PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN AKADEMIK TERHADAP KEPUASAN MAHASISWA (Studi pada Mahasiswa Administrasi Bisnis Universitas Telkom)
ABSTRACTThis research aims to identify he influence of quality of academic service owned by the Prodi Administration Business toward consumer satisfaction batch 2013. This research used quantitative descriptive method. The type of data required for research is the primary data and secondary data. Sampling done by the method of probability sampling type of simple random sampling with 72 responden. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of T test here are two variables that effect i.e. variable Responsivenss (responsiveness) and Tangible (physical evidence), while variable Reliability (reliability), Assurane (Assurance) and Emphaty (empathy) does not affect the satisfaction of the students. The result of this research was based on the F-test is the quality of service which consists of Reliability (reliability), the Responsivenss (responsiveness), Assurane (Assurance), Emphaty (empathy) and Tangible (physical evidence) take effect simultaneously and significantly to student satisfactionKeywords : Service quality, student satisfaction ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan akademik yang dimiliki oleh Prodi Administrasi Bisnis terhadap kepuasan mahasisiswa angkatan 2013. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda.Berdasarkan hasil uji T terdapat 2 variabel yang berpegaruh yakni variabel Responsivenss (daya tanggap) dan variabel Tangible (bukti fisik), sedangkan variabel Reliability (kehandalan), Assurane (Jaminan) dan Emphaty (empati) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Peran Kelembagaan Usaha Mikro Dan Kecil (UMK) Terhadap Laju Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (LPE) Jawa Barat
Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) is a general term for business entities that qualify Micro and Small scale enterprises. MSEs can be viewed from various perspectives. In this study, researcher looked at from the point of view of institutional MSEs, which many experts interpreted as a rule of the game. Institutionally, MSEs play an important role in the economy in West Java, in particular of its contribution to the number of business units which reached 99.98%. Based on MSEs significant contribution in terms of number, researcher is interested to know more about the role of MSEs institutional as an economic bodies to the economy: the Labor Absorption, GDP and LPE, which is the goal of this research. Type of this research is descriptive-explorative which conducted through an inductive approach.The conclusion of this study is that institutional of MSEs in West Java contribute significantly to Labor Absorption (80%), GDP (42.78%) and LPE (2.95%) of West Java LPE 6.59%. This fact demanding the Regional Government of West Java more proactive in empowering MSEs. Based on the data obtained in this study, 54% of institutional of MSEs in West Java got problem. The biggest problem is competition (29.57%). According to the theory used in this study, the best way to build the institutions is to combine the skills, strategy, and coordination, which is done in a equitable ways.</jats:p

Pengaruh Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Brand Image Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada Topas Galeria Hotel Bandung
This research is conducted at Topas Galeria Hotel Bandung, was aimed to know how
customer satisfaction, brand image and customer loyalty, and also to know the influence of
customer satisfaction and brand image to customer loyalty either through jointly or severally
at Topas Galeria Hotel Bandung.
Respondent in this research are 98 people, sampling technique use accidental
sampling and processed by descriptive and associative method, where testing influence
between independent variable with dependent variable use multiple regression analysis.
Result from this research indicate that the Customer satisfaction pursuant to spanning
incoming classification in good category, Brand image pursuant to spanning incoming
classification in good enough category, and Customer loyalty pursuant to spanning incoming
classification in good category. Result test by partial indicate that the customer satisfaction
and brand image have an effect on to customer loyalty. While result test the multiple linear
regression by together (simultan) show there customer satisfaction influence and brand
image to customer loyalty at Topas Galeria Hotel Bandung, where Adjusted Coefficient of
Determination (Adjusted R2
) = 0,445 = 44,5% at level significant 5%
Bagaimana Orientasi & Pelatihan mendorong Niat untuk Melanjutkan sebagai Relawan? Persepktif Social Learning Theory
Abstract : based on social learning theory, this paper examines the relationship between orientation and training, volunteer-organization fit and intention to continue as a volunteer. This paper also investigates whether tenure as a volunteer affects orientation and training relationship intention to continue as a volunteer. This study uses cross-sectional data from various non-profit organizations. Using Google form, data was collected through questionnaires from 188 volunteers from non-profit organizations. According to the analysis results using SEM-PLS, orientation and training positively influenced intention to continue as a volunteer mediated by volunteer-organizational fit. Meanwhile, tenure moderates the influence of orientation and training on intention to continue as a volunteer. The author examines the effect of orientation and training on intention to continue as a volunteer through the mediating role of a volunteer-organization fit, for which empirical studies are still limited. The results of this paper expand on the existing literature by providing evidence from Indonesia and practical implications. Makalah ini juga menyelidiki apakah masa jabatan sebagai relawan mempengaruhi hubungan orientasi dan pelatihan terhadap niat untuk melanjutkan sebagai relawan. Studi ini menggunakan data cross-sectional dari berbagai organisasi nirlaba. Menggunakan formulir Google, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 188 sukarelawan dari organisasi nirlaba. Menurut hasil analisis menggunakan SEM-PLS, orientasi dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap niat untuk melanjutkan sebagai relawan yang dimediasi oleh kecocokan organisasi-sukarelawan. Sementara itu, masa jabatan memoderasi pengaruh orientasi dan pelatihan terhadap niat untuk terus menjadi relawan. Penulis mengkaji pengaruh orientasi dan pelatihan terhadap niat untuk melanjutkan sebagai relawan melalui peran mediasi kecocokan organisasi-sukarelawan, yang studi empirisnya masih terbatas. ANALISIS MINAT DAN MOTIVASI KERJA RELAWAN LEMBAGA FILANTROPI ISLAM DI TINJAU DARI TEORI EVALUASI KOGNITIF (Studi Pada BAZNAS Kota Bandar Lampung )
ABSTRAK
Lembaga filantropi islam adalah lembaga yang bergerak dalam
bidang kemanusiaan khususnya penyaluran ZIS (zakat, infak, dan sedekah).
Lembaga filantropi membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yaitu relawan yang
secara sukarela menjalankan program kerja untuk mencapai visi dan misi
lembaga. Lembaga perlu meningkatkan minat dan motivasi kerja relawan
sehingga dapat bekerja secara optimal. Minat dan motivasi dipengaruhi oleh
hal-hal yang bersifat intrinsik dan ekstrinsik. Dampak ekstrinsik yang
berpengaruh pada motivasi intrinsik relawan dijelaskan menggunakan teori
evaluasi kognitif. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui minat dan motivasi
kerja relawan BAZNAS di Kota Bandar Lampung ditinjau dari teori evaluasi
kognitif dan untuk mengetahui dukungan berupa motivasi ektrinsik yang
diberikan BAZNAS di Kota Bandar Lampung kepada relawan ditinjau dari
teori evaluasi kognitif.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode
Kualitatif dapat diartikan sebagai sebuah metode yang digunakan untuk
mengeksplorasi. Metode kualitatif berkembang menjadi sebuah metode
penelitian yang membahas masalah yang berkaitan dengan fenomena sosial,
budaya, dan perilaku manusia. Dilihat dari sifatnya, penelitian ini bersifat
deskriptif, yaitu penelitian yang berusaha menjelaskan gejala, peristiwa, serta
kejadian yang sedang terjadi.
Relawan bergabung dengan BAZNAS Kota Bandar Lampung
karena panggilan jiwa untuk menolong sesama, relawan juga setuju bahwa
visi dan misi BAZNAS Kota Bandar Lampung sesuai dengan tujuan yang
dimiliki oleh relawan, Hal tersebut menyebabkan relawan antusias dan aktif
terhadap program kerja BAZNAS Kota Bandar Lampung dan ingin bertahan
lama di BAZNAS. Setelah bergabung menjadi relawan BAZNAS Kota
Bandar Lampung, relawan mendapatkan berbagai manfaat diantaranya yaitu
keahlian dan keterampilan baru. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, relawan selalu
melaksanakan tugas dengan tanggung jawab dan sukarela tanpa
mengharapkan imbalan. BAZNAS Kota Bandar Lampung juga memberikan
berupa memberikan kesempatan relawan menjadi pengurus dan turun
langsung dalam kegiatan. Selain itu BAZNAS Kota Bandar Lampung juga
semaksimal mungkin menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang baik dan kondusif.

ABSTRACT
Islamic philanthropic institutions are institutions that operate in the
humanitarian sector, especially the distribution of ZIS (zakat, infaq and
alms). Philanthropic institutions need human resources, namely volunteers
who voluntarily carry out work programs to achieve the institution's vision
and mission. Institutions need to increase the interest and motivation of
volunteers so they can work optimally. Interest and motivation are influenced
by things that are intrinsic and extrinsic. The extrinsic impact that influences
volunteers' intrinsic motivation is explained using cognitive evaluation
theory. The aim of the research is to determine the interest and work
motivation of BAZNAS volunteers in Bandar Lampung City in terms of
cognitive evaluation theory and to determine the support in the form of
extrinsic motivation provided by BAZNAS in Bandar Lampung City to
volunteers in terms of cognitive evaluation theory.
In this research the author used qualitative research methods.
Qualitative Methods can be interpreted as a method used to explore.
Qualitative methods have developed into a research method that discusses
problems related to social phenomena, culture and human behavior. Judging
from its nature, this research is descriptive, namely research that attempts to
explain symptoms, events and events that are currently occurring.
Volunteers join BAZNAS Bandar Lampung City because of their
calling to help others. Volunteers also agree that the vision and mission of
BAZNAS Bandar Lampung City are in accordance with the goals held by
volunteers. This causes volunteers to be enthusiastic and active in the work
program of BAZNAS Bandar Lampung City and want to survive. long time at
BAZNAS. After joining as a BAZNAS volunteer in Bandar Lampung City,
volunteers get various benefits, including new skills and expertise. In
carrying out their duties, volunteers always carry out their duties responsibly
and voluntarily without expecting anything in return. BAZNAS Bandar
Lampung City also provides opportunities for volunteers to become
administrators and participate directly in activities. Apart from that,
BAZNAS Bandar Lampung City also does its best to create a good and
conducive work environment.

Gender Symbolic Interactionism Efforts to Create Ukhuwah (Study on PMI Volunteer Corps, Pekalongan Regency)
The object of the research is the volunteers of KSR PMI Pekalongan Regency. Researchers found the carrion between of gender communication and the interaction of symbols between volunteers in pro-social practices in the humanitarian field. The author conducted research within the KSR PMI organization in Pekalongan to know how the symbolic interaction of its gender in realizing ukhuwah together research each er used phenomenological qualitative meta od with purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the symbolic interaction between KSR volunteers was work efficiency, where there were no gaps in the task process of PMI KSR volunteers. The division of labor over the gender of the volunteers of KSR PMI Pekalongan Regency has differences between male and female volunteers. But even the difference is based on the principle of specialization and individual volunteer abilities. This research can build a correct and gender-biased view of the body of the PMI KSR and prioritize the main goals and tasks in the community. The research has limitations in the symbolic interactions occur in the PMI KSR. The author only study in the narrative qualitative paradigm and only produces signs as symbol.Objek penelitian yakni relawan KSR PMI Kabupaten Pekalongan, peneliti menjumpai korelasi komunikasi gender dan interaksi simbol antar relawan dalam praktik prososial di bidang kemanusiaan. Penulis melakukan penelitian dalam tubuh organisasi KSR PMI Kabupaten Pekalongan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Interaksi simbolik Gender dalam mewujudkan ukhuwah bersama. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif fenomenologi dengan teknik penarikan sampel secara purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan interaksi simbolik antar relawan KSR bentuk atas efensiensi kerja dimana tidak terdapat kesenjangan dalam proses tugas relawan KSR PMI. Pembagian kerja atas gender relawan KSR PMI Kabupaten Pekalongan tidak mencolok dan bersifat normatif. Secara harfiah tusi relawan laki-laki dan perempuan memang dibedakan namun perbedaan inipun berdasarkan asas peminatan dan kemampuan individu relawan. Penelitian ini dapat membangun pandangan yang benar dan tidak bias gender ditubuh KSR PMI serta lebih mengedepankan tujuan dan tugas utama dalam umat. Penelitian penulis memiliki keterbatasan, bahwa interaksi simbolik yang terjadi di tubuh KSR PMI hanya penulis kaji dalam paradigma kualitatif naratif dan hanya menghasilkan tanda sebagai wujud simbol
