Some Obreshkov measures of dependence and their use
No full textThe dependence in the world of the uncertainty is a complex concept. The textbooks do avoid any discussions in this regard. However, dependence exists and can be measured. We use the concept of dependence proposed about 50 years ago by the famous Bulgarian mathematician N. Obreshkov and discuss the ways of its interpretation establish some additional interesting properties, and point out areas of applications. Then we apply it to some examples to illustrate how suitable this approach is in the studies of local dependence between non-numeric and numeric random variables

No full textAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peristilahan yang terdapat pada Masyarakat Melayu Kecamatan Boyan Tanjung Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu sebagai perkerjaan yang masih dilakukan secara turun-temurun sampai saat ini. Peneliti ingin menginventarisasi peristilahan yang terdapat dalam berladang padi agar tidak punah.Penelitian ini berkenaan dengan linguistik dan difokuskan pada bidang semantik yaitu peristilahan berladang padi. Masalah umum dalam penelitian ini ‘bagaimana peristilahan berladang padi pada suku Melayu Kecamatan Boyan Tanjung Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu dalam kajian semantik?’.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan bentuk penelitian deskriptif.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, ditemukan bahwa dalam peristilahan berladang padi masyarakat Melayu Kecamatan Boyan Tanjung Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu terdapat 41 peristilahan proses, peristialahan proses 23 peristilahan, 9 peristilahan nama tempat, 1 peristilahan waktu pascapanen, dan 7 peristilahan hasil. Kata Kunci: Berladang Padi, Semantik Melayu Abstract: This study to describe the application of these Community Boyan Tanjung District of Kapuas Hulu Malay as jobs are still done by generations till today. Researchers want an inventory of the problems found in rice farming to avoid extinction. This study deals with linguistic and semantic field that focuses on rice farming terminology. A common problem in this study 'how terminology of rice farming in the District Boyan Tanjung Kapuas Hulu Malay in the study of semantics?'. This study aimed to describe Inventory meaning.. The author uses qualitative research methods and forms of descriptive study using a semantic approach to the study of which is divided into types of meaning (lexical meaning, grammatical meaning, meaning kolokatif and associative meanings) and the function of meaning. Based on the analysis, it was found that in terms of the farming paddy Malay community subdistrict Boyan Tanjung Kapuas Hulu there are 41terminology process, there are 23 terminology tool, 9 terminology place of farmin, 1 terminologi time after post-harvest, and 7 terminology result. Analysis of Alfred Scuzt's Motivation Theory in Boyan Muslim Philanthropic Motivation in Malaysia and Singapore for Bawean Community Economy
No full textThe focus of this research is the study of the phenomenon of motivation for sending philanthropy from Orang Boyan in Malaysia and Singapore to Bawean Island. This research confirms that the relationship between the Boyan people and the Bawean community is the driving force for philanthropic actions on Bawean Island. This research answers the question of what motivates Boyan Muslims to do philanthropy for the Bawean people. This research is socio-economic based research using descriptive qualitative methods. To find out this, the author uses Schuzt's motivation theory which says that in his actions, humans have causes and goals. In this study it is known that the causes that motivate philanthropic actions are factors of economic difficulties, gratitude, primordial and socio-religious practices, which aim to improve the economy, return favors, advance the area of origin and obtain religious values.Abstrak: focus pada penelitian ini adalah kajian pada fenomena motivasi pengiriman filantropi dari Orang Boyan di Malaysia dan Singapura ke Pulau Bawean. penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa relasi antara orang Boyan dan Masyarakat Bawean menjadi penggerak adanya tindakan filantropi ke Pulau Bawean. Penelitian ini menjawab pertanyaan tentang motivasi apa yang menggerakkan muslim Boyan untuk berfilantropi untuk masyarakat Bawean.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Fenomena yang terjadi di tengah-tengah kehidupan masyarakat Bawean, berupa realitas sosial dalam hal ini adanya tindakan filantropi, kemudian motivasi yang mendorong tindakan tersebut dikaji untuk mengetahui makna-makna di baliknya. Untuk mengetahui hal tersebut, penulis menggunakan teori motivasi Schuzt yang mengatakan bahwa dalam tindakannya, manusia memiliki sebab dan tujuan. Dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa sebab yang memotivasi tindakan filantropi adalah faktor kesulitan ekonomi, rasa terimakasih, primordial dan praktik sosial keagamaan, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian, balas budi, memajukan daerah asal dan mendapatkan nilai-nilai keagamaan.

Nonresonant formation of H− near unreconstructed Si(100) surfaces
No full textWe calculate ab initio the fraction of outgoing negative hydrogen ions that are normally incident on an unreconstructed Si(100) surface with kinetic energies between 50 and 150eV. The ground-state electronic structure of the surface is derived from a self-consistent screened Thomas–Fermi–von Weizsäcker pseudopotential including Wang-Teter shell structure corrections. Orbitals and energies of the electronic states in this potential are obtained by solving Kohn-Sham equations. The dynamics of the transfer of a single electron during the ion-surface collision is represented within the Newns-Anderson model, including image-charge interactions and electron translation factor. We show that the outgoing H− fraction evolves at large distances from the surface due to nonresonant transitions from the valence band levels of the substrate into the affinity level of H−. In particular, we show that electron capture from dangling-bond surface-state resonances determines the final negative-ion fraction. We find good qualitative agreement with the experimental results of Maazouz et al. [Surf. Sci. 398, 49 (1998)] for the scattering of hydrogen atoms and ions on silicon surfaces, even though our calculations do not include the effects of reconstruction and projectile motion parallel to the surface
Neutralization of H− near vicinal metal surfaces
No full textWe calculate the neutralization probability of H− ions due to charge transfer in collisions with metal vicinal surfaces. We apply a statistical Thomas-Fermi model with gradient correction to the kinetic energy and a local density approximation for the exchange-correlation energy to compute the ground-state electronic structure of the surface. In comparison with calculations for flat surfaces, we find work-function changes, induced by the vicinal superstructure, in good agreement with published experimental and theoretical data. We evaluate the shift and width of the H− affinity level resonance for fixed positions of the ion near the surface. For incident anions with a kinetic energy of 1keV, the calculated ion-neutralization probabilities depend sensitively on the impact direction, point of closest approach of the trajectory, and the surface morphology. We find that the ion survival is more likely if the H− ions approach the step from above, as compared to ions that approach a step from below under otherwise identical scattering conditions. In particular, the electron loss after reflection at a terrace of a monoatomically stepped Al surface is predicted to be resonantly enhanced if the ion approaches a step from below

(The article deals with the activity of music – choir society “Kolomyiski Boyan” during the end of the XIX th-the first part of the XX th century. The article
shows the prartical activity of the society center in the town of Kolomyia; the repertoire of the concert activity of the music group in Pokuttia has been investigated. The author singles out “Kolomyiski Boyan” as the first Ukrainian professional music – choir organization on the territory of Pokuttia.
BOYAN AND «THE POET OF THE REGIMENT OF IGOR» IN THE SAME CYCLE OF SONNETS BY VLADIMIR PALCHIKOV
No full textIn article the cycle of sonnets of Vladimir Palchikov “The poet of the Igor’s regiment” is analyzed. Images legendary Bojana in his correlation with the anonymous author of the great poem, the prince Igor, his brother Vsevolod, Izyaslav Vasilkovich, Yaroslavna and the grand Kiev duke Svyatoslav are considered.The genius author of the poem “The word about of the Igor’s regiment” from the time of its discovery had a multiple resound in Russian poetry. Its interpreters invented so many various forms. One of the most unexpected were sonnets and its variations (cycles of sonnets, and others). Though it’s a truth that “The word about Igor’s regiment” and sonnets appeared almost simultaneously at the end of XIIth century.The article sonnet cycle of V. Palchikov is being analyzed. The images of legendary Boyan are being revised, as well as Knight Igor, his brother Vsevolod, Izyzslavl’ Vasilkovich and Yaroslavna, Kiev Great Knight Svyatoslav.
