THE TRANSCRIPTIONAL LANDSCAPE OF B CELLS UPON MUCOSAL HEALING IN EXPERIMENTAL COLITIS : A SINGLE CELL TRANSCRIPTOMICS ANALYSIS
Upon damage of the intestinal barrier, a complex interaction between the immune system and the epithelium is required to promote mucosal healing. However, which cell type and how the immune system orchestrates changes in the tissue transcriptomic landscape to eventually modulate mucosal healing is yet to be investigated. Here, using scRNA-seq, I identified a particular cluster of cells that increased the most during mucosal healing and is characterized by the expression of serine proteases inhibitors and for having a higher JAK/STAT activation signature. Further characterization of the stromal cell and intestinal epithelial network cor- roborate that B cells modulate their transcriptomic profiles related to tissue remodelling. All in all, this data suggests that B cells might accumulate in the colonic tissue during mucosal healing to influence the transcriptomic landscape associated with tissue remodeling

“Dialogue between Translators and Authors. The Example of Claudio Magris”
The paper focuses on the forms of cooperation between authors and their translator(s) in all cases in which the two operate simultaneously. This issue is explored on the example of the Trieste-born author Claudio Magris, who cultivates a very close relationship with most of his translators.
Writing and translation have been coexisting in this author throughout his career and have resulted in the heightened sensitivity of Magris the author with regards to translation, as the first part of the analysis shows. The second part describes the dialogue between Magris and the translators of his works, and ends with the more general question of the significance and role of such a form of exchange
Consideraciones sobre la poética de Claudio Rodríguez
The purpose of this paper is to study the poetics of Claudio Rodríguez, delimiting its components and trying to clarify them and to present them as a whole. The author left some pages written on his conception of poetry that encourage reflection and, in some cases, interpretation. So with his conception of poetry as a gift and inebriation, as an alliance and condemnation or celebration (giving title to his collections of poems), or with notions such as «participation», «living contemplation», «living expression » or «personal rhythm» that make up his way of understanding the poetic process.

Mirror Images of Remembrance in Marisa Madieri’s La conchiglia and Claudio Magris’s Lei dunque capirà: A Translator’s Notes
A kind of parallelism is noted between Marisa Madieri’s short story La conchiglia and the novella Lei dunque capirà by Claudio Magris. In La conchiglia there is a she (Madieri the author) who writes in the voice of a he (the narrator and surviving spouse) who recalls another she (his deceased wife Naipuni) and their life together. A similar stratagem can be seen in Lei dunque capirà, though in the novella there is a he (Magris the author) who writes in the voice of a she (the narrator Eurydice) who talks about another he (her poet husband Orpheus) and their moments together. The lives reflected in these immagini speculari which mirror one another compose a kind of love song, one (the surviving spouse’s hymn) a simple tender one, the other (Eurydice’s song) no less devoted but more complex, knotty. Both songs are perhaps a projection of how the protagonists might have wanted to appear to the person they love. The parallel is not perfect, though in each case the projection compensates for a lost reality
