HUBUNGAN ANALISIS UPAH DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN DI INDOMARET MOJOPAHIT SURABAYA PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI ISLAM
Get PDFThis study aims first, to determine the significant effect of wages on employee work productivity at Indomaret Mojopahit Surabaya Islamic Economic Perspective. Second, to determine the significant effect of work discipline on work productivity of Indomaret Mojopahit Surabaya employees from an Islamic Economic Perspective. Third, to determine the significant effect of wages and work discipline on work productivity of Indomaret Mojopahit Surabaya employees from an Islamic Economic Perspective. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of associative research. Sampling with non-probability sampling technique. The sampling method uses a saturated sample. The source of the data used in this study is primary data obtained from the distribution of the questionnaire to all employees at Indomaret Mojopahit Surabaya. This study uses the classical assumption test analysis method, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that first there is a significant influence between wages on the work productivity of Indomaret Mojopahit Surabaya employees, as the results of the t test (3.892) > t table (2.034) with a significant result of 0.000 smaller than 0.05. Second, there is a significant influence between work discipline on the work productivity of Indomaret Mojopahit Surabaya employees, as the results of the t test (2.787) > t table (2.034) with a significant result of 0.0009 smaller than 0.05. Third, there is a significant influence between wages and work discipline on the work productivity of Indomaret Mojopahit Surabaya employees. As the results of the F count test (147.102) > F table (3.285) with a significant result of 0.000 less than 0.05. Wages and work discipline have a significant level of influence on the work productivity of Indomaret Mojopahit Surabaya employees. As the result of R Square between wages and work discipline on productivity is 64.3%, meaning that more than 35.7% is influenced by other variables such as: motivation, education, skills, work ethic, nutrition and health, income level.Penelitian ini bertujuan pertama, untuk mengetahui hubungan analisis upah terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di Indomaret Mojopahit Surabaya Perspektif Ekonomi Islam. Kedua, untuk mengetahui hubungan analisis disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Indomaret Mojopahit Surabaya Perspektif Ekonomi Islam. Ketiga, untuk mengetahui hubungan analisis upah dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Indomaret Mojopahit Surabaya Perspektif Ekonomi Islam. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian assosiatif. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik non probability sampling. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran koesiner kepada seluruh karyawan di Indomaret Mojopahit Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertama ada hubungan yang signifikan antara upah terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Indomaret Mojopahit Surabaya, sebagaiamana hasil uji t hitung (3,892) > t tabel (2,034) dengan hasil signifikan sebesar 0,000 leih kecil dari 0,05. Kedua, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Indomaret Mojopahit Surabaya, sebagaiamana hasil uji t hitung (2,787) > t tabel (2,034) dengan hasil signifikan sebesar 0,0009 leih kecil dari 0,05. Ketiga, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara upah dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Indomaret Mojopahit Surabaya. Upah dan disiplin kerja memberikan tingkat pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Indomaret Mojopahit Surabaya. Sebagaimana hasil R Square antara upah dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas sebesar 64,3%, berarti lebihnya sebesar 35,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya seperti : motivasi, pendidikan, keterampilan, sikap etika kerja, gizi dan kesehatan, tingkat penghasilan

Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Subjek penelitiannya adalah Manajer, admonistrator dan staff gudang pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Metode pengambilan datanya dengan wawancara mendalam dengan sumber primer. Menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data kualitatif dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu untuk memastikan keakuratan dan keandalan data yang dihasilkan.
Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Pengelolaan persediaan alfamart meliputi penerimaan barang, pengadaan, pemasaran pengelolaan stok dan monitoring dengan menggunakan sistem SOP yang jelas, Key person yang handal juga menggunakan teknologi ERP dan CRM. Namun, yang menjadi sorotan utama adalah inisiatif Alfamart dalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam pengelolaan persediaan bagi franchisee yang tergabung dalam program Franchisee Syariah. Inisiatif ini mencakup beragam aspek seperti prinsip waktu, keseimbangan, transaksi, etika bisnis, dan hukum ekonomi syariah, menunjukkan keseriusan perusahaan dalam menyelaraskan operasionalnya dengan prinsip-prinsip keuangan Islam. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
