Penggunaan Tanah Adat di Desa Maliki Air Kecamatan Hamparan Rawang Kota Sungai Penuh
Get PDFThe aim of this study is to find out how the use of traditional land in Maliki Air Village, Hamparan Rawang District, Sungai Penuh City based on Kerinci customary law. This research is juridical-empirical that is by collecting data and primary, secondary legal materials and field studies through interviews, and data analysis techniques are carried out qualitatively. Data obtained from field research are primary data and data obtained from books or regulations are secondary data, by studying primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. This research was conducted by interview method, namely interviewing traditional stakeholders who were very important in the use of customary land in Maliki Air Village, Hamparan Rawang District, Sungai Penuh City. This research report is descriptive in nature, describing a reality that occurs in the use of customary land in Maliki Air Village, Hamparan Rawang District, Sungai Penuh District by using a descriptive qualitative analysis method, the data obtained is then systematically compiled for later qualitative analysis, then presented in conclusions and suggestion. The results of this study indicate that the use of customary land in Maliki Air Village, Hamparan Rawang District, Sungai Penuh City is not in accordance with the Kerinci customary law.

Abstrak
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan tanah adat di Desa Maliki Air Kecamatan Hamparan Rawang Kota Sungai Penuhberdasarkan hukum adat Kerinci. Penelitian ini bersifat yuridis-empiris yakni dengan pengumpulan data dan bahan-bahan hukum primer, sekunder serta studi lapangan melalui wawancara, dan teknik analisa datanya dilakukan secara kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian lapangan merupakan data primer dan data yang diperoleh dari buku-buku atau peraturan-peraturan merupakan data skunder, dengan mempelajari bahan hukum primer, skunder dan tertier. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, yaitu mewawancari pemangku adat yang sangat berperan penting dalam pengunaan tanah adat di Desa Maliki Air Kecamatan Hamparan Rawang Kota Sungai Penuh. Laporan hasil penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif yaitu mengambarkan suatu kenyataan yang terjadi dalam penggunaan tanah adat di Desa Maliki Air Kecamatan Hamparan Rawang Kota Sungai Penuh dengan mengunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif yaitu data yang diperoleh kemudian disusun secara sistematis untuk selanjutnya dianalisa secara kualitatif kemudian disajikan dalam kesimpulan dan saran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan tanah adat di Desa Maliki Air Kecamatan Hamparan Rawang Kota Sungai Penuh tidak sesuai dengan peraturan hukum adat Kerinci.

Get PDFThis article examines how the application of the law to bankrupt insurance company customers. There will be a lot of concerns that they experience if the insurance company that can divert the risk that threatens the assets or lives have gone bankrupt. The purpose of this thesis is to find out and analyze the position of the insurance policy holder if the Insurance Company is bankrupt in accordance with the legislation. And to find out and analyze what legal protection can be given to insurance policy holders if the insurance company is bankrupt. With the formulation of the problem how the position of the insurance customer if the insurance company is bankrupt based on the legislation what can be given to the policyholder if the insurance company is bankrupt. This study uses normative legal methods, because it studies or analyzes secondary data in the form of secondary legal materials by understanding the law as a set of positive norms in the regulatory system and legal theory. So this research is understood as library research, that is research based on secondary data. So the results of this study can be stated that the position of insolvent insurance customers is endorsed and the legal protection provided in the form of preventive and repressive legal protection.

Abstrak
Artikel ini mengkaji tentang bagaimana penerapan hukum terhadap nasabah perusahaan asuransi yang pailit.Akan banyak sekali kekhawatiran yang mereka alami jika perusahaan asuransi yang dapat mengalihkan risiko yang mengancam harta kekayaan atau jiwanya telah pailit.Tujuan dibuatnya skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan meganalasis dari kedudukan pemegang polis asuransi apabila Perusahaan Asuransi tersebut Pailit sesuai dengan peratuan Perundang-Undangan. Dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Perlindungan hukum apa saja yang dapat diberikan kepada pemegang polis asuransi apabila Perusahaan Asuransi asuransi tersebut Pailit. Dengan rumusan masalahnya bagaimana kedudukan nasabah asuransi apabila perusahaan asuransi pailit berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan apa saja yang dapat diberikan kepada pemegang polis apabila perusahaan asuransi pailit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum normatif, karena mengkaji atau menganalisis data sekunder berupa bahan-bahan hukum sekunder dengan memahami hukum sebagai perangkat peraturan norma-norma positif di dalam sistem peraturan perundang-undangan dan teori hukum.Jadi penelitian ini dipahami sebagai penelitian kepustakaan, yaitu penelitian yang berdasarkan terhadap data sekunder.Jadi hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dinyatakan bahwa kedudukan nasabah asuransi yang pailit adalah diutmakan dan perlindungan hukum yang diberikan berupa perlindungan hukum preventif dan represif.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. To find out and analyze the obstacles faced in implementing the responsibilities of parents towards children after the divorce in the Jurisdiction of the Jambi District Court. The method used is empirical juridical research type. The formulation of the problem under study regarding the responsibilities of parents towards post-divorce children in the jurisdiction of the Jambi District Court 1. How to implement the responsibilities of parents towards post-divorce children in the jurisdiction of the Jambi District Court; 2. Whatever is the obstacle in the implementation of parental responsibilities towards children after divorce in the jurisdiction of the Jambi District Court. The results of the study show that 1. the implementation of parental responsibilities towards children after divorce in the jurisdiction of the Jambi District Court is not fully implemented 2. the constraints in the implementation of parental responsibilities towards children after divorce in the jurisdiction of the Jambi District Court are the lack of awareness of people parents will have a good future for children, a factor in the inability of parents to finance the financial needs of children.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1.untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tanggung jawab orang tua terhadap anak pasca perceraian di wilayah hukum Pengadilan Negeri Jambi. 2. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan tanggung jawab orang tua terhadap anak pasca terjadinya perceraian di Wilayah Hukum Pengadilan Negeri Jambi. Metode yang digunakan adalah tipe penelitian yuridis empiris. Adapun perumusan masalah yang dikaji mengenai Bagaimana tanggung jawab orang tua terhadap anak pasca perceraian di wilayah hukum Pengadilan Negeri Jambi 1. Bagaimana pelaksanaan tanggung jawab orang tua terhadap anak pasca perceraian di wilayah hukum Pengadilan Negeri Jambi; 2. Apasaja yang menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan tanggung jawab orang tua terhadap anak pasca terjadinya perceraian di wilayah hukum Pengadilan Negeri Jambi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1. pelaksanaan tanggung jawab orang tua terhadap anak pasca perceraian di wilayah hukum Pengadilan Negeri Jambi tidak dilaksanakan secara penuh 2. kendala dalam pelaksanaan tanggung jawab orang tua terhadap anak pasca terjadinya perceraian di wilayah hukum Pengadilan Negeri Jambi yaitu kurangnya kesadaran orang tua akan masa depan yang baik bagi anak, faktor ketidakmampuan orang tua untuk membiayai kebutuhan keuangan bagi anak.

Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
