    Firm Size In Moderate Factors Affecting Islamic Social Reporting

    This research aims to show the influence of profitability, leverage, and size of the board of commissioners on Islamic social reporting (ISR) disclosure with company size as a moderating variable in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) companies for 2019-2021. The population of this research was 30 companies, and the selected sample was 13 companies using purposive sampling, so the total sample data is 39. The source used secondary data from company annual reports obtained through each website. Data analysis uses moderated regression analysis (MRA). This research confirms that profitability has a positive and significant effect on ISR disclosure. The leverage and size of the board of commissioners do not affect ISR disclosure. Company size can moderate the effect of profitability on ISR disclosure. Company size cannot moderate the influence of leverage and board size on ISR disclosure. This research shows that effective asset management can increase ISR disclosure for businesses that achieve high profitability, so the research results can be a reference for business management when making ISR policies, especially those related to Islamic business. This research can also be used as evaluation material for company management in determining policies related to ISR, especially in Islamic-motivated companies

    Elections of 2019 are simultaneous elections. Elections 2019 require candidates to do a number of things to win the elections. Political branding is the common way of legislature candidates. Lilis Nurlia and Eka Widyani Latief are candidates for legislative members in Bekasi City from the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS). Interestingly, Lilis Nurlia used a success team while Eka Widyani Latief did not use a successful team in facing the 2019 election. Lilis Nurlia does her political branding through face-to-face media and social media and carries the name of the party on every occasion. This study aims to look at the political branding of Lilis Nurlia and Eka Widyani Latief in facing the 2019 election in Bekasi City because there are still few studies that discuss political branding, especially in female legislative candidates. This research uses Kapferer political branding theory to analyze the experience of political branding implemented Lilis Nurlia and Eka Widyani Latief. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The author obtained primary data from the results of semi structure in-depth interviews and secondary data from article documents, journals, document archives, and so on. The results of the study obtained that Lilis Nurlia and Eka Widyani Latief were legislative candidates with sequence number 1. Lilis Nurlia does political branding with various activities mainly through tabloids. Lilis Nurlia also uses a group approach to approach the community, while Eka Widyani Latief also carries out various activities, especially gatherings and social relations approached to approach society. Lilis Nurlia and Eka Widyani Latief also introduced themselves and shared the activity on social media.Penelitian ini membahas tentang branding politik dari calon anggota legislatif perempuan dari Partai Islam dengan menganalisis Lilis Nurlia dan Eka Widyani Latief. Lilis Nurlia dan Eka Widyani Latief merupakan calon legislatif di Kota Bekasi dari Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS). Menariknya, Lilis Nurlia menggunakan tim sukses sementara Eka Widyani Latief tidak menggunakan tim sukses dalam menghadapi pemilu 2019. Lilis Nurlia melakukan branding politiknya melalui media tatap muka dan media sosial serta membawa nama partai pada setiap kesempatannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat branding politik Lilis Nurlia dan Eka Widyani Latief dalam menghadapi pemilu 2019 di Kota Bekasi dikarenakan masih sedikit penelitian yang membahas mengenai branding politik khususnya calon legislatif perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori branding politik Kapferer untuk menganalisis pengalaman branding politik yang diimplementasikan Lilis Nurlia dan Eka Widyani Latief. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penulis memperoleh data primer dari hasil wawancara mendalam semistruktur dan data sekunder dari dokumen artikel, jurnal, arsip dokumen, dan sebagainya. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Lilis Nurlia dan Eka Widyani Latief merupakan calon legislatif dengan nomor urut 1. Lilis Nurlia melakukan branding politik dengan berbagai kegiatan terutama melalui tabloid. Lilis Nurlia juga menggunakan pendekatan kelompok untuk mendekati masyarakat, sementara Eka Widyani Latief juga melakukan berbagai kegiatan terutama silaturahmi dan pendekatan hubungan sosial untuk mendekati masyarakat.     Development of a Web-Based Youth Innovation Village System Using Laravel Framework: Author\u27s Country: Indonesia

    Youth play a crucial role in social development and serve as agents of change contributing to national progress. Karang Taruna, as a youth organization, has a strategic role in enhancing social welfare, including in Mekarjati Village. Since its establishment on November 10, 2013, Karang Taruna Mekarjati has grown with 13 subunits in each neighborhood unit (RW), serving a community of 11,881 people. However, the organization\u27s business processes, such as member registration, social activity management, leadership training, and the formation and monitoring of MSMEs or startups, are still conducted manually. This results in operational inefficiencies and increases the risk of administrative errors. This study aims to design and develop a web-based system called "Youth Innovation Village" to support the digitalization of Karang Taruna Mekarjati’s management. The system is built using the Laravel Framework, with process modeling based on Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), the PHP programming language, and the MySQL database. The software development approach used is Agile Scrum, allowing flexibility in adapting to the organization\u27s needs throughout the system development life cycle. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Youth Innovation Village significantly enhances the effectiveness and efficiency of Karang Taruna’s management. The system accelerates membership administration, optimizes social activity coordination, and provides direct benefits to the organization\u27s members in Mekarjati Village. Through this digitalization, Karang Taruna can become more adaptive to technological advancements and expand its social impact more effectively

    Covid-19 menjadi tantangan perusahaan agar tetap bertahan. Laporan keuangan mencerminkan kinerja perusahaan. Manajemen harus mengelola keuangan perusahaan dengan efektif agar kinerja keuangan berjalan baik dan menghasilkan laba untuk operasional perusahaan. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perubahan kinerja keuangan perusahaan sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19 PT Kalbe Farma. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder diunduh dari website perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio likuiditas dan profitabilitas tidak terjadi perubahan yang signifikan.     Beyond the Veil: Deconstructing Gender Activism and Islamic Identity in Post-Secular Public Spaces among Muslim Women in Indonesia

    This study investigates how Muslim women navigate their Islamic identity, engage in gender activism, and operate within post-secular public spaces. By applying semiotic principles, it examines how female activists challenge traditional religious norms and societal expectations to develop polysemic expressions of Islamic identity. By interviewing and analyzing four leading Indonesian Muslim women activists, highlight how these women redefine their roles within religious and societal contexts through activism. Reshaping public perceptions of non-hijabi Muslim women activists. The findings reveal that; [1], gender is not a static category but something negotiated and shaped through actions and reinterpretation of identity in socio-religious contexts. It underscores the dynamic nature of activism, where hijab is reinterpreted not as a rigid religious mandate but as a fluid cultural mandate. [2], activists employ traditional and innovative markers to articulate their identities, challenging the hegemonic narrative imposed by religious and political authorities. The fact that Islamic identity coexists with modernity and inclusivity. In conclusion, this paper contributes to a nuanced understanding of the evolving roles of Muslim women activists. [Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana perempuan Muslim menavigasi identitas keislaman mereka, aktif sebagai aktitvis gender, dan di ruang publik pasca-sekuler. Dengan menerapkan prinsip semiotika, riset ini mempelajari bagaimana para aktivis perempuan menantang norma agama tradisional dan ekspektasi masyarakat guna mengeksplor ekspresi identitas Islam yang bersifat polisemik. Melalui wawancara dan analisis terhadap empat aktivis perempuan terkemuka Indonesia, penelitian menyoroti bagaimana para perempuan tersebut meredefinisi peran mereka dalam konteks agama dan sosial melalui aktivisme, sekaligus mendekonstruksi persepsi publik terhadap aktivis muslimah yang tidak berhijab. Temuan menunjukan: [1], gender bukan kategori statis, melainkan sesuatu yang bisa dinegosiasikan dan dibentuk melalui tindakan dan reinterpretasi dalam konteks socio-religious. Menegaskan bahwa aktivisme bersifat dinamis, dimana hijab tidak tidak lagi dimaknai sebagai kewajiban agama yang kaku tetapi mandat budaya yang fleksibel/luwes. [2], Para aktivis memanfaatkan simbol tradisional dan inovatif untuk mengartikulasi identitas mereka. Menantang narasi hegemoni otoritas agama dan politik. Karena sejatinya identitas Islam dapat berdampingan dengan modernitas dan inklusivitas. Pada akhirnya, paper ini berkonstribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai peran muslimah yang terus berkembang dalam aktivisme.
