Kata Kunci: Nanomagnetit, CMKC, adsorpsi, desorpsi, prekonsentrasi, ion logam Penentuan kadar ion Cr(III) dan Ni(II) dalam kadar rendah sering diperlukan dalam pekerjaan pemantauan kualitas air. Ion Cr(III) dan Ni(II) merupakan logam yang memiliki ambang batas sangat kecil di dalam air, sehingga perlu dilakukan pemantauan kadar ion Cr(III) dan Ni(II) secara akurat. Metode prekonsentrasi ion logam merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan konsentrasi sampel, salah satu metode prekonsentrasi yang dikembangkan adalah prekonsentrasi dengan nanomagnetit terlapis karboksimetil kappa-karagenan secara adsorpsi dan desorpsi. Nanomagnetit dapat mengikat ion logam karena sifat magnetisnya. Namun, nanomagnetit  mudah membentuk aglomerat, untuk mengatasi hal tersebut adalah melapisi permukaan dengan karboksimetil kappa-karagenan (CMKC). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi pH dan waktu kontak terhadap kemampuan nanomagnetit terlapis karboksimetil kappa-karagenan untuk mengadsorpsi ion Cr(III) dan Ni(II). Rancangan dalam penelitian ini diawali dengan tahap sintesis karboksimetil kappa-karagenan, sintesis magnetit, sintesis nanomagnetit terlapis karboksimetil kappa-karagenan, proses adsorpsi dan desorpsi ion Cr(III) dan Ni(II) dengan pengaruh variasi pH 3, 5, 7 pada waktu kontak 40 menit, dan pengaruh variasi waktu kontak adsorpsi pada pH optimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sintesis ini digunakan untuk mengadsorpsi ion Cr(III) dan Ni(II) dengan karakterisasi FTIR, XRD, SEM, dan VSM. Parameter yang berpengaruh adalah pH dan waktu kontak. pH optimal yang dilakukan pada waktu kontak 40 menit  dihasilkan ion Cr(III) dan Ni(II) pada pH 7, sedangkan waktu kontak adsorpsi optimal yang dilakukan pada pH optimal dihasilkan waktu kontak ion Cr(III) dan Ni(II) dapat dicapai pada waktu kontak 40, 60 menit, efektifitas adsorpsi sebesar ion Cr(III) sebesar 99,97%, dan ion Ni(II) sebesar 99,72% , efektifitas desorpsi ion Cr(III) sebesar 90,27%, dan ion Ni(II) sebesar 25,84%, dan efektifitas prekonsentrasi ion Cr(III) sebesar 450,10%, dan ion Ni(II) sebesar 129,18%

    Analysis of Solid and Liquid Waste Characteristics of Tofu Industry in Bancar Village, Bungkal District, Ponorogo Regency

    The tofu industry in Bancar village, Bungkal district, Ponorogo regency, East Java province is still at micro enterprise (MSME) level and is operated with simple technology, so the level of water and raw efficiency is high. Material consumption is still low and waste generation is relatively high. This study aims to analyze the solid and liquid waste characteristics of the tofu industry in Bancar Village, Bungkal District, Ponorogo Regency. To study this case, a sampling technique of solid and liquid waste was carried out and further testing was carried out in the laboratory. Based on the results of the research, the solid waste characteristics of the tofu industry contain moisture content of 93.18%; ash content of 0.21%; crude protein content of 2.77%; crude fiber content of 1.65%; carbohydrate content of 1.88%; calorie content of 21.48 Cal/100 gr. As for liquid waste, it characteristics has 5 parameters to be tested, namely Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD5) has a level of 869.7 mg/L, Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) has a level of 4480 mg/L, Total Suspended Solid (TSS) has a level of 110 mg/L, and pH has a value of 3.95

    An Analysis of the Integration of Soft Skills in Reading Tasks in “Bahasa Inggris X” for Students of Grade X of Senior High School

    This research is motivated by the fact that research on the integration of soft skills in the English language textbooks is still not much done, especially in senior high school level. This study is aimed to describe the values of soft skills, integration of soft skills in the reading materials of English text book, and presentation techniques of soft skills‟ integration in reading tasks of Bahasa Inggris X for grade X of senior high school. This research is descriptive-qualitative research which applies a content analysis method. The data source of this research was the textbook Bahasa Inggris X, namely Bahasa Inggris X Semester 1 and Semester 2 that are composed by Utami Widiati, Zuliati Rohmah, and Furaidah under the coordination of Kemendikbud. Data collection was done by using a careful reading and recording of the primary data source. The main form of verbal data was in units of paragraphs about the values of soft skills, integration of soft skills and presentation techniques of soft skills in reading task of Bahasa Inggris X for class X Senior High School. The data analysis was conducted using content analysis method. The validity of data was assessed through semantic validity, and the data reliability through inter-rater and intra-rater techniques. The results show that Bahasa Inggris X contains the values of soft skills, which are grouped into two categories, namely (a) Core Competency one, which is composed of soft skills related to God, and (b) Core Competency two, which consists of soft skills related to self, others, the environment, and the nation. From the two categories of soft skills, in the Core Competence two there are found as many as 366 times of soft skills, while in the Core Competency one there are 42 times. In terms of soft skills related to self, as many as 201 times are discovered, and which related to other people as much as 145 times. Frequent soft skills related to self shows that the authors emphasized on the importance of soft skills development in the aspects of an individual's life, then continued with the social and spiritual life. Soft skills are integrated into the four components of reading task, i.e. goals, input, activities, and settings. The overall integration of soft skills in reading tasks of Bahasa Inggris X is seen more on goals and input. This shows the author sees that the integration of soft skills in the goals and input are more easily and practically done and developed in the teaching- learning process. The presentation technique of soft skills in reading tasks of Bahasa Inggris X is both explicit and implicit. As a whole, 2.45% of the explicit presentation technique is found, while there is 97.55% of the implicit technique. In presenting these soft skills, the author seems to regard reasoning power of the learners of grade X Senior High School that is considered to be able to understand the things that are abstract and to pay attention if they are to understand the sense of the soft skills. This suggests that the author also considers the cognitive and affective aspects of the learners

    Optimasi Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) Pada Sumur MFR-21 Berdasarkan Keadaan Sumur di Masa Depan

    When wells are produced continuously, the reservoir pressure will continue to decrease resulting in decreased production performance from the well. To optimally increase the rate of production, optimization is carried out using an Artificial Lift Electrical Submersible Pump. Based on data from the journal, "MFR-21" well had previously been installed Electrical Submersible Pump but was no longer functioning due to the condition of ESP pump not running or dead due to damage, so the author\u27s goal is to optimize the pump and predict the condition of the well in the future until when the pump is no longer optimal by using Wiggins 3 Phase IPR and carrying out a scenario of decreasing reservoir pressure to predict the Future IPR "MFR-21" well. The results of 3 Phase Wiggins IPR curve analysis obtained a total production rate (Qt/Qmax) 6257 bfpd. Obtained a target production rate of 5005.6 bfpd it is recommended to use the ESP design with the Centrilift GC-8200 pump which has a production recommendation 4400 – 10000 bfpd with a number of stages 168, Horse Power 281 HP, and pump efficiency 69%. As well as using the Future IPR method to reduce 3 reservoir pressures, namely 1750, 1000, 500. When the reservoir pressure reaches 1000 and 500 psia the pump is no longer optimum because the target Q at reservoir pressure is not included in the pump production recommendations. So at reservoir pressure 1000 and 500 psia it is necessary to re-optimize the pump again according to the condition of well
