PENGARUH LEADER MEMBER EXCHANGE,DAN KEAHLIAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMP DI KABUPATEN PURWAKARTA
This research manifests the effect of Leader Member Exchange, and Information Technology Expertise on the Performance of Middle School Teachers in Purwakarta Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leader member exchange, and information technology expertise on the performance of junior high school teachers in Purwakarta with the research method used was descriptive analytical. The research data were obtained from questionnaires which were distributed directly to 95 teachers of state junior high schools in Purwakarta Regency, which were spread across 51 junior high schools through Google Form. Data processing was performed using the SPSS program version 24.0 which included a validity test, a reliability test, a correlation test, a multiple linear regression test, and a classic assumption test. The results showed that partially leader member exchange had a significant effect on the performance of junior high school teachers in Purwakarta by 54.40%, and information technology expertise significantly influenced the performance of junior high school teachers in Purwakarta by 49.30%. Simultaneously showed a significant influence of leader member exchange and information technology expertise on the performance of junior high school teachers in Purwakarta Regency by 64.21% and the remaining 35.79% was influenced by other factors not examined by researchers.This research manifests the effect of Leader Member Exchange, and Information Technology Expertise on the Performance of Middle School Teachers in Purwakarta Regency. The Effect of Additional Employee Income, Organizational Commitment and Information Technology Expertise on the Performance of School Administration Personnel During the Covid 19 Pandemic in Purwakarta Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of additional employee income, organizational commitment and information technology expertise on the performance of junior high school (SMP) administrative personnel during the Covid 19 Panedmi era in Purwakarta Regency. The research method used was descriptive analytical. The research data were obtained from questionnaires distributed directly to 90 school administration personnel with the status of state civil servants throughout Purwakarta Regency spread across 53 SMPNs via google form, and data processing was carried out using the SPSS version 23.0 program. The results showed that partially additional employee income has a significant effect on the performance of junior high school administration staff in Purwakarta district by 32.42%, organizational commitment has an effect of 16.32 and information technology expertise has a significant effect on the performance of junior high school administration staff in Purwakarta district by 36 , 50%. Simultaneously, the significant effect of additional employee inclusion, organizational commitment and information technology expertise on the performance of junior high school administration staff in Purwakarta Regency is 56.70% and the remaining 43.30% is influenced by other factors not examined by the researcher
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Potensi antiinflamasi ekstrak etanol daun bisbul (Diospyros discolor Willd) terhadap edema mencit putih jantan (Mus musculus) terinduksi karagenan
Latar Belakang: Tanaman bisbul (Diospyros discolor Willd) merupakan tanaman yang tumbuh pada iklim tropis. Daun bisbul memiliki aktivitas antiinflasmasi berdasarkan pada kandungan fitokimia. Kandungan fitokimia daun bisbul antara lain alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, tanin dan steroid. Inflamasi merupakan suatu respons protektif normal terhadap luka jaringan yang disebabkan oleh trauma fisik, zat kimia perusak atau zat-zat mikrobiologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan potensi aktivitas dan dosis efektif dari ekstrak etanol daun bisbul sebagai antiinflamasi.
Metode: Ekstrak daun bisbul dibuat dengan metode maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol 96%. Uji aktivitas antiinflamasi yang dilakukan dibagi dalam 5 kelompok perlakuan.Setiap kelompok terdiri atas 5 ekor mencit putih jantan (Mus musculus). Kelompok I (kontrol negatif) diberikan 0,5% suspensi Na-CMC; kelompok II (kontrol positif) diberikan natrium diklofenak 0,13 mg; sedangkan kelompok III, IV, dan V secara berturut-turut diberikan ekstrak etanol daun bisbul sebesar 0,5 g/Kg BB, 1 g/Kg BB dan 1,5 g/Kg BB. Masing-masing mencit kemudian diinduksi menggunakan karagenan secara intraplantar. Volume radang diukur dengan menggunakan alat pletismometer dilakukan selama 6 jam dengan interval waktu 60 menit.
Hasil: Dosis ekstrak etanol daun bisbul 0,5 g/Kg BB mempunyai persentase inhibisi udema tertinggi, yaitu sebesar 77,78 % dibandingkan dengan dosis 1 g/Kg dan 1,5 g/Kg BB yang mempunyai persentase akhir yang sama, yaitu sebesar 66,67 %.
Kesimpulan: Ekstrak etanol daun bisbul dengan dosis 0,5 g/Kg BB merupakan dosis yang berpotensi sebagai antiinflamasi pada mencit jantan
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Pengaruh Keterikatan Karyawan Dan Motivasi Intrinsik Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan Pt. Einstrend Factory 3 Departemen Sewing Purwakarta): Employee Engagement, Intrinsic Motivation, Employee Performance
This research was conducted at PT. Einstrend Factory 3 Sewing Department with the aim of researching the effect of employee engagement and intrinsic motivation on employee performance. The research model used is quantitative and the method used is descriptive verification with multiple linear regression analysis. The number of research samples is 89 respondents. The results showed that partially employee engagement and intrinsic motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously showed a significant influence between employee engagement and intrinsic motivation on employee performance of 58.2% and the remaining 41.8% was influenced by other factors not examined by researchers.This research was conducted at PT. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
