    Effect of Firm Growth and Firm Size on Company Value with Earning Per Share As Moderation

    This study aims to analyze the effect of Firm Growth and Firm Size on Firm Value with Earning Per Share as Moderation (Empirical Study Plastics and Packaging Public Companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the Period of 2014 - 2018). The population in this study were 14 companies, then the researchers used purposive sampling technique so that the research sample was obtained as many as 12 companies. The analysis used is multiple linear regression with moderation. The author uses statistical tools, namely SPSS version 24.0 and Microsoft Excel as data tabulation calculations. The results of the study found that firm growth has an negative influence on firm value, firm size has no effect on firm value, while EPS is proven to moderate the effect of firm size and firm growth on firm value

    Profitability Analysis and Asset Structure Against Company Value with Intellectual Capital as Moderation

    This study aims to analyse the effect of profitability and Asset Structure on the Value of Companies with Intellectual Capital as Moderation of Empirical Studies on Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Industry Sub-Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 Period. The total population are 32 companies, and the sampling technique with purposive sampling collected sample was 16 companies. This research used analysis multiple linear regression with moderation variable. Statistical software for calculated data is Rstusio. The results showed that profitability and asset structure proved to have an influence on firm value. Variable intellectual capital moderating has also been shown to have a moderate effect on profitability and asset structure on firm value

    UNDERSTANDING YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS: INTEREST IN SUPPORTING BUSINESS SUCCESS

    Reducing unemployment is one of the complex economic development problems that is being faced by various countries, including Indonesia. Increasing awareness and entrepreneurial abilities, which are currently being carried out by the government, is a way to improve economic conditions and increase community potential. This research aims to determine how student interest can support business success by paying attention to personal factors that influence student personality: environment, motivation, and skills. The research respondents were Budi Luhur University students who had previously been entrepreneurs, totaling 209 respondents. This research uses the Structural Equation Model method with Partials Least Square. The research results show that interest can mediate motivation and skills on business success; apart from that, environmental factors are an essential determinant of increasing students' motivation to become entrepreneurs. High motivation is the main drive; skills are a strong foundation in managing a business, while deep interest is the driving factor that maintains active involvement and focus on business development. A balanced combination of these three factors is often the key to student entrepreneurial success, helping them face challenges and take advantage of opportunities in the dynamic business world.Mengurangi angka pengangguran adalah salah satu dari masalah pembangunan ekonomi yang kompleks dan sedang dihadapi berbagai negara termasuk Indonesia. Peningkatan kesadaran dan kemampuan kewirausahaan yang saat ini sedang dijalankan oleh pemerintah menjadi cara untuk memperbaiki kondisi ekonomi dan meningkatkan potensi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana minat mahasiswa dapat mendukung kesuksesan usaha dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor personal yang memppengaruhi kepribadian mahasiswa yaitu lingkungan, motivasi dan keterampilan. Responden penelitian adalah mahasiswa/I Universitas Budi Luhur yang pernah berwirausaha, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 209 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Stucture Equation Model dengan Partials Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan minat dapat menjadi mediasi dari motivasi dan skill terhadap keberhasilan usaha, selain itu faktor lingkungan menjadi penentu penting meningkatkan motivasi mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha. Motivasi yang tinggi menjadi dorongan utama, keterampilan menjadi fondasi yang kuat dalam mengelola usaha, sementara minat yang mendalam menjadi faktor pendorong yang mempertahankan keterlibatan aktif dan fokus pada pengembangan bisnis. Keseluruhan, kombinasi yang seimbang dari ketiga faktor ini seringkali menjadi kunci bagi keberhasilan wirausaha mahasiswa, membantu mereka menghadapi tantangan dan memanfaatkan peluang dalam dunia bisnis yang dinamis

Facebook Ads adalah fitur iklan yang disediakan Facebook agar Anda bisa beriklan langsung ke target audience Anda berdasarkan aktivitas pengguna, informasi demografis seperti lokasi, umur, dan gender, dan masih banyak pilihan lagi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang kiat meningkatkan omset dan memperluas jaringan mitra dengan cara pemanfaatan Google Ads dan Facebook Ads yang dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi dan sharing experience bersama peserta yang merupakan Ibu rumah tangga, enterpreuneur maupun para pegawai kantoran.     Sistem pemerintahan memiliki bagian yang mengelola pemerintahan, dari berbagai bagian yang ada dalam pemerintahan, lembaga merupakan salah satu yang berperan penting. Lembaga tersebut terdiri dari berbagai macam, salah satunya adalah bagian yang mengurusi keuangan, baik ditingkat sistem pemerintahan pusat maupun ditingkat pemerintahan yang paling rendah yaitu Rukun Tetangga (RT). Bagian ini berfungsi mengurusi semua hal berkaitan dengan pengelolaan keuangan, yang selanjutnya keuangan tersebut harus dilaporkan kepada pihak-pihak yang bertanggung jawab seperti kepala atau ketua dan anggota. Keuangan di perumahan Bintaro Gallery, Kelurahan Pondok Kacang Timur, Kecamatan Pondok Aren, Kota Tangerang Selatan berasal dari iuran rutin setiap bulan dari warga. Uang kas yang terkumpul digunakan untuk berbagai kegiatan kewargaan, seperti misalnya ketika ada kegiatan kebersihan lingkungan dengan memperbaiki jalanan rusak, tanggul jebol dan pemelirahaan fasilitas umum seperti mengecat pos kaling dan pembatas jalan. Uang kas  juga dipergunakan untuk membantu warga apabila tertimpa suatu musibah yang mendadak, seperti misalnya kecelakaan, masuk rumah sakit, ataupun meninggal dunia. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar warga yang meminjam tidak merasa terbebani dari apa yang telah dipinjamkan tersebut. Hal ini juga dilakukan agar perekonomian warga semakin meningkat dan terbantu oleh kas yang menjadi wilayahnya. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini sistem informasi yang diharapkan mampu membantu pengurus untuk mengelola keuangan kas menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien serta transparan dalam mewudujkan kesejahteraan Bersama

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods
