Interview avec Michel Prada
Michel Prada : Interview
Michel Prada is in favor of the so-called « twin peaks » regulation, such as it is developed in France. In this system, market regulation and financial intermediaries regulation are clearly separated. This doesn’t prevent the two regulators to cooperate efficiently. Michel Prada is opposed to a european SEC : it is however essential to organise a real and active cooperation between national regulators.

The Venice Biennale
The international exhibition 'Machines à Penser' at the Fondazione Prada in Venice, Italy is curated by the acclaimed curator and writer Dieter Roelstraete (MCA Chicago, Documenta Kassel, Germany, Prada Thought Council, currently Neubauer Collegium University of Chicago) and is part of the international Venice Biennale of Architecture, 26 May–25 November 2018. Through bringing together a number of artists' works, the exhibition explores the correlation between conditions of exile, escape and retreat and physical or mental places which favour reflection, thought and intellectual production.'Machines à Penser' focuses on three major philosophers of the 20th century: Theodor W. Adorno (1903-1969), Martin Heidegger (1889-1976) and Ludwig Wittgenstein (1889-1951). The latter two shared a life-long need for intellectual isolation: Heidegger spent long periods of his life in a secluded hut in the village of Todtnauberg in the Black Forest in Germany, whilst Wittgenstein retreated on several occasions to a small mountain cabin situated in a fjord in Skjolden, Norway.Moreton was invited to present fifteen artworks which included new practice-led research that re-visoned Nan Shepherd's 'views' of the landscape of the Cairngorm mountains in Scotland, through the depiction of the Scottish architectural vernacular 'fog house' in parallel to the philosophical mountain retreats (Wittgenstein and Heidegger) that are central to the curatorial themes in the exhibition presented at the Fondazione Prada. Moreton's new and existing photographic works depicting the landscape of Nan Shepherd's philosophical meditation 'The Living Mountain' and the ruins of Ludwig Wittgenstein's retreat in Skjolden, Norway were presented in the galleries of the Fondazione alongside Gerhard Richter's overpainted photographic works of the Swiss Engadine mountainscapes evoking Friedrich Nietzsche's 'thinking space' in Sils-Maria. This is an academically researched exhibition of contemporary art that also includes works by internationally acclaimed artists Gerhard Richter, Anselm Kiefer, Goshka Macuga (Turner Prize), Susan Philipsz (Turner Prize) Ian Hamilton Finlay, Alec Finlay, Sophie Nys, Mark Riley, Patrick Lakey, and Albrecht Dürer.<br/
Prada Evans 1949
PRADA EVANS, 1949 The genus Prada contains three species endemic to mainland New Guinea (Parsons, 1998). Evans (1949) considered Prada to be closely related to the monotypic Tiacellia Evans, 1949 (also from New Guinea), and he classified this pair within the Plastingia group of the subfamily Hesperiinae, although he noted a possible link with the Trapezitinae. Parsons (1998) pointed out that the male genitalia and hindwing venation of Prada rothschildi (Evans, 1928) was similar to that of Rachelia extrusa (C. & R. Felder, 1867). Subsequently, Atkins (2017) transferred Prada and Tiacellia to the Trapezitinae and suggested that Prada and Tiacellia might be closely related to Trapezites and Rachelia based on study of male genitalia and wing venation. Cong et al. (2019) reached a similar conclusion regarding Prada based on molecular data of a limited set of Trapezitinae (10 species representing 10 genera), in which Prada rothschildi was sister to Trapezites symmomus Hübner, 1823 in most of their analyses, rather than to other members of the Hesperiinae in which Prada has traditionally been placed. In our comprehensive molecular phylogeny of Trapezitinae, Prada was placed as sister to Trapezites, thus supporting previous views that this genus belongs in the Trapezitinae and not in Hesperiinae. Our analysis also supports, in part, the hypothesis of Atkins (2017) of a close relationship between Prada and Trapezites. Tiacellia, however, was not recovered within the Trapezitinae, falling well outside this subfamily (Fig. 1). Larval food plants remain unknown.Published as part of Toussaint, Emmanuel F. PER LA DIDATTICA DI UNA SCRITTURA ESPOSITIVA: LA RELAZIONE
Teaching expository writing: a report Massimo Prada With a specific focus on educational implications, this article describes the report as a textual, discursive and linguistic type and provides useful guidance useful for writing correct, appropriate and effective reports. In the well-defined area of “writablility”, the text outlines a possible way to improve teaching writing skills to secondary school students. The first part of the paper outlines the general characteristics of the report as a class of text and identifies the distinctive features of its form that are particularly useful and practicable in schools: memorandums, reports and research reports, short essays and reviews. The second part focuses on the cognitive and operational processes that makes it possible to write functional reports, identifying a possible distinct compositional stages: the reading of the source texts and their manipulation; writing the draft; and revision. </p
