PENGARUH KEDISIPLINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA CAFE ATJEH KUPI JALAN PAUS UJUNG PEKANBARU MENURUT EKONOMI SYARIAH

Nining Purwasih, (2020): Pengaruh Kedisiplinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Cafe Atjeh Kupi Jalan Paus Ujung Pekanbaru Menurut Ekonomi Syariah
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pengamatan penulis tentang kedisiplinan serta kinerja karyawan pada Cafe Atjeh Kupi Jalan Paus Ujung Pekanbaru menurut ekonomi syariah. Apakah kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada cafe atjeh kupi jalan paus ujung pekanbaru.
Jenis penelitian ini tergolong penelitian lapangan. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Cafe Atjeh Kupi Jalan Paus Ujung Pekanbaru. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, angket, observasi. Adapun populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini dijadikan total sampling 32 orang karyawan karena jumlah keseluruhan karyawan sedikit maka di ambil menjadi jumlah keseluruhan. Teknik analisis data yang di gunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunkan metode program SPSS 16 For Windows.
Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh persamaan hasil regresi sederhana Y=8,427+0,664 X dimana terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Cafe Atjeh Kupi Jalan Paus Ujung Pekanbaru. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung>ttabel (6,090+1,697) dengan nilai signifikan (0,000<0,05) yang berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Bahwa kedisiplinan sangat berpengaruh sigfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
Bagaimana tinjauan ekonomi syariah tentang pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada cafe atjeh kupi jalan paus ujung pekanbaru. Terdapat nilai nilai ekonomi syariah pada cafe atjeh kupi jalan paus ujung pekanbaru seperti: Himmatul’Amal (Etos kerja tinggi), Kafa’ah (Keahlian atau kecakapan), dan Amanah (Terpercaya dan bertanggung jawab).

BTS (Base Transceiver Station) is a high building that vulnerable to lightning strike. Once the BTS has been struck by lightning, an overcurrent will flow to the system caused by a lightning surge current. This surge current then distributed to the line that connected to the grounding system through a bonding bar i.e. power and radio equipment line. A surge protector devices (SPDs) will be installed in order to protect power and radio equipment line from the damage caused by lightning surge current. This reseach will determine the current capacity of the SPDs by simulating the system. A type of SPDs that will be use in this research is an arrester ZnO
Developing diagnostic test assessment to measure creative thinking skills of Biology preservice teacher students
The research aims to develop a diagnostic test assessment to measure the creative thinking skills of biology preservice teacher students. This research and development used Thiagarajan's 4D (Define, Design, Develop, and Dissemination) model. The diagnostic test assessment was developed in the form of an essay test with five numbers of scoring rubrics. This research was conducted at the Biology Education Study Program, University of Sintuwu Maroso. The results of the expert validation of the assessment instrument are high, and the reliability value is high. The results of the test found that all questions were valid and reliable. The student's creative thinking skills obtained an average value of fluency of 75.01% in the high category, flexibility thinking skills of 64.13% in the medium category, originality thinking skills of 69.56% in the medium category, elaboration skills of 75.01% in the high category and evaluation skills of 75.07% in the high category. All students' creative thinking skills are in the moderate category with a score of 71.74%, and the follow-up to the diagnostic results is that the lecturer can provide remedial on several learning indicators that have not been achieved
Analisa Dampak Penggunaan Filter L-C-L Terhadap Kinerja Pengatur Kecepatan Motor Induksi
Pengaturan kecepatan motor dilakukan dengan mengubah tegangan input, ataupun frekuensi yang terdapat pada motor. Maka hal yang lebih mungkin dilakukan adalah dengan mengubah kecepatan motor dengan mengubah frekuensi pada sumber stator. Inverter bisa digunakan sebagai pengontrol yang dapat mengatur kecepatan pada motor induksi, topologi inverter yang digunakan adalah diode clamped multilevel inverter tetapi inverter masih mengandung harmonisa yang cukup tinggi, sehingga inverter memerlukan filter untuk mengurangi besarnya harmonisa. Analisis Harmonisa pada Sistem AC Microgrid Terhubung ke Grid
Kualitas daya telah menjadi faktor penting dalam layanan kelistrikan. Peningkatan pembangkitan tersebar atau dikenal dengan istilah distributed generation (DG), yaitu pembangkitan daya yang tersebar di seluruh sistem tenaga seperti pembangkit listrik tenaga matahari dan pembangkit listrik tenaga angin. Pada makalah ini penulis akan mengevaluasi dampak sumber energi terbarukan ini terhadap kualitas daya listrik pada skala sistem microgrid. Distorsi harmonisa yang timbul disebabkan konverter yang digunakan dalam mengkonversi Daya AC menjadi DC atau sebaliknya. Dari hasil analisis dapat dilihat harmonisa yang ditimbulkan dari konverter 12 pulsa terdapat harmonisa 11th, 13th dan 23th. Dengan menggunakan C-Type High-Pass filter, high-pass filter dan double-tuned filter. Dari hasil simulasi THD tegangan pada bus 1 adalah 17,03 persen setelah menggunakan filter harmonisa THD tegangan pada bus 1 menjadi 0,69 persen. Dari hasil simulasi THD arus pada bus 1 yaitu 7,4 persen setelah dipasang filter harmonisa menjadi 0,48 persen. Nilai THD setelah pemasangan filter 0,69 persen untuk tegangan dan dimana nilai THDv tersebut lebih baik dari sebelum pemasangan filter dan sudah memenuhi standar IEEE 519-1992 sebesar kurang dari sama dengan 5 persen
Frequency Stability Control In Low -Inertia Power System Using Virtual Synchronous Generator
The stability of the electric power system is divided into transient stability, steady state stability and dynamic stability. Things that affect the performance of the generator include the addition of generators, changes in the load that vary in the system which have an impact on system stability and the distance between the generator and the load. The addition of a Virtual Synchronous Generator (VSG) is needed to improve the power system that is integrated with Renewable Energy Systems Source in maintaining system stability. When the integration between conventional generators and Renewable Energy Systems Source without Virtual Synchronous Generator (VSG) has a frequency response of 58.2 Hz when the generating capacity is -40% of the initial state, while integration between conventional generators and Renewable Energy Systems Source with Virtual Synchronous Generator (VSG) has a steady state response of 60 Hz even though the generating condition is 40% of the initial capacity of the generator. This means that the Virtual Synchronous Generator (VSG) can stabilize the return frequency in its nominal value on the system.

Corrosion is a chemical reaction that occurs in materials made of iron such as steel. Steel that is experiencing corrosion will appear dark brown spots, the longer it is getting more and more and can cover the entire surface. Corroded steel will result in a major deterioration and structural failure because the thickness of the steel will decrease over a period of time, so the safety of the building is clearly not guaranteed. Research on the tools used to detect the corrosion value of steel has been carried out. However, not using the internet of things technology. Therefore, a web-based corrosion monitoring or monitoring system was designed. The web will display data on voltage and temperature values ??in the form of numbers and charts. In addition, the website can also send SMS and Whatsapp message notifications if the value obtained exceeds the threshold. In developing this website using the prototype method, Laravel Framework, PHP and Java programming languages, MySQL database, Guzzle, and Whatspie as automatic message sending bots. System can provide information of monitoring regarding dummy, active and delta voltage along with their time and temperature
