine the measurement tool for the final survey
Translation of the Second Half of "Inimitability of the Quran, Between Theory and Application"
abstract: The goal of this project is to translate a philosophical book that discusses the inimitavility of the Holy Qur'an from a philosophical perspective. Half of the book "Inimitability of the Qur'an, between theory and application" by Mahmud Ni'mah Al-Jayyashi, was found to be the ideal choice for the project; thus, the specified part was translated. In the preface, the book discussed divisions of miracles and found that the Qur'an is an intellectual miracle. Then in the first chapter it discussed the aspects and foundations of miracles. It listed most of the inimitable aspects of the Holy Qur'an which were mentioned by different Muslin scholars. In the second chapter, it discussed the author's view of the main inimitable aspects of the Holy Qur'an. It also discussed the elements of the Qur'anic challenge by whom the Qur'an was sent, the no-contradiction challenge, and the pure and eloquent style of the Holy Qur'an
Novel Method of Detecting Moving Object in Video
AbstractIn the modern trends, intelligent video surveillance system is a very important and relevant topic of research. It is well suited for a broad range of applications which includes, video communication, security and surveillance, public areas such as airports, traffic control, monitoring activities at traffic intersections for detecting congestions, and then predicting the traffic flow which assists in regulating traffic, underground stations, mass events, etc. The main disadvantage of the system is, the storage space required for storing these data and retrieval of the same on demand. For these human resources are needed but manually reviewing the large amount of data often impractical. The proposed work focused on bringing effective and efficient system with intelligence to avoid human intervention in identifying security threats. In this paper, the moving objects in a video detected by using a method of optic flow with morphological operation
Education and Curricular Perspectives in the Qur'an
abstract: In this dissertation I attempt to find elements of education and curricular perspective in the Qur'an. I argue that there is little research in the field of curriculum instruction that discusses the Qur'an's educational aspects and, as a result, much ignorance of the Qur'an's material that deals with education and curricular perspective in the Qur'an. Researchers may find many materials that deal with reading, memorizing, and reciting the Qur'an, along with references that deal with science and math in the Qur'an. Therefore, this dissertation answers the question: What curriculum exists within the Quran? This dissertation is divided into five chapters exploring various aspects of the curriculum. The word "curriculum" is used in one chapter to mean developing the person as a whole in all aspects of life whether spiritual, social, or mental while in the other chapter curriculum is used to refer to methods of instruction. I concluded that curriculum in the Qur'an uses different methods of instructions to develop the individual as a whole in all aspects of life while granting freedom of choice.Dissertation/ThesisPh.D. Curriculum and Instruction 201
