    Interpersonal Communication Integrated Service Agency for Investment in the Management of Trading Business Licenses in Pekanbaru City M. Idham Khalid Lbs NPM. 159110234 In implementing interpersonal programs to increase public awareness of licensing, the agency as a communicator must have good interpersonal communication skills so that the approach taken and the messages conveyed can be well structured, effective and catchy. Interpersonal communication is a communication process that aims to influence a person's attitudes, opinions and behavior both verbally and nonverbally. The process itself is any symptom or phenomenon that shows a continuous change in the context of time, or every implementation or treatment continuously. With an understanding of this communication strategy, it will make it easier for an institution, especially BPTPM to achieve its goal of informing the public about OSS system policies, is the convenience provided in terms of licensing and making people aware of those who have not registered their business with BPTPM to immediately take care of business licensing. The purpose of this study is to determine the Interpersonal Communication of the Investment Integrated Service Agency in the Management of Trading Business Permits in Pekanbaru City and the- inhibiting factors. The research method used is a qualitative method. The subjects in this study were the Head of the Investment Integrated Service Agency, the Head of the Service and Community Service who took care of the trading business license. Based on the results of research and discussion conducted by the author, it can be concluded that the organizational communication of the Licensing and Investment Board in Pekanbaru City in providing services for managing trading business licenses in Pekanbaru City concluded that it has not been running optimally, this is marked by the ineffectiveness of the services provided, related parties in disseminating information to the public regarding services for managing trading business licenses.     Idham Saputra (1530611026) University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi, Effect of Working Capital Turnover and Receivable Turnover on Liquidity Property, Real Estate and Building Construction Sub-Services Companies listed on (BEI) Period 2013-2018. (Thesis Supervisor Andri Indrawan, S.E., M.AK and Ade Sudarma, SE., MM). This study aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover and accounts receivable turnover on liquidity. The variables used in this study are working capital turnover, accounts receivable turnover and liquidity.This research was conducted using quantitative methods with an associative approach. The population in this study is the annual financial statements of the Property, Real Estate and Building Construction Sub-Services companies listed on the BEI 2013-2018. A total of 16 companies and 36 financial statements were taken. In this study sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used is secondary data. The analysis technique used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that: The dependent variable is liquidity, while the independent variable is working capital turnover and receivable turnover. The results of this study indicate that partially working capital turnover has a negative effect on liquidity with the results of t test amounting to -3,735 with a significant value of 0.001 receivable turnover has no effect with the results of the t test of 1,756 with a significant level of 0.088. While simultaneously working capital turnover and receivable turnover to liquidity have a significant effect on liquidity with the results of the f test amounting to 7.908 with a significant of 0.002. Then it can be concluded that working capital turnover and receivable turnover have an effect of 32.4% on liquidity and the remaining 67.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study by the author

      Addition of Palm Enzymes in with Different Variations in Chicken Performance of Undergraduate. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving palm oil enzymes to the weight gain of broiler chickens. the consumption of broiler chicken feed. To determine the administration of palm enzymes influence the increase in broiler chicken feed conversion. The design used in this study was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), the provision of Palm Enzymes and without the provision of Palm Enzymes. By giving chicken ration given to Broiler Chicken P0: Without the addition of 0% palm enzyme (control), P1: addition of 25 ml palm enzyme + 75 commercial feed, P2: addition of 50 ml palm enzyme + 50 commercial feed P3: addition of palm enzyme 75 ml + 25 commercial feed. On the parameters of observation of body weight, feed consumption and broiler chicken feed conversion obtained during the study were best found in treatment P1: addition of 25 ml palm enzyme + 75 commercial feed. In the sidik analysis, the various effects of body weight, feed consumption and feed conversion between treatments different significantly.

    Günümüzde çizim terimi, geniş anlamda yalnızca grafik görüntü ile bir nesneyi temsil etme etkinliği olarak değil, genel olarak yaratıcı öneriler için iletişimi kolaylaştıran bir etkinlik anlamıyla da giderek daha fazla kabul görmektedir. Yaratıcı süreci incelemenin en zorlu yönlerinden biri, tasarımcıların benzersiz ve yaratıcı fikirleriyle, halk tarafından yaygın olarak hissedilebilecek değerler arasında dengeli bir fikir geliştirebilmesidir. Serbest çizim yapmak, zihni, gözleri ve elleri beyin, vücut sensörleri ile dengeli çalışma koordinasyonu içinde tutmanın ve yaratıcı fikirleri anlamanın, değerlendirmenin ve sağlamanın değerli bir yöntemi gibi hissetmenin en iyi yoludur. Serbest çizim, sadece fikri iletmenin bir yolu değil, aynı zamanda bir tasarım sürecine eşlik ederken mimari bir sorunu çözmenin bir yolunu da sunmaktadır. Bilimin bir parçası olarak, özellikle bir mimar için, bu etkinliğin aynı zamanda insanların düşünce ve ifadelerinin çeşitli karakterini kabul ederken etkili bir çizim sisteminin bir yolu olarak planlanması gerekecektir. Bu çalışma, mimari tasarım süreci boyunca yeteneği geliştirmenin yanı sıra uygun çizim uygulamaları ve faaliyetleri hakkında fikirler sağlamada serbest çizim yönteminin yerini inceler. Eylem araştırmalarının metodolojisi, serbest çizim öğrenme sürecini aktarmak için kullanılmıştır. Yazar deneyimleri ile birlikte, bu çalışma, amaçlarla ve bu çalışmayı geliştirme ihtiyaçlarıyla ilgili katılımcıları içeren açıklayıcı - işbirlikçi bir metodoloji içinde yürütülmektedir.The term of drawing nowadays is increasingly understood in a broad sense, not just known as an activity to representing an object by the graphic image, but as an activity that facilitates communication for creative proposes in general. One of the most challenging aspects of studying creative process is that designers can develop a balanced can develop balanced ideas between values that can be felt commonly by the public, with unique and creative ideas from a designer. Practising freehand drawing is still the best way to maintain the mind, the eyes, and the hands in balanced working coordination with the brain, body sensors and feeling like a valuable method of understanding, evaluating and providing imaginative ideas. Freehand drawing, not just a way to communicate the idea, but also offering a way to solve the architectural problem in accompanying a design process. As part of science, especially for an architect, this activity will also need to be planned as a way of effective drawing system while accommodating the varied character of people's thinking and expression. This study examines how the method of freehand drawing in improving the ability along the architectural design process, as well as providing ideas of appropriate drawing practices and activities. The methodology of action research was used to convey the freehand drawing learning process. Combination with author experiences, this study is conducted a descriptive – collaborative methodology, which is involving respondents who are relevant to the objectives and to the needs of developing this study

    Pengaruh Pemberian Kulit Nanas (Ananas comosus L. Merr) Fermentasi terhadap Persentase Karkas dan Kolesterol Ayam Potong

    ABSTRAK. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan kulit nanas dalam pakan fermentasi terhadap persentase karkas dan kolesterol daging ayam potong. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan ternak percobaan sebanyak 80 ekor anak ayam umur 2 hari selama tiga puluh lima hari yang diacak dan dibagi menjadi empat perlakuan dan empat ulangan. Adapun perlakuan ransum disusun berdasarkan tingkat penggunaan kulit nanas yang difermentasi, yaitu: P1 (0,0%), P2 (10%), P3 (20%), dan P4 (30%). Parameter yang diamati adalah persentase karkas dan kolesterol daging ayam potong. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan sidik ragam menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dan bila terdapat perbedaan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pakan yang mengandung kulit nanas difermentasi dalam pakan komersil berpengaruh nyata menurunkan (P0,05) persentase karkas dan menurunkan kadar kolesterol pada ayam potong. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa kulit nanas yang difermentasi dalam pakan komersil pada ayam potong mampu menurunkan persentase karkas dan kolesterol pada daging dada ayam potong.    (Effect of green leather generation (Ananas comosus L. Merr) fermentation on the percentage of carcass and cholesterol chicken pieces)  ABSTRACT. The study was conducted to determine the effect of pineapple skin utilization in fermented feed on carcass and cholesterol percentage of chicken meat. The design used is Completely Randomized Design (RAL) with experimental as many as 80 day old chicken (DOC) aged 2 days, randomly selected, divided into four treatments and four replications and treated for thirty five days. The ration treatment was prepared based on the level of fermented pineapple skin use, namely: P1 (0,0%), P2 (10%), P3 (20%), and P4 (30%). The parameters observed were the percentage of carcass and cholesterol of chicken meat. The data obtained were analyzed by using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and if the were differences followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) test. The results showed that feed containing fermented pineapple skin significantly decreased (P 0,05) percentage of carcass and lower cholesterol levels in chicken meat. It can be concluded that the utilization of fermented pineapple skin in commercial feed have a significant effect on reducing the percentage of carcass and cholesterol in chicken breast meat

    This study aims to describe the types and meanings of burikko gestures (ぶりっ子) among Japanese idols shown on the Japanese variety show 日向坂で会いましょうHinatazaka de Aimashou by using Pragmatics studies. The approach used by the author in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. By using Miller's burikko theory and burikko gesture references from CanCam Magazine, the researcher can describe the types and meanings of burikko found in each screenshot of the Japanese variety show Hinatazaka de Aimashou. The data that has been found is categorized based on each type of burikko and then describes the meaning of each gesture found in the screenshots of the Japanese variety show Hinatazaka de Aimashou. In the results of the study, researchers found 8 types and meanings of gestures, namely punsuka gesture to express annoyance, Ahiruguchi gesture to express surprise, yahho~ gesture to call the interlocutor, kappaguchi gesture to express confidence, gaogao gesture to attract the interlocutor's attention, gomenne gesture to apologize, ureshii gesture to express joy, and hanbiraki no guchi gesture that expresses someone who is thinking.100 HalamanSkripsi Sarjan
