Creación del cargo auxiliar de marketing para la empresa Nuva SAS
No full texten el presente proyecto de realiza un plan de mejoramiento para la empresa NUVA SAS, enfocado en la creación de un cargo de auxiliar de marketing para mejorar su presencia en redes sociales y estrategia publicitaria en línea, en el desarrollo de este trabajo se realiza un diagnóstico empresarial y se aborda el marco legal y conceptual para el diseño de cargos. El propósito de este trabajo es conocer a fondo el funcionamiento de la organización NUVA
SAS, dando una breve descripción de los servicios que ofrece, sin olvidar que su enfoque
principal es implementar tecnologías de computación en la nube para la gestión de las
comunicaciones, brindando eficiencia, flexibilidad. y herramientas dinámicas, y
profundizando en el área de Farmer, que se encarga de gestionar los procesos relacionados
con las renovaciones de los servicios de Google Workspace.
Asimismo, da a conocer los procesos que se llevan a cabo como practicante en el área de
Farmer, como lo son: (Creación de hitos de espacios abiertos, confirmación de agenda de
ingenieros, actualización de CRM, entre otros). Estas funciones incluyen: que cada Ejecutivo
del área Farmer pueda tener una estructura organizada de los procesos a desarrollar,
ayudando con la optimización de tiempos y el cumplimiento de los objetivos propuestos por
la organización.
Como conclusiones tendremos que los procesos que se llevan a cabo en la organización nos
ayudan a saber cómo podemos tener una mejor relación con los clientes, cómo gestionar una
empresa, qué documentos legales se necesitan, cómo podemos optimizar el tiempo y deja
aportes significativos. en la formación de Tecnología de Gestión Comercial.
Asimismo, abarca el impacto predominante tanto en las relaciones personales, en el
autoconocimiento, en las actividades que podemos aplicar en la vida diaria, así como en
cualquier proyecto que pretendamos tener en el futuro. Logrando incluir todas las
habilidades, la creatividad y adaptabilidad en los resultados que se han obtenido a través de

A study of the acid etch pretreatment used with the Nuva-seal dental process
Full text linkNuva-Seal, a bisphenol-A-glycidyl-methacrylate polymer, is applied to the occlusal surface of teeth to prevent tooth decay. Before application of the sealant, the enamel surface is etched for one minute by a 50 percent by weight solution of phosphoric acid containing seven percent by weight of zinc oxide. This treatment renders the tooth surface more porous and surface active to insure a strong bond between tooth and sealant. Past studies at Union College have shown that the etching treatment removes much of the enamel from the tooth. In the current work the amount of tooth removed by acid etching was determined gravimetrically. Seven teeth were etched in vitro using an etchant solution similar to that recommended for use with Nuva-Seal. The total time of etching was one minute. Measurements of the weight losses for each tooth were made after every 20 seconds of acid attack. The maximum amount of etch appears to occur between 20 and 40 seconds of acid etching. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Full text linkLa elaboración del presente trabajo tiene como finalidad el acabado repelente a la suciedad utilizando “nuva ttc” aplicado en tejido de punto poliéster algodón para la confección de disfraces infantiles, el cual consiste en realizar un acabado de repelencia a la suciedad tal como lácteos, leche y agua en los textiles que se utilizaran para la confección de disfraces infantiles. El proceso de acabado se lo realizara en las partes principales de las piezas para confeccionar como por ejemplo; cuello, puños y pecho ya que son lugares más propensos a ensuciarse. El proceso de acabado se realizó en el laboratorio siguiendo las normas de seguridad correspondientes aplicando los productos como son NUVA TTC que es el producto repelente conjuntamente con el ácido acético que es el neutralizante. Los productos fueron aplicados con relación al peso del material y a la relación de baño. Para realizar el proceso de acabado repelente a la suciedad se tomó en cuenta los siguientes parámetros; tiempo, temperatura, relación de baño, ácido acético y nuva ttc. Para realizar la confección de los disfraces infantiles se realizó fichas técnicas, las cuales indican el procedimiento y características de las mismas lo que permite un buen proceso de ensamblaje.Ingenierí

Full text linkWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
