Efektivitas manajemen praktik kerja industri di smk kota yogyakarta
Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) mengevaluasi keefektifan manajemen praktik kerja industri di SMK, (2) menganalisis kendala yang ada pada manajemen praktik kerja industri di SMK.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas seluruh kelompok kerja (pokja) prakerin di SMK Kota Yogyakarta. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner (angket). Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek perencanaan pada manajemen prakerin memiliki kriteria sangat efektif, dengan capaian 81% dengan kesenjangan 19%. Aspek pelaksanaan pada manajemen prakerin memiliki kriteria sangat efektif, dengan capaian 83% dengan kesenjangan 17%. Aspek evaluasi pada manajemen prakerin memiliki kriteria sangat efektif, dengan capaian 97% dengan kesenjangan 3%. Secara keseluruhan efektivitas manajemen prakerin di SMK Kota Yogyakarta memiliki kriteria sangat efektif, dengan rerata capaian 87% dengan kesenjangan 13%. Analisis kendala pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek perencanaan dan pelaksanaan terdapat butir yang memiliki kesenjangan tinggi, yaitu: (1) Pengurus pokja prakerin di sekolah berjumlah kurang dari empat orang, (2) DU/DI yang berada di sekitar sekolah tidak selalu relevan dengan program keahlian di sekolah, (3) Masih ada siswa yang mencari tempat prakerin sendiri, (4) Relevansi program keahlian guru pembimbing dengan siswa yang dibimbing tidak mempengaruhi pemilihan pembimbing prakerin, (5) Pelaksanaan pembekalaan masih sering terkendala kedisiplinan siswa, (6) Pokja masih menemukan peserta prakerin yang menyelesaikan kegiatan prakerinnya tidak sesuai alokasi waktu
Implementasi Manajemen Pendidikan Di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Langgeng Ikhlas Depok
This research aims to understand how the functions of educational management are implemented at PKBM Langgeng Ikhlas Depok. The research employs a qualitative approach. Research data were collected through observation and interviews. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman analysis model, encompassing data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings indicate that PKBM Langgeng Ikhlas Depok has effectively executed educational management functions, which include: (1) structured planning, designing educational programs based on clear analyses of needs and objectives; (2) effective organization within PKBM, evidenced by a well-coordinated organizational structure that facilitates task distribution and responsibilities; (3) implementation that bridges plans with tangible actions; (4) meticulous supervision that monitors plan execution and regularly assesses performance. The research also uncovers challenges faced in management, particularly relating to facilities and infrastructure, as well as the community's learning enthusiasm. These research outcomes are anticipated to serve as a reference for non-formal educational institutions facing similar conditions, seeking to enhance the quality of educational services.Keywords: PKBM; educational management; non-formal educatio
ANALISIS PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSAKSIONAL TERHADAP KEPUASAN GURU
Kepuasan kerja adalah kondisi yang muncul akibat pekerjaan. Kepuasan kerja dapat berwujud kondisi yang positif maupun negative. Kondisi positif yang diakibatkan oleh pekerjaan dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan dan menurunkan tingkat absensi karyawan. Tingkat resiko turn over dan ketidakdiskiplinan karyawan meningkat apabila kepuasan kerja yang ditimbulkan negative. Penelitian dilakukan untuk melihat dampak yang ditimbulkan pada kepuasan kerja karyawan oleh kepemimpinan transaksional. Metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan. Pelatihan Pembuatan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Tutorial berbantuan Video bagi Guru
This PkM aims to provide training to teachers at SMPN 20 Dumai Dumai. SMPN 20 Dumai is an example of formal education. The school, which is located on Jalan Raya Tiangjong, has problems related to the learning process, namely the use of appropriate media according to the material and needs of students. In addition, the challenge that teachers feel the most is motivating students in learning. Video media is believed to be able to increase student motivation in learning. This is the background for this PkM activity, PkM will be conducted by 3 lecturers and involve 3 students. This activity will last for 3 days on March 20-22 2023. This activity will begin by observing the teacher's needs in providing learning materials. After making observations it was found that most of the teachers used simple activities in providing learning materials. The Role of Entrepreneurship Learning in Implementing Entrepreneurship Attitudes in Vocational School Students
The purpose of this research is to describe the role of entrepreneurship learning in instilling entrepreneurial attitudes in students and to find out the challenges faced in instilling entrepreneurial attitudes in the XI class Accounting program at SMK Negeri 11 Jakarta. The approach in this study uses a qualitative case study methodology. The subjects in this study were students of class XI Accounting Skills Program, while the respondents in this study consisted of key informants, 2 entrepreneurship teachers and for informants consisting of 6 representatives of students of Class XI Accounting Skills Program. Techniques and instruments for collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of research that has been carried out at SMK Negeri 11 Jakarta, the role of entrepreneurship learning in instilling an entrepreneurial attitude in students has not run optimally because the learning process carried out only maximizes learning so that there is an imbalance between theory learning and practice, which causes a small number of entrepreneurial attitudes in students. blocked. Pendampingan Pengembangan Modul Ajar Berbasis Project pada Kurikulum Merdeka di SMPN 20 Dumai
ABTRAKPkM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan bagi guru mata Pelajaran di SMPN 20 Dumai mengenai pengembangan modul ajar pada kurikulum merdeka. Dumai Modul ajar kurikulum merdeka merupakan pengganti dari RPP yang berformat dan bersifat variatif yang meliputi materi/ konten pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, interpretasi, dan teknik mengevaluasi yang disusun secara sistematis dan memukau untuk mencapai indikator keberhasilan yang diharapkan. PkM dilakukan oleh 3 orang dosen dan melibatkan 3 orang mahasiswa. Kegiatan ini selama 3 hari pada tanggal 9-11 Oktober 2023. Kegiatan ini dimulai dengan melakukan observasi mengenai kebutuhan guru dalam pengembangan modul ajar. Setelah melakukan observasi ditemukan bahwa sebagian besar guru belum paham muatan isi pada kurikulum merdeka. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan melakukan pelatihan bagaimana mengembangkan modul ajar pada kurikulum merdeka di SMPN 20 Dumai.Kata kunci: Pendidikan formal, Modul ajar, Kurikulum merdeka
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
