ANALISIS KINERJA TURBIN ULIR PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA MIKROHIDRO DENGAN VARIASI SUDUT KEMIRINGAN POROS
The screw turbine ( Archimede Screw ) is one type of turbine used in the Micro Hydro Power Plant (PLTMH) system. Archimedes Screw used to be used by humans as a water pump to make it easier to take water from rivers, but over time now the use of Archimedes Screw has turned into a water turbine. Archimedes Screw has the advantage that it is environmentally friendly because it does not interfere with the water ecosystem, has a low head and the resulting efficiency is also quite high. Factors that affect the performance of screw turbines are tilt angle, water head , water flow and bladescrew turbine. The purpose of this research is to find out what is the best slope angle to produce the highest power and efficiency to be applied to Hydroelectric Power Plants (PLTA). Variations in the tilt angle of the screw turbine shaft used in this study were 32º, 37º, 42º and 47º with a blade diameter of 0.35 m, a blade distance of 0.29 m and a blade length of 0.87 m, with a water flow rate of 0.013 m 3 /s. . From the results of this study, the maximum average rotation of the turbine shaft is 194.66 RPM and the generator rotation is 621.33 RPM, the generator power is 36,42 Watt and the highest efficiency is 37,5% at an angle of 47º
ANALISA MANAJEMEN RESIKO DENGAN METODE FAULT THREE ANALISYS (FTA) SYSTEM COMPRESSOR AIR MINUM DALAM KEMASAN PT. SWABINA GATRA
Occupational safety and health is now starting to be important for the wider community in Indonesia, especially for employees and industrial workers, considering the growing economy and industry as well as general development, the greater the potential for harm caused. Actually this problem can be overcome by applying existing methods such as Fault Three Analysis (FTA). The purpose of this research is to carry out risk management on work equipment system failures as an effort to control work accidents at PT. Swabina Gatra The design of this research is descriptive. Hazard identification in this research uses the (HIRARC) method then the hazard result with the highest value is used as the Top Event in the Fault Three Analysis (FTA) method. The implementation stage of this method is to identify the potential and overcome hazards in the Compressor System Unit for Bottled Drinking Water PT. Swabina Gatra. The results showed that there were 7 cut-sets or causes of failure in the compressor system. The cut-set results obtained by the prevention stage which are enforced are the provision of Earth-Leakage Circuit Breakers (ELCB) on the electric panel compressor system, Perform periodic pressure vessel calibration tests no later than once every 5 years, Work in accordance with SOPs or work instructions that have been set by the Company , and conduct periodic inspections or inspections and schedule repairs and maintenance
ANALISIS PENGARUH DEBIT AIR TERHADAP KINERJA PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA MIKRO HIDRO (PLTMH) MENGGUNAKAN 4 BUAH SUDU
Micro hydro power plant (PLTMH), is a small-scale power plant that uses hydropower as its driving force, such as irrigation canals, rivers or natural waterfalls by utilizing the head and the amount of water discharge. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of water discharge on the performance of a whirlpool turbine type micro hydro power plant and how much power was produced by a whirlpool turbine type micro hydro power plant. The process in this study was carried out by analyzing the performance of a micro hydro power plant consisting of tube volume, water discharge, water power, turbine power generator power, torque and turbine efficiency. The results of this study are the best potential for water discharge produced by a micro hydro power plant of the whirlpool turbine type prototype is in the third experiment with a discharge of 0.00625 m³/s with a turbine power of 0.54 Watt and a power generated by a generator 10, 53 Watts. The efficiency of the whirlpool turbine prototype micro hydro power plant was also obtained in the third experiment with a turbine efficiency value of 3.8%. ANALISIS DAYA GENERATOR DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN 4 BUAH SUDU TURBIN TIPE WHIRLPOOL PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA MIKRO HIDRO (PLTMH)
The depletion of the availability of energy that cannot be produced, such as oil and coal used as fuel for Steam Power Plants (PLTU) and Diesel Power Plants (PLTD) Other alternatives are needed to produce electrical energy and minimize emissions resulting from the combustion process that can be caused by heating global warming, air pollution and the depletion of the ozone layer. For this reason, renewable energy such as Micro Hydro Power Plants (PLTMH) can be needed to meet the electrical energy needs of the community that are environmentally friendly. In this study discusses Generator Power Analysis Using 4 Turbine Blades Type Whirlpool Micro Hydro Power Plant. Data collection in this study was carried out through five tests using the same water discharge of 0.00625 m3/s. So that the final results obtained data in the form of the highest generator power of 11.11 watts, the largest turbine power of 0.570 watts, the highest torque of 0.059 Nm and the best turbine efficiency of 4.05%

Based on Health Law No. 36 of 2009 article 164 regarding occupational health, it is explained that occupational health efforts are aimed at protecting workers so that they live healthy and avoid health problems and bad effects caused by work, and recovery and bear all the costs of maintaining the health of workers. The protection is intended so that workers can safely carry out their daily work to increase national production and productivity. Workers must obtain protection from various problems around and on themselves that can override and interfere with themselves and their implementation. ANALISIS RISIKO MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDERS MENGGUNAGAKN METODE RULA TERHADAP POSTUR KERJA PADA AKTIVITAS PROYEK
One of the important assets for the sustainability of a company is human resources or workers. However, companies often ignore the needs and comfort of workers. Not a few companies that do not apply methods in accordance with standard procedures, as well as work facilities that do not support the process of their workers' activities. Ergonomic aspects must be considered in the work process so that it will not cause complaints on the workers' body parts. Complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSD) are one of the threats caused by discomfort in body position while working. The risk of developing Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSD) complaints is analyzed in this study by observing the worker's body posture in routine activities carried out in development projects. The analysis was carried out using the RULA method which provides an assessment of each position of the worker's upper body. Based on the results of data processing using the RULA method, a score level for the posture of workers in plastering activities is worth 5. The score indicates a moderate level of risk, therefore further investigation is needed to make changes as soon as possible
ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU TAS DI UD WIJAYA DENGAN METODE EOQ DAN EPQ
Inventory systems have an important role to support business operations so as to achieve maximum profit. An inventory planning and control technique relates to the optimal amount of inventory that a company must have and also affects inventory costs. If the condition of the company has the right amount of inventory can make the company avoid shortages or excess supplies. Thus, inventory control is important in the ongoing business activities, one of which is in UD Wijaya. UD Wijaya as a micro, small and medium enterprise that has the production of bags with 2 types of fabric, namely CCI fabric and D300 fabric. The owner of the business always maintains the quality of raw materials used to maintain the smooth process of production. But the fact that the use of inventory control systems is still simple and minimal will be a good theory and based on estimates only. With these conditions there is often a buildup of raw materials in the market because the needs of raw materials are not adjusted to production needs so that the increase in expenditure costs will also increase. The purpose of the study was to determine the amount of inventory control using the EOQ and EPQ methods and determine the total minimum supply based on both methods. The results obtained showed that the EOQ and EPQ methods have almost the same amount of bag raw material inventory control, namely for CCI fabric types as much as 229 Roll and D300 fabric types as many as 170 Rolls. But in the EPQ method has the minimum total inventory cost. As for the total cost that must be incurred for the supply of raw materials of CCI fabric type amounting to Rp. 14,688,190 and for raw materials of D300 fabric type amounting to Rp. 10,040,780 So it is concluded that the Economic Production Quantity method can be used in the inventory control system in UD Wijaya
ANALISIS PENGARUH DEBIT AIR TERHADAP KINERJA PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA MIKRO HIDRO (PLTMH)
Electricity is one of the sources of energy used by humans which is produced through a power generation system. Electricity providers in Indonesia are still not evenly distributed, even in remote areas, there are still many that have not been reached by electricity. With this problem, one of the renewable power plants that can be utilized is the PLTMH system (Microhydro Power Plant). The greater the discharge of water, the greater the power generated by the turbine but with a shorter time. Vice versa if the water discharge that comes out is less then the power generated by the turbine is getting smaller but with a long time. The results show a whirlpool turbine using 6 blades with a water volume of 58 L and a sluice gate opening 7 cm produces a water discharge of 0.00625 m3/s with Water Power 14.10 Watt, , Generator Power 11.12, Torque 0.0077N.m, Turbine Power 0.72 Watt and Efficiency 5.1%
ANALISIS RISIKO KESEHATAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA (K3) PADA PROSES PEMASANGAN JARINGAN INTERNET FTTH (FIBER TO THE HOME) DENGAN METODE HIRARC (HAZARD IDENTIFICATION, RISK ASSESSMENT, AND RISK CONTROL) STUDI KASUS DI PT. JINDE GRUP INDONESIA
The industrial sector is one of the fastest growing sectors today. This means that many workers are absorbed in the industrial sector, both the manufacturing industry and the service industry. The workers acts as a driving force for the company to achieve its goals. Every process that goes through to achieve company goals cannot be separated from the risk of work accidents. This study aims to determine the potential risks of K3 through hazard identification, risk assessment, and proposed risk control so as to reduce or minimize work accidents. The research was conducted at PT. Jinde Group Indonesia especially in installation of a new fiber to the home (FTTH) internet network division. PT. Jinde Group Indonesia is a company engaged in internet service providers (ISP) that prioritizes quality and customer satisfaction, especially in the Gresik-East Java area. The method used in this research is HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control). The results showed that there were 7 work activities with 9 potential hazards, that are falling from the ceiling of the house, being scratched by a cutter, punctured by fiber optics, falling from stairs when tidying fiber cable installations and alternating ties, electrocuted when tidying fiber cable installations and alternating ties, exposed to splintered bricks, and crushed by the foot of the stairs. The results of the risk assessment show that 44,44% of the potential hazards are in the moderate category, 22.22% of low risk, and 33.33% of high risk. PEMBUATAN PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA MIKROHIDRO TURBIN ULIR SKALA LABORATORIUM
River flow is one of the renewable energy sources that can be used for micro hydro power plant "screw Archimedes". Archimedes screw turbine design and manufacture is being developed for micro hydro power generation. Archimedes screw turbines can be operated at low heads. In Indonesia, especially the province of North Sumatra, it has great potential considering the large number of streams in the mountains or hills so that the surrounding community will later be able to take advantage of the relatively small currents of the existing rivers, when applied to river flows that have a relative height of 0.5 meters to 1 meter even though on the water that flows a little wavy, the screw turbine can of course be used, that is the advantage of the PLTMH tool. The geometry of the screw turbine is determined by external parameters, namely the outer radius, turbine length and laying slope and internal parameters, namely the radius in the number of blades.External parameters are usually determined by head and discharge. The purpose of this research is the manufacture of a laboratory-scale screw turbine micro-hydro power plant, producing a screw turbine installation for experimental studies of laboratory-scale micro-hydro power plants. Furthermore, this installation will be used for tests on external parameters and internal parameters of the Archimedes screw turbine. The result of the design and manufacture of a screw turbine on a laboratory scale is a screw turbine model made using angled iron material and an iron plate with a geometric shape of two blades, the number of turns is 6, the turbine length is 870 mm with a blade distance of 290 mm
