An Author of the Choreographic Work as an Object of Copyright
No full textThe article studies the authorship of the choreographic work. The author determined that the creator of this intellectual property is a choreographer. The ballet master is defined as the author and director of the ballet, concert numbers, individual dance pieces of opera, musicals and others. The classification of the ballet master's activity is given. The Ballet master’s activity is divided on a choreographer-creator, a choreographer-director, a choreographer-restorer, a choreographer-teacher, a choreographer-tutor. We are interested in the first two named. The grounds for copyright to the choreographic work have been established. The article deals with the problem of establishing the essence of the production choreographer as a subject of intellectual property rights to a choreographic work. In addition to these questions, the author explores the possibility of applying the construction of a collective work to the choreographic and, accordingly, the phenomenon of collective authorship on such object. The concept of collective work is given: a collective work is a work composed of diverse independent works and other creative activities that forms a new work as a result of the collective activity of a team of authors of different branches of art, whose activities and the nature of the constituent elements are united by a single creative concept. In a collective work, the removal of a component element from the composition of an entire work makes it impossible to exist. The possibility of co-authorship in the creation of a choreographic work is also considered. Within this question examples of co-authorship are given, its types and conditions of occurrence are defined. The essence of the creative contribution of the set designer and costume artist to the creation of the choreographic work as a complex object of copyright and the appropriateness of recognizing them as co-authors of the choreographic work is studied separately. As a result, the author gives the following list of co-authors of the choreographic work - choreographers (choreographers), choreographer-producer, author of the musical accompaniment, author of the script (libretto), artist-producer. A comparative analysis of the national doctrine and practice of foreign countries regarding these issues is conducted in the article

Manifestation of the author's image category in the characteristics of the reign of peter the great (Based on the material of V.O. Klyuchevsky"Russian history")
No full textThe article analyzes the features of the manifestation of the category of the author's image in the work of V.O. Klyuchevsky's "Russian History" on the example of the characteristics of the reign of the outstanding Russian monarch - Peter I, whose reign, which dramatically changed the progressive development of Russian life, had an extremely contradictory influence on the fate of the Russian Empire until its collapse in 1917. The purpose of the work is to prove that the interpretation of the text from the standpoint of the category of the author's image, as a supercategory serving as the organizing principle and focus of the essence of the text, reveals the internal unity of the text, not only artistic but also scientific, especially as complex and non-trivial as V.O. Klyuchevsky, possessing the highest cognitive, ethical and aesthetic value. In the course of the study, as a result of correlation of the author's self with the content being introduced and the establishment of the principle of selecting facts exposed in the book by V.O. Klyuchevsky analysis, the scientific method that is not directly formulated in the historian's work is explicated, which allows reconstructing the author's image as the image of a researcher. Observation of the features of the linear development of the text makes it possible to discover ways of reinforcing meanings, to assess the degree of their fixation, and therefore, to actualize, derive fixed meanings, establish their general meaningful orientation and, on this basis, reconstruct the value-ethical side of the author's image. Extrapolation of the concept of the image of the author, developed by V.V. Vinogradov for a systematic analysis of a literary text, designed to establish the features of each conditionally distinguished level of the text and the principle of matching all levels with each other, into scientific texts can significantly expand our understanding of the scope of application of systematic methods of analysis. © 2020, Association for the Advancement of Computing in Education. Scalability analysis of radical technologies to various aircraft class: Part 1: initial designs
No full textVarious research initiatives in hybrid-electric/sustainable aviation typically address only a single vehicle or single vehicle class. However, novel propulsion and energy solutions can be expected to be differently applied in different vehicle classes. The objective of the EU funded research project CHYLA (Credible HYbrid eLectric Aircraft) is to identify areas suitable for scaling, as well as limitations or challenges for development for the applications of key radical technologies on different classes of aircraft. This article provides an overview of the design approach followed for the CHYLA project, as well as initial radical designs and comparison to the CHYLA baselines. These provide the starting point for both the sensitivity study which will be presented in a later scalability assessment and economical assessments in the CHYLA project. A variety of regional, short medium range and large aircraft has been designed, all according to the same TLAR yet without detailed tuning of important power control variables. Results are distinguishable between concepts and provide sufficient detail to capture the necessary effects. The reduction of fuel consumption will require detailed assessment and fine tuning, though reductions may be achievable for regional and possibly SMR aircraft
Scalability analysis of radical technologies to various aircraft class: Part 2: Sensitivity Analysis
No full textThis study aims at providing a landscape of opportunities and limitations for hybrid-electric aircraft (HEA) and hydrogen-powered aircraft by investigating several technological combinations applied to three aircraft classes: Regional (REG), Short-Medium Range (SMR) and Large Passenger Aircraft (LPA). The preliminary sizing of HEA using different hybrid-electric powertrain architectures, combined with various distributed propulsion layouts is conducted. The resulting HEA are then compared to a conventional design, on the basis of several performance metrics, for variations in harmonic range and passenger capacity. Throughout the design space considered, it is found that opportunities for radical aircraft design are scarce and offer limited prospective.<br/
