This paper is about Hepatitis medical diagnosis using decision tree induction algorithm in machine learning. This paper describes experimentation of decision tree induction analysis for hepatitis patients. A chain reaction process is taken with the help of an algorithm if so decision trees are produced, in turn producing rules to analysis for hepatitis patients. This system shows the stages of how the rules are produced and the factors that will influence the end rules. This paper includes data mining information from a patient record using a domain to symptom and processor for creating a patient model of diagnostic process. "Removal of Dye from Textile Wastewater Using Charred Rice Husk and Charred Rice Straw Powder"
"In this study, charred rice husk and charred rice straw were used as adsorbents for the color removal of Congo red dye and textile wastewater from an aqueous solution. Before the adsorption process, the physicochemical properties of charred rice husk and charred rice straw including moisture (12.63% and 6.29%), bulk density (0.6 gcm-3 and 0.34 gcm-3), ash content (1.469% and 1.409%), and pH (9.68 and 6.90) were determined by standard methods. The samples were characterized using Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence (EDXRF). The sorption capacity of charred rice husk and charred rice straw was determined as a function of initial contact times, concentrations, and dosages of sorbent. The maximum dye removal percentage was found to be 100 % for both charred rice husk and charred rice straw with a 60-minute contact time and a 0.5 g dosage. At a 60-ppm concentration, 87.74 % removal was achieved with charred rice husk and 96.54 % with charred rice straw. For textile wastewater green-coloured, the results showed that the adsorption colour removal efficiencies were 100% for both charred rice husk and charred rice straw with 120 min of contact time and a 0.9 g dosage. For purple-colored textile wastewater, the colour removal efficiency of charred rice husk and charred rice straw was 100% with 15 min contact time and a 0.9 g dosage. Agricultural waste by-products such as charred rice husk and charred rice straw can effectively remove dye from textile wastewater.
Determinants for Labor Migration in Maubin Townshi
This study was carried out to examine agricultural labor migration in Maubin Township,
Ayeyarwaddy delta region in December 2015. Sample size was 60 migrant farm households from two
sample villages by using the purposive sampling procedure through household survey and field observation. Descriptive analysis revealed that International non-seasonal migration (9%) to abroad and internal
seasonal migration (91%) to urban areas were found. Currently, both types of migrants worked in the non
-agricultural sectors of the migrated destination. The push factors of rural out-migration were mostly
associated with low agricultural productivity and declining job opportunities in agriculture as well as low
employment opportunities in original residential areas. The pull factors were out-migrating to other places which had better economic or employment opportunities, high income and better living standard. The
secondary income of migrant farm households was remittance income (30% of total household income)
which was mainly used for their basic needs (30%) and agriculture (24%). The study area faced the labor
shortage problem in their farming especially during agricultural peak season because of migration

We developed surveillance guidance for COVID-19 in 9 temporary camps for displaced persons along the Thailand-Myanmar border. Arrangements were made for testing of persons presenting with acute respiratory infection, influenza-like illness, or who met the Thailand national COVID-19 Person Under Investigation case definition. In addition, testing was performed for persons who had traveled outside of the camps in outbreak-affected areas or who departed Thailand as resettling refugees. During the first 18 months of surveillance, May 2020-October 2021, a total of 6,190 specimens were tested, and 15 outbreaks (i.e., >1 confirmed COVID-19 cases) were detected in 7 camps. Of those, 5 outbreaks were limited to a single case. Outbreaks during the Delta variant surge were particularly challenging to control. Adapting and implementing COVID-19 surveillance measures in the camp setting were successful in detecting COVID-19 outbreaks and preventing widespread disease during the initial phase of the pandemic in Thailand
Basin structure from a dense nodal seismic array in Yangon, Myanmar: Contributions to seismic hazard estimates
A 3-D Shear Wave Velocity Model for Myanmar Region
Myanmar is located at the eastern margin of the ongoing Indo‐Eurasian collision system, has experienced a complex tectonic history and is threatened by a high level of seismic hazard. Here we develop a crustal scale 3‐D seismic velocity model of Myanmar, which is not only critical for understanding the regional tectonic setting and its evolution but can also provide the foundation for a variety of seismological studies, including earthquake location determinations, earthquake focal mechanism inversions, and ground motion simulations. We use the newly deployed Earth Observatory of Singapore‐Myanmar broadband seismic network and other seismic stations in and around Myanmar to study the station‐based 1‐D velocity structure through a joint inversion of receiver functions, H/V amplitude ratio of Rayleigh waves, and surface wave dispersion measurements. Our results reveal a highly variable crustal structure across Myanmar region, characterized by a series of N‐S trending sedimentary basins, with thicknesses up to ~15 km in central Myanmar and an ~5‐km step in the depth of the Moho across the Sagaing‐Shan Scarp fault system. We interpolate our station‐based 1‐D velocity profiles to obtain an integrated 3‐D velocity model from southern Bangladesh to Myanmar. Using three regional earthquakes located to the south, within, and north of the seismic network, we show that our proposed model performs systematically better than the CRUST 1.0 model for both Pnl waves and surface waves. Fluctuations in Serum magnesium and Systemic Arterial Blood Pressures during the Menstrual Cycle in young reproductive women
Introduction: The menstrual cycle involves a sequence of structural, functional, and hormonal changes in the
reproductive system. This is linked and controlled by cyclical fluctuations in the levels of FSH, LH, estrogen,
and progesterone. Because of these cyclical fluctuations, there might also be associated cyclical changes of
magnesium and systemic arterial blood pressures during the menstrual cycle. Purpose: To assess the changes in
serum magnesium level and systemic arterial blood pressures during the menstrual cycle in young reproductive
women. Methodology: the sample population is 40 apparently healthy young reproductive-aged 18- 25years
female students from the University of Medicine, Magway participated in this study. Systemic arterial blood
pressures were measured by indirect method. The serum magnesium level was measured by spectrophotometry.
These measurements were done in the early follicular phase (EF), the peri-ovulatory phase (PO), and the midluteal phase (ML) of the menstrual cycle. The serum magnesium levels were significantly (p <0.001) lower, and
the systolic blood pressures were significantly higher (p <0.05) in the PO than the EF and the ML. In the EF,
there was a significant negative correlation between serum magnesium level and diastolic blood pressure (r= -
0.374, p <0.05) and mean arterial pressure (r = -0.354, p < 0.05) but no significant correlation with systolic blood
pressure. In the PO, there was no significant correlation between serum magnesium level and systemic arterial
blood pressures. In the ML, there was significant negative correlation between serum magnesium level and
systolic blood pressure (r = -0.651, p <0.001), diastolic blood pressure (r = -0.607, p <0.001), and mean arterial
pressure (r = -0.661, p <0.001). Conclusion: The study concludes that serum magnesium level has a negative
effect on blood pressure changes and the blood pressure-lowering effect of magnesium. These changes are
related to the fluctuation of estrogen levels during the menstrual cycle.

Molecular Detection of Class 1 Integron Gene and Antibiotics Susceptibility Patterns of Pseudomonas Species Isolated from Clinical Specimens
Pseudomonas species is a common cause of health care acquired infection and also stand in second place in WHO critical list for antimicrobial resistance. Acquisition of antibiotic resistance gene in pathogenic bacteria has been a growing problem worldwide. The presence of resistance gene in class 1 integrons is associated with multi- drug resistance among Pseudomonas species. This study aimed to detect the class 1 integron and antibiotic susceptibility patterns of Pseudomonas species isolated from clinical specimens at No. (1) Defence Services General Hospital (1000-bedded) during the period of January to September 2020. The hospital and laboratory based descriptive study was conducted among the clinical samples received at Microbiology laboratory. Isolation, identification and antimicrobial susceptibility testing were performed by Vitek 2 automated systems. All Pseudomonas species were tested for the presence of class 1 integron by PCR. In this study, 77 Pseudomonas species isolated from various clinical specimens. According to the finding, the most common resistance was observed towards cefotaxime (97.4%), while resistance to amikacin was less observed among isolates (22%). Out of 77 Pseudomonas species isolates, 54 (70%) were multidrug resistant (MDR) according to CLSI 2020 guidelines. Among the multidrug resistance, 38 (95%) isolates were class 1 integron positive (p<0.001) and 16 (43.24%) were class 1 integron negative (p<0.001). Therefore, this finding indicates the strong association between the presence of class 1 integron and multidrug resistance. Therefore, integrons play an important role in acquisition and dissemination of antibiotics resistance genes among Pseudomonas species
