MONITORING TINGKAT PELANGGARAN TRAFFIC LIGHT DI JALAN RAYA MENGGUNAKAN MIKROKONTROLER DAN VISUAL BASIC NET
Traffic light or what we call traffic lights is a device that functions to regulate the flow of vehicles on the road. However, as we know, there are still many vehicle users who violate the traffic light signs, especially in areas that lack supervision from the authorities so that many cause accidents or traffic jams. The number of accidents from year to year continues to grow. Congestion occurs everywhere, especially in big cities. One reason is the lack of tolerance between drivers and motorists. They overtook each other not to budge with one another and also not infrequently violated the traffic lights. The author here tries to create a system of monitoring the level of traffic light violations on the highway based on the ATmega16 microcontroller and also displays data on the number of traffic light violations with a graphical display on the computer. Not all objects can be detected accurately and directly, depending on the level of a vehicle. To be able to implement a traffic light monitoring system accurately, we need a communication system and display that is appropriate, reliable and accurate, so that data on violations that occur can be sent accurately and realtime and can be directly observed.

Penerapan NodeMCU Terhadap Pemberitahuan Banjir dengan Menggunakan Metode GAMMU
Disasters can come anytime and anywhere so that can not be predicted, flood disasters for example, at the level of water surface in the river is an important parameter in flood disasters therefore it is necessary to take measurements to detect flooding early. This research aims to create a prototype system for warnings before flooding. With the implementation of NodeMCU, Water Level and SMS Gateway with GAMMU method intergrated with arduino uno to measure water level. NodeMCU microcontroller as the sending media and sms receiver used to provide information about water level as well as ALERT, ALERT and ALERT alerts via SMS Gateway short message. The methods and procedures used are, Planning, Material Collection, Miniature System Creation, Hardware Design, and Creation of arduino-uno programs using NodeMCU. The results and discussion of the research obtained is that sensors can read water level and nodeMCU modules can transmit water level data information that has been read by sensors
Optimization a Model Vehicle Routing Problem Using Machine Learning in Imbalanced Classification of Vehicle Routing Data
The problem of imbalance in the process of vehicle route classification has become a challenge in the classification process and attracted the attention of a number of researchers. Industrial and service problems that are classified as combinatorial optimization include the vehicle routing problem. The research will formulate the relationship between the level of complexity of the vehicle routing problem, expressed in the number of problem 'nodes', with the value of the solution obtained and the computation time. Therefore, combinatorial vehicle routing problem optimization with machine learning is needed to optimize the total distance, and total travel time in the vehicle route of the goods delivery distribution line. The results of the vehicle routing problem optimization research method solve the combinatorial quickly by applying a model to limit the number of goods distribution transports. This optimization model can solve optimization problems efficiently, with the right time and with the best solution as seen in the results of testing the vehicle routing problem model with machine learning. Research results with machine learning models and vehicle routing problems with testing values K = 7, K = 9, K = 11. Where has a total time of K = 7 total time 58,624 seconds and K = 9 total time 47,231 seconds and K = 11 total time 57,365 seconds. From the test results with odd K values have better accuracy and the value of K = 9 is better with a percentage of 47,231 seconds compared to K = 7, K = 11. This research can be developed in solving combinatorial optimization with several types of vehicle routing problems by testing and proving. Udara adalah salah satu elemen penunjang kehidupan di muka bumi. Tanpa udara, manusia dan hewan tidak bisa bernafas, tumbuhan pun tidak bisa melakukan fotosintesis. Kualitas udara sering dipengaruhi oleh kontaminan pengotor. Karbon monoksida merupakan salah satu kontaminan pengotor tersebut. Zat ini memiliki sifat tidak berbau, tidak berasa, dan tidak berwana. Hal ini seringkali menyebabkan manusia tidak menyadari telah menghirup udara yang didominasi oleh gas mematikan ini. Akibatnya dapat memberikan dampak yang negatif bagi kesehatan bahkan dapat menyebabkan kematian jika itu diabaikan oleh orang – orang menghirupnya. Banyak upaya yang dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya masalah yang lebih besar akibat pencemaran udara ini. Salah satu nya adalah merancang sebuah alat monitoring kualitas udara dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi saat ini yang dapat di pantau melalui smartphone android. Di dalam penelitian ini digunakan mikrokontroler sebagai unit pusat kontrol dan menghubungkan dengan komunikasi Bluetooth. Sensor gas MQ – 135 yag berfungsi sebagai pengukur kadar CO dan sensor LM35 sebagai alat untuk pengukur suhu. Hasil pembacaan kedua sensor nantinya dilanjutkan dengan mengirim informasi kualitas udara secara realtime ke smartphone android dengan komunikasi module bluetooth HC-05 yang berjalan dengan baik dan stabil

Analisis Kontrol Kestabilan Gerak Robot Line Tracer Dua Roda dengan Metode Logika Fuzzy dan Kalman Filter
Pengaturan gerak dan keseimbangan robot line tracer dua roda sebenarnya merupakan
gabungan antara konsep keseimbangan robot beroda dua dan konsep robot pengikut
garis. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah menjaga robot dalam keadaan tegak
lurus dan dapat bergerak mengikuti garis pandu dengan tetap mempertahankan
keseimbangannya. Dalam penelitian ini sistem keseimbangan gerak pada robot line
tracer dengan mempertimbangkan adanya suatu noise, sehingga dibutuhkan estimator
yang digunakan untuk mengestimasi gerak robot line tracer. Estimasi dilakukan
dengan metode Kalman Filter dan kombinasi logika Fuzzy-Kalman Filter yang disebut
Fuzzy Kalman Filter, serta optimal smooting. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, nilai
output dari hasil fuzzy diperoleh dari nilai input sensor yang telah difilter sebelum
masuk ke perhitungan fuzzy. Hasil output dari logika fuzzy belum mampu mengontrol
dengan baik motor dc agar dapat seimbang pada saat dijalankan. Hasil logika fuzzy
dengan menggunakan membership function atau fungsi keanggotaan segitiga belum

Sistem Kendali Obstacle Avoidance Robot sebagai Prototype Social Distancing Menggunakan Sensor Ultrasonic dan Arduino
Peningkatan kemajuan teknologi dibidang ilmu komputer dan robotika mempunyai dampak positif terhadap kehidupan manusia terutama pada dunia kesehatan, industri, pendidikan, pemerintahan maupun usaha-usaha kecil sampai menengah. Dimana dengan adanya teknologi pekerjaan yang dapat dikerjakan secara manual dapat dikerjakan secara otomatis.Pada saat ini seluruh dunia sedang dilanda wabah, yang mana setiap manusia atau orang harus menjaga jarak untuk menghindari tertularnya wabah tersebut. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini penulis akan membuat sebuah rancangan prototype robot yang akan digunakan untuk keperluan petugas kesehatan atau keperluan yang lain. Robot ini mampu membaca jarak benda atau hambatan yang ada di sisi depan, kanan dan kiri sesuai dengan jarak yang akan di atur oleh penulis. Agar robot dapat membaca hambatan yang ada di sisi depan, kanan dan kiri, maka robot ini di pasangkan sensor ultrasonic dengan tipe HC-SR04 yang berpadu dengan satu Mini Motor Servo Pro SG90 RC yang berguna untuk mengontrol sensor ultrasonic HC-SR04. Rangkaian utama yang penting pada robot obstacle avoidance yaitu mikrokontroler Arduino Uno yang berfungsi sebagai perangkat utama dalam mengendalikan robot atau sebagai otak robot serta Driver Motor Adafruit Shield L293D yang berfungsi sebagai pendukung pengerak Motor DC. Apabila robot terjebak di pusat depan-kanan-kiri, maka robot membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama untuk mencari jalan keluar. Rancang bangun dari robot obstacle avoidance meliputi tiga hal yaitu sistem mekanik, elektronika, dan software Arduino untuk memprogram robot. Bahasa yang digunakan dalam program Arduino adalah Bahasa pemrograman Arduino. OPTIMIZATION CVRP WITH MACHINE LEARNING FOR IMPROVED CLASSIFICATION OF IMBALANCED DATA FOOD DISTRIBUTION
The classification of imbalanced data in food delivery distribution is an important issue that needs to be considered to ensure fairness and efficiency in the food distribution system. This research answers these problems by improving the accuracy of the classification of delivery locations that have imbalanced demand data, so that high priority areas are not neglected. Generating more efficient and cost-effective distribution routes, taking into account vehicle capacity and delivery urgency. Reducing delivery time and potential food waste due to delays or non-optimal route allocation. While the results of CVRP testing with K-NN show the value of K 7 acc=89, precc=88, recall=85. value of K 9 acc=87, precc=90, recall=91. value of K 11 acc=95, precc=97, recall=94. The optimization results show that this approach not only improves operational efficiency but also increases the accuracy of food delivery, which will affect the availability of traditional markets
