[[abstract]]The main purpose of this study were to explore the relations between the ocean sport’s attraction, service quality and behavioral consequences in Peng-hu. The researcher applied the questionnaire of “the ocean sport’s attraction, service quality and behavioral consequences in Peng-hu “ and I drew 500 visitors as the research samples who participated in ocean sports in Peng-hu during August and September in 2005. The data collected from valid questionnaires were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson’s product moment correlation, stepwise multiple regression analysis and canonical correlation analysis. The results are as followed: 1. The ocean sports in Peng-hu attracted visitors to a certain degree and the whole service quality is comfortable to them. 2. The relationship between the ocean sport’s attraction and service quality in Peng-hu was positive to a certain degree, and the higher service quality is, the greater ocean sport’s attraction in Peng-hu is. 3. Within each factors of the ocean sport’s attraction and the service quality, “the specialty of designing activity “and “the comfort of the environment “ had the best prediction to the loyalty of behavioral consequences; “advertisement and spread of the main activity” and “personal requirement” explain “better than any other factors. 4. The canonical correlation analysis of the study was the ocean sport’s attraction and service quality in Peng-hu have a high and positive correlation with the loyalty of behavioral consequences; the ocean sport’s attraction in Peng-hu has a moderate and positive correlation with the tendency of complaint of behavioral consequences. Based on the results, we suggest the related organizations should:(1)strengthen the diversity of activity and develop package route of travel;(2)enforce the communication of information and promote the quality of complementary service;(3)integrate the resources and set up conservation area to build the continuous managing mold of ocean sport’s tourism. For further research in the future: incorporate the follow-up issue of ocean sport’s tourism with profound interview and pay equal attention to qualitative research and quantitative research. Extending the subjects to related organization administrators、managers and dealers、local people and foreign tourist etc. and proceeding a comprehensive research.

Peng Hu is located at the center of Taiwan Strait. The ecosystem and aquaculture here is plentiful, because of being effected by China Coast Current, South China Sea Current and branch of Kuroshio. Above these, Peng Hu becomes an important fishery area in Taiwan. In 2008 and 2011, cold disaster happened around the sea area of Peng Hu, and resulted in a lot of fish died. Furthermore, marine ecosystem was destroyed and the fishery catch was reducing. In order to preventing the low sea temperature to make these kind of disaster, the technique of sea temperature forecasting is important and must develop to apply around Taiwan sea area. In this study, we use multiple regression model to build sea surface temperature forecasting model. The model is trained by the observations in 2011 to predict the two-days-after sea surface temperature. The observations include sea surface temperature, air temperature, wind speed and cloud-cover-rate from Peng Hu and nearby Peng Hu atmosphere stations. After that, the model is validated by the data in 2008, 2015, 2017 and 2018. The result has a well-done and similar trend between the model and observation. The RMSE is about 0.4 and the relation coefficient is above 0.9. In conclusion, the Peng Hu multiple regression model is reliable

[[abstract]]During the whole composing process of marriage, different races will broke out tough problems in adjustability. Since the influence of varied language and culture, it is difficult to adjust to each international marriage. Due to the developing imbalance in Peng-Hu, amounts of males lose their marriage. Under this serious marriage squeezing, they have no option but to elect international marriage matching center. They must look for their brides from Indonesia and Vietnam by this way. While immigrating to Peng-Hu, the diversity between immigratory and emigratory area, results in different obvious concepts in adjustability in their life. In this matching cooperation, however, causes a lot of leaving problems. Matching Centers match so many couples, maybe at first they really desire to match a great marriage. But in the end, they simply consider about if they could receive the high profit or not. Certainly, they play important roles between these international marriages. After entering the immigratory place, how to adjust and communicate with local citizen, it is worthy to be thought deeply about.

Many scholars who study in social mobility have observed that the social status of the father does influence their children on how they will gain their social status in the future; however, it is the education those children receive that strongly influences their status in society. As the government proceeds with the policy of "Go South" and grants people the permission of visiting their relatives that dwell in Mainland China, an unrest wave of cross-border marriage was thus brought up. At the moment, it has been the time that the second generation of these cross- border marriages enters school and begins their compulsory education. According to several scholars' observation, these people who are cross- borderly engaged receive lower social status; therefore, the issue that whether their children would confront difficulties when they receive education has obviously become a fervent topic of public affairs. Accordingly, this study aims to investigate the children of the newly immigrant brides who have been in the elementary schools of Peng-hu County in the school year of 2003. In this research, the family background of the students is independent variable while the students\ue2 self-adaptation in elementary school is a dependent variable. How these variables influence one another are discussed in this study in order to figure out whether these children of newly immigrant brides confront any specific difficulties if they are facing problems in their learning at schools. Questionnaires were distributed for the empinical data, and the results were examined through descriptives, t-test,ANOVA and chi-square test, and after which, further inference and calculations were made. The findings of the study show as follow: 1. The school performance, learning attitude and the self-adaptation of the children of newly immigrant brides in Peng-hu County does not fall behind those of native children. This result differs to the general perceptions that the adaptation of these children from newly immigrant brides can not catch up with other native children. 2. The families of these newly immigrant brides in Peng-hu tend to be with low social and economical status. 3. The children whose mother come from Mainland China embrace better performance in language learning than native children, especially in learning \ue2Chinese spelling alphabets\ue2 and \ue2oral speaking competence.\ue2 However, no significant differences were found among these children in learning mathematics . 4. A mother\ue2s Mandarin ability influences her children\ue2s academic performance. 5. The writing ability of children of newly immigrant brides in Peng-hu County depends on the proportion between teacher and student at school. Suggestion: It is the first time we face the issue that the second generation of these cross- border marriages begin their education in school in Taiwan. If the survey could be directed and made by the Ministry of Education, different results come from differednt region study and different approaches could possibly be avoided, and the wrong decision making could also be prevented

This progect tends to examine the "Yueh" greenwares of Zhejiang discovered in the area of Peng-hu Islands. Former scholars have not identified the forms and the patterns of these groups of greenwares thoroughly. It remains quite ambiguous toward the time-estimation of the greenwares found in Peng-hu Islands. The project would like to determine the time and the origin of these two groups of the greenwares

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the survey strategy for marine archaeology using modern underwater survey and identification instruments and techniques on Peng-Hu underwater cultural site survey. The survey process can be roughly divided into three stages, preliminary and comprehensive survey\uef\ubcPCS\uef\ubc, double-check and localization survey\uef\ubcDLS\uef\ubc, and precise and identification surve\uef\ubcPIS\uef\ubcrespectively. The objective of PCS is not to miss any possible target. The major equipments of the underwater engineering including marine magnetometer, the subbottom profiler, and the side-scan sonar are deployed simultaneously. After the comparisons and analysis of the images from various instruments obtained from PCS and DLS, the PIS will obtain the direct photo viewing of the targets using remotely-operated vehicle\uef\ubcROV\uef\ubcor divers. This strategy has been conducted firstly in Kaohsiung Sizihwan bay Marine Test Field as the preliminary. The research by PCS and DLS analysis out twelve possible targets, detailed investigations, respectively, the north of Tongpan Islet and internal bay discovered two suspected sunken ships of Qing Dynasty, the Steamboat Willie and Matsushima, after crossing validation documentary and divers salvaged ashore of relics to corroboration for PIS, founded that the Steamboat Willie identity and corrected Matsushima, should be the Japanese Asaka Maru ship, also verify that the feasibility of this research. In addition, the research also integrated data for the three years on Peng-Hu survey to establish a database inquire system, it will help in analysis and review for the future

Reasons for the Reduction of Peng-Hu Mobile Corps during the Late Ming Dynasty

In the Tian-Chi Period of the Ming Dynasty, after expelling the Dutch, the Ming government arranged a large scale military disposition in the Peng-Hu islands, and established a ”Peng-Hu Mobile Corps Commander” to be responsible for all of the tasks. However, since the Peng-Hu islands are isolated from Fu-Jian by sea and communication and transportation was difficult, the Ming government could not effectively supervise the military in the Peng-Hu islands. As a result, the military leaders were bribed by the Dutch, and this corruption greatly troubled the Ming government. In addition, the invasions of the Man-Zhou people in northeast China cost the Ming government a great deal of money; consequently, the Ming government asked the local government to increase taxation. To fulfill the Ming government's order, the local government of Fu-Jian, already was in a poor financial situation, curtailed half of the manpower of the military in the Peng-Hu islands who were performing poorly and difficult to supervise

With the rapid increase of photovoltaic (PV) systems installed in power systems in the recent years, the negative impacts on power quality of distribution networks due to highpenetration PV systems can be increased. This paper presents the system-impact analyzed results of a 0.6-MW PV system connected to one of the substations of Peng-Hu Power System, Taiwan though a feeder. The steady-state characteristics of the PV system on the studied system are analyzed under different output powers of PV inverter, various capacities of neighboring loads, and voltage variations of the swing bus using the simulation software of EMTP-RV. The simulated results indicate that the voltage deviations at the point of common coupling (PCC) can be well maintained to meet the grid code of Taiwan Power System under various operating conditions
