    Politik Tanpa Pilihan: Pragmatisme Partai Politik dalam Fenomena Kemunculan Kolom Kosong Pada Pilkada Kota Samarinda 2024

    The emergence of an empty column is an anomaly in the constellation of Regional Head Elections (Pilkada). The presence of the kolom kosong (none of the above/NOTA) in the local election indicates the pragmatism practiced by political parties. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that cause the emergence of an empty column in the 2024 Pilkada in Samarinda City. The method used is descriptive qualitative by analysing government regulations on Pilkada, articles, books, news and official websites. The results showed that the empty column phenomenon in the Samarinda City Regional Election was part of the local political dynamics that displayed the pragmatism of political parties by forming a large coalition to support the incumbent. The high electability of Andi Harun and Saefuddin Zuhri was the main factor that encouraged political parties to prefer joining a large coalition rather than supporting alternative candidates. This constellation had an impact on the loss of the function of the opposition and limited political alternatives for the community, thus creating political conditions without choice.Kemunculan kolom kosong menjadi anomali pada konstelasi pemilihan kepala daerah (Pilkada). Hadirnya kolom kosong pada Pilkada mengidentifikasikan adanya pragmatisme yang dilakukan oleh partai politik. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab kemunculan kolom kosong pada Pilkada Kota Samarinda 2024. Metode yang digunakan ialah kualitatif deskriptif dengan menganalisis peraturan pemerintah seputar Pilkada, artikel, buku, berita dan website resmi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fenomena kolom kosong pada Pilkada Kota Samarinda 2024 merupakan bagian dari dinamika politik lokal yang menampilkan sikap pragmatisme partai politik dengan membentuk koalisi besar untuk mendukung petahana. Tingginya elektabilitas Andi Harun dan Saefuddin Zuhri menjadi faktor utama yang mendorong partai-partai politik lebih memilih bergabung dalam koalisi besar daripada mengusung calon alternatif. Konstelasi tersebut berdampak pada hilangnya fungsi oposisi serta terbatasnya alternatif politik bagi masyarakat, sehingga menciptakan kondisi politik tanpa pilihan

    On comparison between logistic regression and geographically weighted logistic regression: with application to Indonesian poverty data

    The linear models generally rely on the assumption of independence. This assumption is not accomplished in social sciences in which observations are usually correlated. In the case of socioeconomic data, the phenomenon of spatial dependence will lead to the problem of spatial-nonstationarity. There are many methods proposed in dealing with spatial-nonstationarity, including geographically weighted regression (GWR), to accommodate local-spatial effect on the observations. The method estimates local parameters in each location rather than single parameter in the global model. GWR can be applied to linear, logistic and Poisson regression. This paper explores properties of GWR for logistic regression, i.e. geographically weighted logistic regression. Application of the model to Indonesia poverty give a contradict results compared to the global logistic model. Statistical tools of model comparison are residuals sum of square, Pearson X², deviance, log likelihood, Akaike information criterion, Bayesian information criterion, spatial autocorrelation coefficient and power of classification accuracy. In general, the logistic GWR performed better than the global one

    This study aims to assess the effectiveness of using the Ensiklopedia Hadis 9 Imam application in supporting the digital-based takhrij hadith process. The increasing use of digital platforms in hadith studies requires critical evaluation of data accuracy, feature reliability, and relevance to research needs. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive method with data collection through literature study, direct observation of application features, and interviews with active users. The results show that this application can accelerate the process of searching for hadith, facilitate the identification of sanad and matn, and provide quick access to translations and basic information about narrators. However, a number of limitations were found, such as the lack of in-depth sanad analysis, dependence on manual verification using classical sources, and restrictions on certain features for non-premium users. This study concludes that the application is effective as an initial tool, but cannot replace the more comprehensive traditional takhrij methodology. Based on these findings, the study recommends that the use of digital applications always be followed by verification in the main books and scientific literature to maintain the validity and integrity of hadith studies.Artikel ini mengkaji secara mendalam kitab Ulumul Hadits karya Ali Musthafa Ya\u27qub, salah satu tokoh terkemuka dalam ilmu hadits kontemporer. Karya ini menjadi rujukan penting bagi para akademisi, peneliti, dan mahasiswa dalam memahami ilmu hadits dengan pendekatan yang lebih modern. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan yang sistematis dan kritis terhadap metodologi tradisional serta menawarkan solusi terhadap berbagai persoalan yang dihadapi dalam kajian hadits. Kajian ini juga mengupas kontribusi Ali Musthafa Ya\u27qub dalam menyederhanakan konsep-konsep yang kompleks dalam ilmu hadits sehingga lebih mudah dipahami oleh generasi muda dan peneliti kontemporer. Melalui studi kritis ini, kita dapat melihat bagaimana karya ini berperan penting dalam memperkaya pemahaman ilmu hadits di era modern serta memberikan panduan terhadap interpretasi hadits yang lebih relevan dengan konteks zaman sekarang

    The focus of this study is about the materials of History of Islam in Indonesia on Indonesian National History Textbook in the Perspective of Islamic Education. In the process of learning the teacher presenting the material, starting with the creation of teaching materials interesting and innovative. Teaching materials have great contribution for the success of the learning process. In this occasion the role of the teacher as a facilitator is very important because it also as a resource in teaching and learning. Learning based on the students-oriented could be possible to learn from a variety of sources of information independently, both of graphic media such as books, magazines, newspapers, newsletters, and others; or on electronic media such as radio, television, film slides, video, computer, or perhaps from the internet. Writing the past of historical of human life is strongly influenced by the ideology of the author, also at the time who was in the power in that country. So that it is presented to be criticize on its truth do not accept what if it were going to leave uncertainty forever. The method is used in this research is descriptive narrative, that research on describing what the data that the author has found from many sources that are the subject of a study of the Qur'an, Hadith, and scholarly opinion which strengthens. While the theory is used in this case is theories have Framing in content analysis. Framing analysis is used to determine how the reality framed by the media.     Integrating Mbojo Folklore and Culture Preneurship to Shape Modern Leadership Values

    The Mbojo community in West Nusa Tenggara has a folklore entitled "Oi Wobo". Like fairy tales or myths that always contain messages, this "Oi Wobo" folklore reflects the values of the Mbojo community. This Oi Wobo story becomes important when we look back at why the Mbojo people feel the need to pass down and teach these values through folklore, and see whether the old concepts of ancestral heritage contained in the Oi Wobo story today can be contextualized or relevant to the challenges that exist today. Through semiotic studies and literary sociology conducted, it is known that Oi Wobo folklore, one of them, reveals values related to the concept of leader and leadership of the Mbojo community. The concept of leader and leadership of the Mbojo community reflected in the folklore "Oi Wobo" adheres to the concept of nggusu waru. From the studies that have been conducted, it can also be concluded that the concept of leadership of the Mbojo community, which is based on the philosophy of nggusu waru, can be recontextualized or relevant to today's leadership challenges. The ignorance and incomprehension of the Mbojo people towards these values causes that thenoble values related to leaders and leadership are not widely realized in today's leadership. Thus, this study is important so that the values of the noble ancestral heritage can be known, understood and reused to achieve a more quality community life

    This study aims to determine the educational values of worship contained in the Syamil and Dodo films, as well as the relevance of the Syamil and Dodo films to fiqh subjects, the material of the pillars of Islam, which can later be used as teaching materials in teaching the material of the pillars of Islam to students, so that in addition to understanding the Islamic law itself, students can also deepen their understanding. This study employs a semiotic method in conjunction with a qualitative approach. The author gathers information from the selected Syamil and Dodo films in order to identify the signs in each episode. The study’s findings indicate that the film Syamil and Dodo contains educational worship values, specifically worship of mahdhah and worship of ghair mahdhah. Furthermore, the episode Pengertian Dua Kalimat Syahadat, Doa dan Shalat, Rukun Shalat, Shalat Berjamaah, Macam-macam Zakat, Zakat dan Hukumnya, Adab Puasa, Keutamaan Ramadhan, Hukum Haji dan Manasik Haji in the film Syamil and Dodo has relevance to fiqh subjects on material Pillars of IslamPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai pendidikan ibadah yang terdapat pada film Syamil dan Dodo serta mengetahui relevansi dari film Syamil dan Dodo terhadap mata pelajaran fikih materi rukun Islam yang nantinya dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dalam mengajarkan materi rukun Islam kepada siswa agar selain memahami dari syariat Islam itu sendiri juga agar mendalami pemahaman yang telah dimilikinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode semiotik dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penulis mengumpulkan informasi dari film Syamil dan Dodo yang telah dipilih untuk kemudian ditemukan tanda yang terdapat pada setiap episode tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada film Syamil dan Dodo terdapat nilai-nilai pendidikan ibadah yang terkandung di dalamnya yaitu ibadah mahdhah dan ibadah ghair mahdhah. Selain itu film Syamil dan Dodo memiliki relevansi dengan mata pelajaran fikih materi rukun Islam yang terdapat pada episode Pengertian Dua Kalimat Syahadat, Doa dan Shalat, Rukun Shalat, Shalat Berjamaah, Macam-macam Zakat, Zakat dan Hukumnya, Adab Puasa, Keutamaan Ramadhan, Hukum Haji dan Manasik Haji sehingga nantinya dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan ajar ataupun media pembelajaran oleh guru dalam mengajarkan mata pelajaran fikih materi rukun Islam
