La construcción de pensamiento crítico en el Ethos discursivo del movimiento estudiantil en la Universidad Tecnológica De Pereira entre los años 2020 – 2022
Get PDFEsta investigación tiene el objetivo de reconocer la configuración del pensamiento crítico en el ethos discursivo del movimiento estudiantil de la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira. Para alcanzarlo se realizaron entrevistas a dos estudiantes. El análisis de los datos se hizo desde la perspectiva teórica-metodológica del análisis crítico del discurso con carácter cualitativo. La conclusión fue que los estudiantes construyen el concepto de pensamiento crítico, a partir de las habilidades, valores, acciones políticas y experiencias del movimiento estudiantil.This research objective to recognize the configuration of critical thinking in the discursive ethos of the student movement of the Technological University of Pereira. To achieve this, interviews were conducted with two students. Data analysis was done from the theoretical-methodological perspective of critical discourse analysis with qualitative character. Diseño e implementación de aplicación web para asignación de salasde cómputo en la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira
Get PDFPartiendo de la inexistencia de una herramienta para atender solicitudes y asignar de manera semi automática las salas especiales de formación administradas por el Centro de Recursos Informáticos y Educativos (CRIE). El proyecto abarcó la planeación, diseño, desarrollo, implementación y evaluación de una aplicación web para realizar el proceso de asignación de estas.
Se implementó una mejora a la técnica utilizada actualmente, puesto que ésta se realiza de manera manual; la mejora consistió en el desarrollo de una aplicación web transformando el proceso en uno semi automático. No fue posible en este caso hacerlo automático debido a la cantidad de factores subjetivos que se tienen en cuenta en el momento de la asignación.
De lo anterior, se realizó de forma eficiente la tarea de asignación de salas especiales de formación dentro de la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira, ya que se logró disminuir el tiempo que se debe dedicar a la labor de encontrar la sala adecuada y disponible para cada solicitud. Logrando también darle la posibilidad a quién solicita que desde el perfil al que ingresa con sus datos pueda revisar en cualquier momento el estado de todas la solicitudes que ha realizado, editarlas o realizar una nueva.Based on the lack of a tool to respond to requests and assign in a semi-automatic way the Special Training Rooms managed by the Centro de Recursos Informáticos y Educativos (CRIE). The project covered the planning, design, development, implementation and evaluation of a web application to perform the process of assigning them. An improvement was made to the technique currently used, since it is done manually; the improvement consisted of the development of a web application transforming the process into a semi-automatic one. It was not possible in this case to make it automatic due to the number of subjective factors that are taken into account at the time of assignment. From the above, the task of assigning Special Training Rooms within the Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira was carried out efficiently, since it was possible to reduce the time that must be dedicated to the work of finding the appropriate and available room for each request. Also achieving to give the possibility to whoever requests that from the profile they enter with their data, they can review at any time the status of all the requests they have made, edit them or make a new one.Índice general

Se implementó en 2023 con estudiantes de tercero a quinto grado en una institución pública de Pereira. Basado en enfoques translingües y de aprendizaje integrado, el taller Crafty Lab combinó la enseñanza del idioma con actividades manuales para apoyar el desarrollo del vocabulario, la comunicación oral y la coordinación motriz fina...This is a qualitative educational intervention project aimed at fostering English language proficiency and creativity through arts and crafts. It was implemented in 2023 with third to fifth-grade students at a public school in Pereira. Grounded in translingual and integrated learning approaches (Puche, 2020; Shiobara & Niboshi, 2022; Zambrano et al., 2022; Freeman, 2023), the Crafty Lab Workshop combined language instruction with manual activities to support vocabulary development, oral communication, and fine motor skills.
Data collection included the teacher's diary, students' artifacts, and video recordings. The analysis followed reflective cycles based on classroom implementation, observation, and reflection. Results showed increased student engagement, improved vocabulary retention, more spontaneous oral participation, and noticeable progress in coordination and artistic
expression. This project highlights the value of integrating artistic practices with language education to create holistic and motivating learning experiences in primary education.Abstract -- 3

No full textThe investment decisions are an important concern for organizations. There is a growing pressure to assertively invest on the project initiatives that will deliver the most valuable results for the business strategy. Although this is a clear concern for the organizations, many of them are still not able to identify the benefits that their project initiatives can deliver.
This dissertation aims to address the gap between the Benefits Realization Management academic research and the real project management routine in the organizations, focusing on the project benefits identification. The main objective of this study was to explore the steps proposed on the Pereira Problem Solving framework in order to identify the gaps that prevent the project managers from clearly identifying the expected benefits from a project initiative.
After interviewing 32 professionals, the results indicate that the main barrier on the benefits identification is the superficial understanding of the project problem. Additionally, results suggest that the organizations under analysis have low level of maturity on the management of its projects benefits.
As the main contribution of this research, a new framework was proposed by developing and consolidating existing ones. The Pereira Problem Solving framework was evolved in order to further explore the analysis of the problem impacts. It is believed that the proposed model will help organizations to expand the application of the existing model to the context of the benefits identification, working as a practical tool to guide the management of the projects benefits.As decisões de investimento são uma preocupação importante para as organizações. Há uma crescente pressão para investir assertivamente nas iniciativas de projeto que proporcionarão os resultados de maior valor para a estratégia do negócio. Embora esta seja uma preocupação clara para as organizações, muitas delas ainda não são capazes de identificar os benefícios que seus projetos podem proporcionar.
Esta dissertação objetiva abordar a lacuna existente entre a pesquisa acadêmica sobre a Gestão da Realização de Benefícios e a real rotina de gestão de projetos das organizações, a focar na identificação dos benefícios dos projetos. O principal objetivo deste estudo foi explorar as etapas propostas no modelo Pereira Problem Solving, a fim de identificar as lacunas que impedem os gestores de projeto de identificar claramente os benefícios de um projeto.
Após entrevistar 32 profissionais, os resultados indicam que a principal barreira no processo de identificação de benefícios é a compreensão superficial do problema de projeto. Ainda, resultados adicionais sugerem que as organizações analisadas apresentam baixo nível de maturidade na gestão dos benefícios de seus projetos.
Como principal contribuição desta pesquisa, um novo modelo foi proposto a partir da evolução e consolidação de modelos já existentes. O Pereira Problem Solving foi evoluído a fim de explorar a etapa da análise dos impactos do problema. Acredita-se que o modelo proposto ajudará as organizações a expandir a aplicação do modelo existente para o contexto da identificação de benefícios, de modo a funcionar como uma ferramenta prática para orientar a gestão dos benefícios dos projetos

Aplicando la metodología de Diseño Centrado en el Usuario, el cual especifica la participación directa del usuario, así mismo, se realiza un análisis experiencial en la interacción de la persona con el entorno, observando las capacidades y limitaciones del participante, para desplazarse en el interior de la institución. Así mismo, el diseño de convenciones que identifican los espacios internos de la UCP,
anclados a la estructura, permite establecer un medio adecuado y perceptible para personas en condición de discapacidad visual grave. / Abstract: The purpose of this document is to design an orientation kit for internal spaces, which allows access for people with severe visual impairment, taking the Catholic University of Pereira as a case study. Applying the methodology of User-Centered Design, which specifies the direct participation of the user, likewise, an experiential analysis is made in the interaction of the person with the environment, observing the capabilities and limitations of the participant, to move inside of the institution.
