This business started on 8 of June with the basic scarf. We starting to add more types of scarf after we got responded by our customers. To keep our customer close with us, we finally add on our new scarf. Since they are many people selling scarf, we still to continuing our business because we wanted to give the best scarf to the people. After a few weeks, Squarescarf finally achieve our main target which is we made over 30% sale. We decided to add more collection in our business and now, we already have the loyal customer

Mini popia is a small family business that started operations in the middle of last year, 2020 when the country experienced the covid-19 crisis, so the idea arose to start a small business to fill the space at home and earn extra money. . In the beginning, this business was run by a couple in their 50s who lived in Rawang, Selangor. This business does not have permanent or temporary employees, all the work is done entirely by the owner of this business, namely Puan Liza Binti Osman, and assisted by her partner, Encik Suhaini @ Suhami Bin Karim. The Mini Popia brand is used to symbolize the products produced by their family. In addition, most of their products are available in grocery stores and eateries as Mr. Suhaimi’s Mini Popia products will be marketed in small and medium scale businesses.
Not only that, but this business also only focuses on one type of product only, namely Mini Popia by having various types of floss options such as chicken floss, meat floss, fish floss, and shrimp floss. In addition, Mini Popia products are available at affordable prices as low as RM10.00 per jar. Print Pantas is stand for printing services and how fast produce and delivered the product to customer. The vision of this store is to provides the most dependable support, from initial contact to after-sales. While the mission is to fulfil customer needs by being a reliable printing service provider to form lasting relationship with them. It is planned to locate the business at Lot 597, Jalan Terentang, 71300 Rembau, Negeri Sembilan. This store is starting on a rented building to save up cost for a starter. In this store, there are 3 staff which is General Manager, Marketing Manager and delivery boy. All equipment and furniture that needed has been analysed and total the cost. Our targeted customer are students, workers and people live in this area. And the most common will came to store is students due to lot of assignment or homework that need to be print. Marketing strategies that used is business card, online promotion and signboard. To start up printing business, there are various materials that needed such as paper, comb ring, laminate paper, pvc sheet and others. While for equipment, there are printer, photocopy machine, laminator and binding machine. This is the common material and equipment that need to have in the store. Last but not least, financial plan where we need to predict it accordingly so there will be no loss suffer in future. A cash flow statement is to identify whether the business is beneficial or a deficit. If the cash flow is deficit, we need to construct a new plan in order to get a good and beneficial business

The increasing rigour of competition in the business world urges every entrepreneur to be able to compete and sustain against competitors. To stand out itself in the competition, the business must develop a strong and distinct market strategy. Previous research has found that store ambience has a significant impact on customer satisfaction, significantly encouraging their purchasing decision. As a result, retailers attempt to differentiate their stores by combining various aspects of ambience to create an appealing ambience. Thus, the research aim of this paper is to analyze the effect of ambience aspect on customer satisfaction. The research was carried out based on the research question 1, “What is the most significant ambience aspect that preferred by youth in hipster cafe?” and research question 2, “What is the consumer satisfaction towards the hipster design café?”. The objective of this research is to investigate the most significant hipster café ambience aspect preferred by the youth and to identify the consumer satisfaction toward the ambience aspect of hipster café. This research is a quantitative and data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents with purposive random sampling technique from the respondent at youth age ranging from 18 to 35 years to gain information and insights on their opinion and preferences toward the hipster café, Richamo Coffee at UiTM Puncak Alam. The data was analyzed and determine the significant ambience aspects and consumer preference that influence customer satisfaction and purchase decision toward in hipster cafe. Results obtained state significant cafe ambience aspects preferred by youth is café exterior façade, general interior cleanliness, store layout allocation of floor space element and interior display decoration space. The results of the study also suggested that hipster cafe operators should focus on improving or preserving the most important café ambience aspect stated

Konsep pendominasian politik merujuk Greene adalah perihal ketahanan dalam pendominsian sesuatu parti berlaku apabila ciri-ciri seperti kemampuan untuk mempertahankan pemerintahan dengan memiliki kuasa yang berpengaruh serta memperolehi kemenangan majoriti bagi setiap pilihan raya serta tempoh yang melangkaui lebih 20 tahun. Factors affecting online purchasing behaviour among Muslim Consumers in Selangor / Nur Aida Hasim
This paper is conduct to look at the factors affecting online purchasing behaviour amongst Muslim consumers. The population of this examine is Malaysian and sample of study (respondent) is among Muslim consumers in Selangor. Sampling approach is convenience sampling and the usage of questionnaire to collect the facts. Statistical package for Social Science (SPSS) use to analyse the statistics and method for examine the data is by the usage of Frequency analysis, Descriptive analysis, Multiple Linear Regression, Correlation Analysis and Reliability Analysis (Cronbach's Alpha). The questionnaire could be distribute to 250 Muslims in Selangor. The questionnaire focus on the independent variables, which include perceived benefits, perceived risks, hedonic motivations, psychological factors and website design whilst the dependent variable is online shopping behaviour. The researcher of the study experts to know whether independent variables of perceived advantages, perceived risks, hedonic motivations, psychological factors and website design are significant with the dependent variable, online purchasing behaviour
Factors influencing personal indebtedness in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah / Nur Aida Suhana Yunus
This study is intended to explore the factors that influencing the personal indebtedness in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Previous study has linked several factors which are, material values, money management skills, and economic factors to credit card debt and student debt. Possible variables such as pursuits of materialistic attitudes, money management attributes and attitude towards debt are examined in this study to see whether they are predictors of personal indebtedness in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
In this study, a software known as Statistical Package for Social Science, were applied to analyse the data. Also, this study is based on questionnaire survey conducted among individuals in Malaysia. The findings suggest that attitude towards debt significantly influence the personal indebtedness in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Interestingly, materialism and money management skills are insignificant, implying that young adults in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah represented in this sample do not possess materialistic attitude that lead to personal indebtedness. Also, this finding suggests individuals with poor money management skill are not affected to be indebted

The purpose of this study is to understand Facebook page: a case study of Apple Bakery Shalynn, Melaka. The objective for this study are to identify employees understand toward Apple Bakery Facebook page and to compare between Facebook page of Apple Bakery with the suitable characteristic Facebook page. The type of research design that has been used in our study is decisive descriptive because of its realistic method for data collection. The type of data analysis is qualitative research. The data was collect by using questionnaire and personal interview. The respondents are among the staff from production floor in Apple Bakery. The total of respondent are 4 people. From this study, researcher identify that not all of staff in Apple Bakery have a knowledge regarding to Facebook page. The researcher also do the observation in term of compare between Facebook page of Apple Bakery with suitable characteristic. As conclusion, Apple Bakery staff have un-knowledge regarding to characteristics of Facebook page

Scramble terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas V SD Inpres
Kassi-Kassi Kota Makassar. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
kuantitatif dengan jenis Quasy Eksperimental tipe Non-Equivalent Control Group
Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V SD Inpres Kassi-Kassi,
sampelnya 22 siswa kelas VB dan 21 siswa kelas VA yang dipilih menggunakan
teknik Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes kemampuan
membaca pemahaman dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu
analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil analisis deskriptif
menunjukkan penerapan metode pembelajaran Scramble berjalan dengan sangat
efektif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) proses
pembelajaran menerapkan metode pembelajaran Scramble berlangsung sangat efektif,
(2) hasil tes siswa menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil kemampuan membaca
pemahaman siswa, (3) terdapat pengaruh penerapan metode pembelajaran Scramble
terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas V SD Inpres Kassi-Kassi
Kota Makassar.
