Pengembangan Media Edukasi Gizi Berbasis Android dan Website serta Pengaruhnya terhadap Perilaku tentang Gizi Seimbang Siswa Sekolah Dasar
No full textTujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penggunaan media
android dan website pada edukasi gizi terhadap pengetahuan, sikap, praktik, dan
penerimaannya pada siswa sekolah dasar. Tujuan khususnya meliputi: (1)
Mengidentifikasi karakteristik contoh (usia, jenis kelamin, uang jajan, dan uang
saku) dan keluarga contoh (pendidikan terakhir orang tua, pekerjaan orang tua,
pendapatan orang tua, dan besar keluarga); (2) Menganalisis tingkat penerimaan
contoh terhadap media pendidikan gizi berbasis android, website, dan kombinasi
keduanya dilihat dari tingkat kesukaannya; (3) Membandingkan akses informasi
mengenai gizi, frekuensi konsumsi pangan, FFQ makanan, dan tingkat kecukupan
zat gizi pada kelompok perlakuan; (4) Menganalisis efektivitas media edukasi gizi
(android, website, dan kombinasi keduanya) terhadap perubahan pengetahuan,
sikap, dan praktik penerapan gizi seimbang pada kelompok perlakuan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasy experimental yang dilakukan pada
empat SDN di Kabupaten Tuban pada bulan Februari sampai Mei 2017. Kelompok
intervensi pada penelitian ini adalah kelompok media powerpoint presentation,
android, website, dan kombinasi android & website. Secara acak terpilih SDN
Mondokan sebagai kelompok powerpoint presentation (A), SDN Kutorejo I
sebagai kelompok android (B), SDN Kebonsari II sebagai kelompok website (C),
SDN Latsari sebagai kelompok kombinasi android & website (D). Jumlah contoh
yang berhasil mengikuti penelitian ini sebanyak 144 siswa. Intervensi edukasi gizi
diberikan selama 45-60 menit kepada contoh sebanyak satu kali pertemuan selama
periode penelitian. Tahapan perlakuan terdiri dari pre-test (sebelum intervensi),
intervensi, post-test 1 (satu minggu setelah intervensi) dan post-test 2 (satu bulan
setelah intervensi). Jenis data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer dan sekunder.
Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara menggunakan instrumen
kuesioner dan arsip data sekolah. Data diolah dan dianalisis secara deskriptif dan
inferensia (Kruskal Wallis, Wilcoxon, Mann Whitney, korelasi Pearson, dan
ANCOVA) menggunakan program komputer Microsoft Excel 2016 dan software
SPSS Statistics versi 23.
Proporsi distribusi jenis kelamin contoh antar SD tidak sama, namun secara
umum setengah contoh (50.0%) berjenis kelamin perempuan dan sebesar 50.0%
contoh berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Usia contoh berkisar antara 10 sampai 12 tahun
dimana lebih dari setengah contoh (64.6%) berusia 11 tahun. Lebih dari setengah
contoh (56.3%) menerima uang saku antara >Rp6 000 dan hampir setengah dari
contoh (46.5%) menghabiskan uang sakunya untuk membeli jajan yang berkisar
antara >Rp3 000-Rp5 000.
Secara umum, hampir setengah dari contoh memiliki ayah (48.6%) dan ibu
(48.6%) yang berpendidikan SMA/sederajat. Hampir setengah dari contoh
memiliki ayah (46.5%) yang bekerja sebagai pegawai swasta/BUMN dan lebih dari
setengah contoh memiliki ibu (54.2%) yang bekerja sebagai ibu rumah tangga.
Lebih dari setengah contoh (56.2%) pada seluruh kelompok memiliki jumlah
keluarga yang termasuk kategori kecil (≤4 orang). Sebesar 56.9% dari contoh
memiliki orang tua yang berpendapatan sebesar <Rp5 000 000 perbulannya dan
sebagian besar contoh pada semua kelompok termasuk kategori tidak miskin
(92.4%).
Hasil uji Kruskal Wallis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang
signifikan pada tingkat kesukaan contoh dilihat dari aspek kemudahan dipahami
dan tingkat kesukaan secara keseluruhan pada seluruh kelompok (p<0.05). Skor
tingkat kesukaan contoh pada media android lebih tinggi dibandingkan media
website dan kombinasi android dan website. Sumber informasi yang banyak
diperoleh contoh adalah orang tua, internet, dan guru.
Pengetahuan dan praktik gizi seimbang contoh meningkat antara pre-test,
post-test 1, dan post-test 2 pada seluruh kelompok. Hasil uji Wilcoxon berdasarkan
perubahan skor pengetahuan gizi seimbang contoh saat pre-test dan post-test 1
menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan (p>0.05) pada kelompok kombinasi
android dan website. Sementara itu, berdasarkan perubahan skor pengetahuan gizi
seimbang contoh saat pre-test dan post-test 2 menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan
yang signifikan antar kelompok perlakuan (p<0.05). Peningkatan skor pengetahuan
gizi seimbang contoh tertinggi terdapat pada kelompok android dan website.
Sementara itu, berdasarkan perubahan skor sikap gizi seimbang contoh saat pre-test
dan post-test 1 menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada kelompok
android dan kombinasi android dan website (p<0.05). Peningkatan skor sikap gizi
seimbang contoh tertinggi terdapat pada kelompok android.
Hasil uji Wilcoxon berdasarkan perubahan skor praktik gizi seimbang contoh
saat pre-test dan post-test 1 menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan (p>0.05) pada
kelompok website. Sementara itu, berdasarkan perubahan skor pengetahuan gizi
seimbang contoh saat pre-test dan post-test 2 menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan
yang signifikan pada kelompok kontrol, android, dan website (p<0.05).
Peningkatan skor praktik gizi seimbang contoh tertinggi terdapat pada kelompok
website. Frekuensi konsumsi pangan contoh selama seminggu tidak cukup banyak
mengalami perubahan. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada frekuensi
konsumsi pangan seluruh kelompok perlakuan (p>0.05). Berdasarkan FFQ, tingkat
frekuensi jenis pangan contoh hanya sedikit mengalami perubahan pada kelompok
makanan pokok, lauk pauk, sayur dan buah, minuman, dan makanan jajanan.
Asupan dan tingkat kecukupan gizi contoh meningkat saat post-test 2, namun masih
lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan AKG, kecuali asupan kalsium. Asupan dan
kontribusi zat gizi makanan contoh meningkat setelah intervensi dan terdapat
perbedaan yang signifikan (p<0.05) antara pre-test dan post-test 2. Peningkatan
asupan dan kontribusi zat gizi makanan contoh tertinggi terdapat pada kelompok
kombinasi android dan website.
Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara uang saku, uang jajan, pendidikan
orang tua, dan pekerjaan ibu contoh pada seluruh kelompok (p<0.05). Hasil uji
Wilcoxon menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan pengetahuan, sikap, dan
praktik contoh saat pre-test dan post-test 2 pada kelompok android (p<0.05). Hasil
uji ANCOVA menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan contoh (pre-test) dan intervensi
edukasi gizi berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan gizi seimbang contoh, sementara
sikap contoh (pre-test dan post-test 1) berpengaruh terhadap sikap gizi seimbang
contoh pada semua kelompok perlakuan (p<0.05)
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
