    A seguinte escrita apresenta o Trabalho de Conclusão da Residência Integrada Multiprofissional em Saúde Mental Coletiva (RIS-SMC) da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), de uma terapeuta ocupacional residente, que compartilha as intervenções realizadas em função do tratamento de um menino de 6 anos, com destaque para a interlocução entre residentes e professoras de uma escola infantil do município de Porto Alegre, desenvolvida no segundo ano de Residência. Objetiva a abordagem teóricometodológica utilizada foi o relato de experiência, produzido a partir dos registros feitos em diário de campo, relatórios de reuniões e supervisões. Este trabalho aborda os desafios de uma residente em sua relação com a intersetorialidade, o atendimento infantil em um serviço de saúde mental para crianças e adolescentes e a importância do cuidado transversal, envolvendo a família, a escola e principalmente o cuidado na infância

    Objetivos: Contextualizar experiências mundiais de Telessaúde e contribuir para atuação da terapia ocupacional. Síntese: Revisão narrativa, utilizando documentos institucionais e artigos nacionais e internacionais. Experiências internacionais e nacionais indicam que a Telessaúde apresenta resultados exitosos. Com a pandemia, conselhos profissionais passaram a regulamentar a Telessaúde, porém sem orientações práticas. Conclusão: Identifica-se a necessidade de produzir uma base teórica com evidências que qualifiquem as ações da terapia ocupacional em Telessaúde, considerando-se as especificidades do país.Palavras-Chave: Telessaúde. Synthesis: Narrative review, using institutional documents and national and international articles. International and national experiences indicate that Telehealth presents successful results. With the pandemic, professional councils began to regulate Telehealth, but without practical guidance. Conclusion: The need to produce a theoretical basis with evidence that qualifies the actions of occupational therapy in Telehealth is identified, considering the specificities of the country.Keywords: Telehealth.     O programa de residência multiprofissional na construção profissional de terapeutas ocupacionais : The multiprofessional residency program in the professional construction of Occupational Therapists

    Introduction: The Multiprofessional Residency in Health is characterized as a specialization course in the lato sensu post-graduation teaching modality. It includes the Multiprofessional Residency Program in Women\u27s and Children\u27s Health Care, which includes residents of Occupational Therapy. Objective: To analyze the impact of this Residency Program on the professional development of Occupational Therapists. Methods: A descriptive, qualitative study, carried out with occupational therapists who had graduated from this Residency. Results: Four female occupational therapists between 25 and 36 years old participated. All worked immediately after the residency. Two went on to work in the public health system. Currently all of them are in the private system. The outstanding knowledge was the importance of health care in the Unified Health System, the skills to act multiprofessionally and the occupational therapy intervention with the mother-child public in hospital and outpatient settings. Conclusion: The research showed that there was a very positive impact of the Residency Program on the professional construction of the graduates, in which the professionals acquired significant knowledge regarding the Unified Health System, multidisciplinary team work and occupational therapy interventions with the maternal and child public, which they still use in their current practice. Multiprofessional residency continues to be an excellent qualification space for the Unified Health System, where Occupational Therapy is strengthened as a profession.Introducción: La Residencia Multiprofesional en Salud se caracteriza como curso de especialización en la modalidad de enseñanza postgrado  lato sensu. Ha inserto el Programa de Residencia Multiprofesional en Atención a la Salud de la Mujer y el Niño, que acoge residentes de Terapia Ocupacional. Objetivo: Analizar el impacto del Programa de Residencia en la construcción profesional de las Terapeutas Ocupacionales. Métodos: Estudio descriptivo, cualitativo, realizado con terapeutas ocupacionales egresadas de esta Residencia. Resultados: Cuatro mujeres participaron en la encuesta. Mujeres de entre 25 y30 años que trabajaron inmediatamente después de finalizar su residência. Dos trabajaban en el sistema de salud pública. Actualmente todos están en el sistema privado. Discusión: Los conocimientos sobresalientes fueron la importancia de atención en salud del Sistema Único de Salud, las habilidades para actuar multi profesionalmente y la intervención de terapia ocupacional con el público materno infantil en el contexto hospitalario y ambulatorio. Conclusión:La investigación demostró que hubo um impacto muy positivo del Programa de Residência en el desarrollo professional de los egresados y que, aunque no estén trabajando en el sistema público de salud, son capaces de utilizar los princípios del Sistema Único de Salud en su práctica. La Terapia Ocupacional, se bien es parte de la Residência Multiprofessional en Salud, há validado su práctica y fortalecido como profesión.  Introdução: A Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde se caracteriza como curso de especialização na modalidade de ensino pós-graduação lato sensu. Este oferece o Programa de Residência Multiprofissional em Atenção à Saúde da Mulher e da Criança, que acolhe residentes da Terapia Ocupacional. Objetivo: Analisar o impacto do Programa de Residência na construção profissional das Terapeutas Ocupacionais. Métodos: Estudo qualitativo, descritivo, realizado com terapeutas ocupacionais egressas desta Residência. Resultados:  Quatro mulheres terapeutas ocupacionais participaram da pesquisa. Mulheres entre 25 e 30 anos que trabalharam imediatamente após o término da Residência. Duas trabalharam no sistema público de saúde. Atualmente todas encontram-se no sistema privado. Discussão: Os conhecimentos marcantes foram a importância da atenção em saúde do Sistema Único de Saúde, as habilidades para atuar multiprofissionalmente e a intervenção de terapia ocupacional com o público materno-infantil no contexto hospitalar e ambulatorial. Conclusão: A pesquisa apontou que houve impacto muito positivo do Programa de Residência na construção profissional das egressas e que, mesmo não estando atuando no sistema público de saúde, conseguem utilizar os princípios do Sistema Único de Saúde em sua prática. A Terapia Ocupacional, ao passo que se insere nas RMS, tem validado sua prática e se fortalecido como profissão.     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods
