This executive summary provides an overview of my internship experience as a Human Resources (HR) student and the finding derived from a SWOT analysis conducted for Mahkota Medical Centre. Mahkota Medical Centre or known as MMC is a private hospital that is located in Melaka. Following the outbreak of Covid-19, the healthcare industry appears to be blossoming in recent years. Due to the thriving of the healthcare industry, many companies in this industry, including MMC try to take an opportunity to expand or reinforce their operation. Before taking this action, the company must conduct extensive research from several perspectives to choose the appropriate course of action. Taking a wrong decision could give a significant impact on the business. The objectives of this report were to assess the internal strengths and weaknesses of the MMC as well as external opportunities and threats from every perspective. Therefore, I will be using SWOT analysis as a tool to evaluate MMC. Throughout my internship, I had an opportunity to gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, organization development and payroll. These experiences provide me a valuable insight that served as the foundation for conducting the SWOT analysis on MMC. According to Kenton (2023), SWOT analysis is a framework that is used to evaluate a company's competitive position and to develop strategic planning. The application of SWOT analysis in a business plan can be a useful tool for the company to evaluate the company's market position before making any decision to obtain a competitive advantage over rivals in the same industry. The findings of MMC's SWOT analysis will be discussed in depth through this report and at the end of the discussion, the recommendation presented aims to enhance business strategies, address weaknesses and capitalize on strength

Practical training is a course that should be completed by all students who took the final semester of Diploma in Building Surveying. Students can choose where company or palace to conduct the practical training. I have select the state government departments of the Facilities Management as a place for the practical training. I have placed at site office zone. The site supervisor as a leader in this site had been appointed to be my supervisor during the training. During the practical training, I learned about the use of concrete in construction of apartments. For example, knowing that each type or grade of concrete, know the making and delivery of concrete to the construction site. Practical training will be end after four months the students complete the training. Finally, students will then prepare a report according to the topics that relevant to the work during the practical training that had been done

This project describes the development of the medication web applications to help the elderly in cater their medications. Currently, dementia diseases frequently happened among older adults which are loss of cognitive performing thinking to such an extent which can interferes with a person’s daily life and activities. Managing medications is such a burden situation for the older adults as it could lead to medication non-adherence. Research about medication reminder and wellness web applications component has been made and found some of the criteria that need to be highlighted to help the older adults in decreasing the potential of medication non-adherence like practical research-based guidance, suggestions and recommendations on developing web application interfaces and other important forms of technology that convenient for the senior citizens use. This web application also will push a notification message based on the medication that has been recorded by the user. This project is focusing to fulfil what the client requirement which might have adjustment from time to time, the suitable methodology would be agile methodology instead of waterfall methodology since waterfall methodology is a well plan schedule and it will be less adjustment within the development. Agile Rapid Application Development or also known as RAD model is chosen for this research methodology. Panasonic is a well-known company that manufacturer of electrical and electronic products in Kadoma, Osaka. This company has been chosen to be analyse in this case study under the subject of Technology Entrepreneurship (ENT600) code. This case study is to figure out about the background of company, organizational structure, products and services of Panasonic Company. One of the product have been chosen from the Panasonic Company is MX-801SHG Blender. Thus, the business, marketing and operating strategies used by the Panasonic Company has been figure out to see how the company manage the production of their product into the target market. Next, there are some problems that I figure out about this MX-801SHG Blender by using SWOT analysis. All the information about the MX-801SHG Blender has been studied. Due to the needs and demands by the existing users of the MX-801SHG Blender, there have several problem that face by Panasonic Company. They have an issues with the control settings for the blender, the design and material that use to make the blade and also the design and material that use to make blender container. After discovering the product issues, I also find the solution based on the limitations that the company should design. This will help the business find ways of overcoming and satisfying the needs of their customers by making their product to be more unique. The company should address the problems with all the solution suggested in order to develop the new product to target the market in the future. At last, in order to enhance the goods and services, some suggestions can be made. They can improve the material of the blender container by using glass material to make it more resistant toward variety of food and temperature. Other than that, the company should provide more speed choices which have three speed ranges from low to high that can be used for all kinds of food and can also make the control settings to be in automatic. All the recommendations are very useful to the Panasonic Company and can serve as a catalyst for improving their product research and innovation. As a consequence, the Panasonic Company will manufacture a lot of electrical and electronics goods that are more high tech. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
