UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK MELALUI CITIZEN’S CHARTER DI UPTD PUSKESMAS KEPANJENKIDUL KECAMATAN KEPANJENKIDUL KOTA BLITAR

Arbaiyah Prantiasih, M.Si Kata Kunci: pelayanan publik, Citizen’s Charter, UPTD Puskesmas KepanjenkidulCitizen’s Charter merupakan sebuah Kontrak Pelayanan antara pemerintah, pemberi layanan dan pegguna layanan untuk menjamin kualitas pelayanan publik. Konsep Citizen’s Charter dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik adalah menempatkan kepentingan penerima layanan sebagai unsur yang paling penting. Citizen’s Charter mendorong penyelenggara atau pemberi layanan untuk bersama dengan penerima layanan dan pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan untuk menyepakati beberapa hal seperti jenis, prosedur, waktu, biaya, serta alur pelayanan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan beberapa hal yang mencakup penyusunan Citizen’s Charter, implementasi Citizen’s Charter, kendala pelaksanaan Citizen’s Charter, dan solusi untuk mengatasi kendala pelaksanaan Citizen’s Charter di UPTD Puskesmas Kepanjenkidul. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data di lakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti bertindak sebagai instrumen dan juga pengumpul data. Untuk menjaga keabsahan data, dilakukan kegiatan perpanjangan pengamatan, peningkatan ketekunan, dan triangulasi. Kegiatan analisis data dimulai dari tahap pengumpulan data, tahap reduksi data, tahap penyajian data, dan tahap kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis memperoleh empat kesimpulan sebagai berikut. Pertama, masalah penyusunan Citizen’s Charter di UPTD Puskesmas Kepanjenkidul. Penyusunan Citizen’s Charter dilakukan melalui empat tahap, yaitu tahap promosi, tahap formulasi, tahap implementasi, dan tahap monitoring dan evaluasi. penyusunan Citizen’s Charter dilakukan oleh Forum Citizen’s Charter, yang anggotanya merupakan perwakilan dari pihak pemerintah, pihak puskesmas, masyarakat, dan stakeholder lainnya. Kedua, masalah implementasi Citizen’s Charter. Implementasi Citizen’s Charter di UPTD Puskesmas Kepanjenkidul dilaksanakan sesuai dengan isi kontrak yang telah disepakati. Aspek penting dalam implementasi tersebut adalah sikap pelayanan, jadwal pelayanan, alur pelayanan, sanksi penerima dan pemberi layanan, dan alur pengaduan penerima layanan. Ketiga, kendala yang dialami dalam pelaksanaan Citizen’s Charter. Kendala yang terdapat di UPTD Puskesmas Kepanjenkidul adalah sulitnya mengedukasi penerima layanan untuk memahami hak dan kewajibannya, sering terjadinya perpindahan tenaga medis, banyak penerima layanan yang tidak membawa kartu identitas ketika berobat, dan kurangnya tenaga medis di poli gigi. Keempat, solusi untuk mengatasi kendala di UPTD Puskesmas Kepanjenkidul adalah memberikan pemahaman menggunakan bahasa yang mudah dimengerti penerima layanan terkait hak dan kewajibannya, mengikutsertakan tenaga medis baru dalam pelatihan etika pelayanan, puskesmas bekerja sama dengan Dinas pendudukan dan catatan sipil untuk mengetahui identitas penduduk kota, dan membatasi jumlah kunjungan terkait kurangnya jumlah tenaga medis di Poli Gigi
3D Geomechanical Model In the Lower Germanic Triassic Group of De Lier Field the Netherlands
As the world’s population continues to increase, the demand for energy also increases. However, the use of fossil fuel energy has resulted in disadvantageous impacts for humans and the Earth. This condition becomes a good momentum to find a clean and more sustainable energy resources, given the fact that fossil fuel energy is a non-renewable resource that someday, in the future, its availability becomes scarce. Additionally, environmental awareness concerning energy-mix use and combating climate change also increases globally. Geothermal energy is one of the better alternatives for energy sources, as it is renewable as well as clean and green. A study from the Netherlands Organization for Applied Scientific Research (TNO) says that deeper Triassic sandstones, with possibly higher temperatures, could also potentially contain geothermal reservoirs. Therefore, this condition has paved the way for the exploration of the deep reservoir. The assessment of geothermal production usually faces considerable uncertainty due to, among other things, lack a comprehensive geomechanical model. Therefore, knowledge of the current state of stress is essential to address a wide range of problems that might arise during geothermal exploration and production—those problems such as wellbore stability, fault reactivation, induced seismicity, and deformation in depleting reservoirs. This study aims to construct a 3D geomechanical model in the Lower Germanic Triassic group, in De Lier field. By using the effective stress ratio concept, a 3D geomechanical model is constructed to describe the principal stresses distribution. The principal stresses distribution determines how the faulting stress regime will be formed. The vertical stress, as one of the principal stresses, is controlled by depth and density. On the other hand, the minimum horizontal stress is controlled by Poisson’s ratio. Four models are constructed based on several assumptions. In the model where gravity is the only source of stress, the maximum principal stress σ1 is always vertical. Whereas, in the models where tectonic stress is included, three depth intervals related to the faulting stress regime are observed. Imposing greater tectonic stress to the model will shift the depth of transition downward. Cross-section analysis shows that the local principal stresses variation due to the presence of different stratigraphic units and geological structures (faults and fractures). Fractures and faults at particular depth are inactive under the current stress field. Furthermore, pore pressure and friction coefficient have a significant impact on faults and fractures stability.Applied Earth Science

The application for annulment of sharia arbitration award by the parties to the Dispute to the Court of Religion has led to various interpretations by the judge in deciding the case. Article 49 letter (i) of Law No. 3 of 2006 concerning Religious Justice states that the Religious Court is in charge and authorized to examine, decide and resolve cases at the first level among people who are Muslims in the field of Sharia economy. And Article 72 paragraph (1) of Law No. 30 of 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution states that the request for annulment of arbitration shall be submitted to the chairman of the District Court. Sharia arbitration which is also subject to Law No. 30 of 1999 certainly causes legal chaos when faced with Law No. 3 of 2006. in the study the author discussed the sharia arbitration award annulled by the Central Jakarta Religious Court in the case No. 792/Pdt.G/2009/PA. JP then the decision of the Central Jakarta Religious Court was revoked and declared invalid by the Supreme Court at the appeal level. This study uses the method of literature study, how to test the Law and other related regulations and attract the root of the problem that there are contraindications between the Law and the regulation. The laws referred to are Law No. 3 of 2006 on Religious Justice, Law No. 21 of 2008 on Sharia Banking, and Law No. 48 of 2009 on The Power of Justice

MENINGKATKAN KEAKTIFAN BELAJAR SISWA MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE MAKE A MATCH PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPS
Penelitian ini didasarkan pada hasil observasi yang dilakukan penulis di kelas IV SDN 4 Tugu yang menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran yang diterapkan di sekolah tersebut belum menggunakan model pembelajaran inovasi
yang memanfaatkan media pembelajaran sehingga mengakibatkan siswa pasif, kurang bersemangat dan menganggap bahwa mata pelajaran IPS adalah mata pelajaran yang sulit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Make A Match pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas IV SDN 4 Tugu. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan di kelas IV SDN 4 Tugu yang terdiri dari 22 siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan 2 siklus. Instrument dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan keaktifan belajar yang dapat dilihat dari persentase rata-rata keaktifan belajar pada kondisi awal sebesar 53,97%, lalu pelaksanaan siklus 1 dengan persentase 74,04% dan pelaksanaan siklus 2 dengan persentase 85,22%. Terjadi peningkatan 11,18%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Make A Match dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas IV SDN 4 Tugu selama tahun ajaran 2022/2023.
This study is based on the results of observations made by the author in grade IV of SDN 4 Tugu which shows that the use of the learning model applied in the school has not used an innovative learning model that utilizes learning media, resulting in students being passive, less excited and assuming that social studies subjects are difficult subjects. The purpose of this study is to increase student learning activity using the Make A Match type cooperative learning model in grade IV social studies subjects of SDN 4 Tugu.This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) conducted in grade IV SDN 4 Tugu consisting of 22 students in social studies subjects using 2 cycles. The instruments in this study are observation, interviews and documentation.The results showed an increase in learning activity which can be seen from the average percentage of learning activity in the initial condition of 53.97%, then the implementation of cycle 1 with a percentage of 74.04% and the implementation of cycle 2 with a percentage of 85.22%. There was an increase in percentage of 11.18%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that using the Make A Match type cooperative learning model can increase student learning activity in grade IV social studies subjects at SDN 4 Tugur during the 2022/2023 school year
Desain Modifikasi Struktur Gedung Star Hotel Dan Apartemen Lombok Barat Dengan Sistem Ganda Dan Sebagian Balok Pratekan (CLOSE)
Pada tugas akhir ini penulis mendesain gedung Star Hotel dan Apartemen Lombok barat dimana desainnya menggunakan desain Star Hotel dan Apartemen Semarang, yang sebagian strukturnya telah dimodifikasi yang mana nantinya pada lantai 11 akan dibuat sebuah ruangan yang bebas kolom atau hanya terdapat kolom ditepi, yang berfungsi sebagai ballroom.
Dari modifikasi tersebut diperlukan suatu struktur balok yang bisa menjangkau bentang panjang pada ruangan tersebut. Dari sini alternatif yang diperlukan adalah menggunankan balok Pratekan yang dapat menahan lendutan yang besar. Selain itu gedung ini direncanakan menggunakan sistem ganda, yaitu gabungan antara sistem rangka pemikul momen dengan dinding geser.
Perencanaan struktur gedung ini meliputi plat, balok, kolom, shearwall dan tangga mengikuti peraturan beton bertulang (SNI 2847-2013) dan perhitungan gempa mengikuti peraturan SNI 1726-2016.
Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah struktur gedung termasuk kategori desain seismik D,sehingga dapat menggunakan sistem ganda dengan sistem rangka pemikul momen khusus yang dimana direncanakan saat terjadi gempa mengalami simpangan maksimum sebesar 31,4 mm. Sedangkan untuk perencanaan balok beton pratekannya didapatkan 60/80 cm yang terdiri dari 1 tendon dengan 22 strand.

In this final project, the author designs West Lombok Star Hotel and Apartment where the design was based on Semarang Star Hotel and Apartment’s design, which the structure has been partially modified. On the 11th floor will be built as a column free room or corner side-only column that functioned as a ballroom.
The modification required a beam structure which has long spans inside the room. Furthermore, the required alternative is using prestressed beams that can withstand high deflections. In addition, this building is planned using dual system, a combination of resisting moment frame system and shear wall.
The building structure plan contains slab, beam, column, shearwall and staircase which refers to reinforcement concrete regulation (SNI 2847-2013) and earthquake calculation refers to SNI 1726-2012.
Thus, result of this final project is the building categorized as D seismic design, therefore it is allowed to use dual system with resisting moment frame system that planned has 31.4 mm maximum deflection when the earthquake happens. Besides, beam prestressed concrete planning result is using 60/80 cm, consist of 1 tendon with 22 strands

Bengkel Sinar Jaya is an individual-owned business engaged in services, namely selling car spare parts and repairing cars that have problems. In its business activities, it still uses a manual system and has not used a computer system, except managing data on expenses, income, and processing of financial reports at the Sinar Jaya workshop. To make the workshop more advanced and modern, the author wants to try to make an Expert System application for Detecting Damage to the Toyota 4A-FE Engine Web-Based to make it easier for our customers to find out the damage that is happening to their car engine and recommend our workshop shop to become a place to repair customers' cars using expert system applications. Customers can also search for the car spare parts they need to repair the car at the Sinar Jaya workshop, in the application there are also instructions for detecting damage to the customer's car and components that are damaged in the Toyota 4A-FE engine by selecting one of the problems that occur. on the customer's car so that the application can detect the damage experienced by the customer's car. Customers can also find solutions and Instructions for components that need to be replaced or repaired
