Antyceremonie : od "potęgi smaku" do rewolucji ("Niesmacznik" Natalii Usenko)
The article is an attempt to show the ritual of dining as a tool of oppression applied
to children. Literature aimed at children tries to help them overcome the trauma of eating
process by showing culinary experience as a social event, which is the beginning
of reflection on freedom, possibilities of making choices or building one’s own identity.
According to the author the collection of poems by Natalia Usenko serves that purpose

Upper Bounds on Spontaneous Wave-Function Collapse Models Using Millikelvin-Cooled Nanocantilevers
Collapse models predict a tiny violation of energy conservation, as a consequence of the spontaneous collapse of the wave function. This property allows us to set experimental bounds on their parameters. We consider an ultrasoft magnetically tipped nanocantilever cooled to millikelvin temperature. The thermal noise of the cantilever fundamental mode has been accurately estimated in the range 0.03 – 1 K, and any other excess noise is found to be negligible within the experimental uncertainty. From the measured data and the cantilever geometry, we estimate the upper bound on the continuous spontaneous localization collapse rate in a wide range of the correlation length rC. Our upper bound improves significantly previous constraints for r_C > 10^−6 m, and partially excludes the enhanced collapse rate suggested by Adler. We discuss future improvements
Robustness of entanglement-based discrete- and continuous-variable quantum key distribution against channel noise - data set
The dataset includes the code, written in Wolfram Mathematica, needed to reproduce the results of numerical simulations presented in the following article:M. Lasota, O. Kovalenko, V. C. Usenko, "Robustness of entanglement-based discrete- and continuous-variable quantum key distribution against channel noise", New J. Phys. 25, 123003 (2023).The file is divided on two sections. The first one entitled "Key generation rate formulas" includes all the equations necessary to calculate key generation rate for various protocols and sets of assumptions analyzed in the aforementioned paper. The second section entitled "Data for figures" contains all the steps necessary for performing numerical simulations and presenting their results exactly as they were shown in the article.</p

Embedded AI for Audio-Based Drone Detection in Critical Railway Infrastructure
D. Bosyi: ORCID 0000-0003-1818-2490; O. Sablin: ORCID 0000-0001-6784-648X; I. Potapchuk: ORCID 0000-0002-5985-1040; A. Usenko: ORCID 0000-0002-1782-9224ENG: Summary. With the increasing threat of unmanned aerial vehicles to critical railway infrastructure, the need for advanced detection technologies has become more urgent. This paper reviews existing railway monitoring solutions and outlines their limitations in identifying aerial threats. An acoustic analysis is conducted to extract distinctive unmanned aerial vehicle sound patterns using Mel-frequency cepstral coefficients, which serve as primary features for classification. Neural network models are applied to detect and differentiate aerial threats from environmental noise, achieving high recognition accuracy. The study also describes the development of an embedded artificial intelligence system based on STM32 microcontrollers, which combines real-time digital signal processing with efficient on-device neural inference. This solution offers a scalable and energy-efficient platform for decentralized audio-based drone detection in railway security applications
