TheGanuGanu is a home catering business that is owned by Norahan Bin Mat Rani.The business is located at her home which is in Lot 53348-1, Persiaran 1/12, Kampung Batu Muda, 51100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. This home catering business first started in November 2019 and is still active today. TheGanuGanu is a home catering service specializing in traditional food originated from Terengganu which Norahan was born in. The name “TheGanuGanu” originated from the name of the state Terengganu to indicate that the service the business offers is a home catering service that serves traditional food originated from Terengganu. The reason why I choose this entrepreneur and her business is because I want to know how it is like to run a small business and gain a steady income. Another reason is Puan Norahan is my mother’s friend. My mother recommended her for this case study and I agree. It is more comfortable to interview someone close to my relatives and learn from someone I know about entrepreneurship and her experience in running a business as an entrepreneur. This is an effort to learn on how’s creative ideas can be implemented in real-world situations. As a student at Universiti Teknologi Mara, Perlis or UITM Perlis, everyone is required to complete a case study project as part of their studies. So, for this context, I was given the opportunity to conduct research on a company that manufactures the product that I deeply interest about it, which is the Under Armour company, which is the headquarters is at Baltimore, United States. In this case study, In the first part general knowledge of the company has been acquired. Mostly the information regarding this company is collected using the primary sources only. Next, this case study, it contains specific of topic analysis which it covers the objective of this project which are to work on the background, organizational structure, mission, and vision and the products that Under Armour company provides. Next, we also cover their company information regarding business, marketing, and operational strategies. Lastly, in this case study I also identified the strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threat from one of the products that I interested from Under Armour products for do a research about it using SWOT analysis. The product that I choose which one of their rugby boots which it given name Under Armour Nitro Rugby Boots. From the analysis, I will discuss the problems regarding the product that I identified from Under Armour company’s products and choose the major problem from the product. Then, I carried out several solutions or alternatives to overcome and improving that product in the future. On top of that, we also identified the advantages and disadvantages of the solution and the alternatives that been carried out
Antibacterial and toxicity activities of green synthesized silver nanoparticles from phyllanthus amarus extract / Siti Sara Nor Azhar
Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) were synthesized through an easy, rapid and eco-friendly pathway using various herb plant because of the huge values in medical bioengineering. Therefore, the aims of this study were to identify the formation of silver nanoparticles from Phyllanthus amarus extract, characterize it using UV-Visible spectrometer, identify the antibacterial and toxicity activities of bio-synthesized AgNPs. P. amarus was extracted and added with 1 mM of silver nitrate (AgNO3) for 15-20 min. Then, the AgNPs synthesized from P. amarus extract was further characterized using UV-Visible spectrometer. The AgNPs then was tested on their antibacterial activity using disc diffusion method and toxicity activities using brine shrimp lethality assay. The result from this study, the synthesized AgNPs was noticed through the color changes from light yellow to dark brown indicated the formation of AgNPs and further confirmed by surface plasmonic resonance (SPR) band in the range of 400-450 nm using UV–Visible spectrometer. In antibacterial activity, Pseudomonas aeruginosa showed more sensitive result compared to the Bacillus subtillis towards AgNPs of P. amarus with highest zone inhibition of 11±0.57 mm at 1000 μg/ml and Bacillus sp with zone inhibition of 10±0.57 mm at 1000 μg/ml. Besides, in toxicity activity P. amarus extract and AgNPs was characterized as non-toxic class of LC50 with 7979.98 and 2225.61 while the AgNO3 showed toxic class with LC50 of 995.68. In conclusion, P. amarus extract can be used efficiently as reducing and capping agent in the production of potential antibacterial and non-toxicity of AgNPs for commercial application
The thermal stability of sodium (Na) metal supported by activated carbon (Na/AC) catalyst for fatty acid methyl ester production / Muhammad Fikri Nor Azhar
Sodium is a chemical element in the periodic table that belongs to group 1 and is also known as an alkali metal because elements in group 1 will produce alkali when reacted with water, and it can be used as a catalyst to produce fatty acid methyl ester by transesterification. Before it can be utilized in the process, we should know how stable the catalyst is when being heated, because the catalyst can be broken down into its components if it is overheated. So, I experimented to investigate the thermal stability of sodium metal catalysts for fatty acid methyl ester production. The objectives of this experiment are to determine the effects of temperature on the mass loss of sodium (Na) metal catalysts and the effects of temperature on the mass loss of carbonized oil palm kernel shell (OPKS). As a starter, I rinsed the OPKS with clean water and then left it under the sun to dry. Next, I heat the OPKS for 4 hours in two different furnaces at 800°C and 900°C, respectively. Then, I let the furnaces cool down for several hours before I brought the OPKS out. The carbonized OPKS or also known as activated carbon (AC), is sieved using a 250 μm sieve to separate the ashes from it. The process followed by the impregnation of OPKS with sodium from sodium hydroxide (NaOH) in a pellet form which needs to be diluted with distilled water before being mixed with the OPKS. After the impregnation process is done, put the AC-Na mixture in the furnace again at 500°C for 3 hours and let the furnace cool down after that before bringing the activated carbon out of the furnace. The next step in the experiment is I analyse the samples of carbonized OPKS and AC-Na by putting them in the thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) instrument to study the effects of temperature on the mass loss of carbonized OPKS and sodium metal catalyst. The results of the analysis will be shown in the Result and Discussion section, which includes reasons why the materials used have a mass loss after being heated. In conclusion, the temperature does have an effect on the mass loss of the carbonized OPKS and sodium metal, which are having a significant drop in mass when being heated at certain temperatures, and it can be proven by looking at the graph of the TGA. For the recommendation, I hope that future researchers will add the sample used for the analysis, which is being heated at many more temperatures, to show how the mass loss occurred at any temperature, like every 50 °C, 100 °C, and so on

This book is specifically written for students who will be taking French as a third language at Universiti Teknologi MARA. Creme Brulee II introduces the basis for learning the French language. It is an introduction to the French language and suitable for beginners. It was written to meet the needs of 28 teaching hours in one semester. This book contains four basic topics which are Nous Sommes Lundi, Mes preferences, Bon Voyage, and Le Shopping. Each topic consists of a dialogue, followed by notes on vocabulary, grammar, culture and proverbs. Exercises and samples of test questions are also included to reinforce students' understanding. Creme Brulee II starts with the basic needs of students and puts them in everyday situations. Thus, they will be able to participate in basic French conversations, such as talking about their birthdays, preferences, travelling and shopping. This will give them the necessary tools for immediate communication

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play an important part in economic growth in Malaysia. The increasing number of SMEs has led to an increase in aggressive competition among them. This made SMEs encountering more extreme challenge to have the capacity to keep up their presence and grow its business. Performance measure for SMEs is still not entrenched, like the performance measure in big organizations. This paper means to propose a conceptual structure for measuring the performance that can be utilized by SMEs. A few factors are proposed including effective entrepreneurship, human resource management, use of marketing information, and application of information technology (IT). The method used in this study is descriptive analysis with a survey conducts on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Tourists’ perception of hotel frontlines’ questionable behaviors in Penang Island / Fairuz Abd Hakim, Norhamizan Hamir and Nor Azhar Mohd Taib
Previous scholars agreed that tourists’ satisfaction is the main objective in hotel business which reflects the service profit chain concept where satisfied employees will treat the customers fairly then lead to happy customers and satisfied customers will contribute to the organization profitability through repeat purchase and brand loyalty. However, the issues of questionable work behaviors always arise in hotel industry particularly in the three main departments. Questionable behaviors define as the behavior that not certainly right or wrong and thought to be important to at least that part of the market which makes return trips and also to the process of ‘word-of-mouth’ recommendations that visitors may engage in. Owing to the definition, it could be concluded that the effect of such behaviors is very bad since it involves the long-term profitability and growth of the hotel. This research was assessing on the tourists’ perception regarding questionable work behaviors by hotel frontline employees in all the three pillar-of-the- house departments which are front office, food and beverages, and also housekeeping. Not to forget, this research not only examining the tourists' perception but at the same time exploring the relationship between the variables of interest.
