Comparison of HBV DNA Quantitative Log in Patients Hepatitis B with Telbivudine Therapy Compared with Tenofovir Therapy in Saiful Anwar General Hospital Malang: January 2016 - December 2017
No full textBackground: Hepatitis B is a health problem with high endemic in Indonesia. Hepatitis B virus infection is transmitted parenterally, has a risk of liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. Detection and quantification of HBV DNA are markers of active HBV replication and determine treatment options for hepatitis B. Methods: compare log reduction of HBV DNA in patients treated with Telbivudine and Tenofovir. Results: There was no significant difference in HBV DNA levels between before and after Tenofovir treatment, namely 6 months follow-up (OR 95% CI = 5.41 [0.83 - 35.16], p = 0.0770) and 12 months (OR 95% CI = 5.39 [0.83 - 34.99], p = 0.0780). Telbivudine administration showed a significant difference in HBV DNA levels between before and after treatment at 6 months follow-up (OR 95% CI = 13.69 [4.53 - 41.40], p = 0.0001) and 12 months (OR 95% CI = 13.69 [ 4.53 - 41.41], p = 0.0001). Comparison of Tenofovir and Telbivudine therapy showed no significant difference at 6 months follow-up (OR 95% CI = 0.44 [0.10 - 1.88], p = 0.2690) but significant at 12 months follow-up (OR 95% CI = 6.23). [1.39 - 27.97], p = 0.0170). Conclusion: Â There was a significant difference between the administration of Telbivudine as a treatment for hepatitis B with lower serum HBV DNA levels compared with the administration of Tenofovir at 12-month follow-up therapy
The Effect of Soya and Genistein Supplementation on Serum Lipid Profile of Male Dawley Sprague Rat
No full textBackground: Non-medical therapy is needed to reduce blood lipid levels and prevent atherosclerosis. Foods that contain Isoflavones can improve lipid profiles in the blood.Aim: To determine the effect of soya and genistein supplementation in various doses on total cholesterol, Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL), High Density Lipoprotein (HDL), Triglycerides in male Sprague-Dawley rats.Methods: 35 male Sprague-Dawley rats aged 6-8 weeks were divided into 7 groups, control group; low, medium, and high doses of soy milk; and low, moderate, and high doses of genistein. The treatment was given orally for 60 days. The control used was mice with standard feed. On the 61st day, blood and hepatic tissue samples were taken and checked for lipid profiles using the Friedewald formula. Statistical analysis was carried out by one-way ANOVA and Tukey\u27s posthoc test and Dunnet test, then regression analysis.Results: There was a significant increase in total cholesterol levels (p <0.05) and  LDL levels in low and moderate doses of soy milk group compared to all groups of genistein. There was no significant differences in HDL levels in soya and genistein groups. There was significant increase in Triglyceride levels in all groups of soy milk and low and moderate doses of Genistein compared to high doses of genistein.Conclusion:  Soya and genistein supplementation had increased effect on the Total Cholesterol, LDL and Triglycerides but no effect on HDL in all groups

Upaya meningkatkan indeks pembangunan manusia dalam proses pembangunan daerah merupakan hal penting untuk diperhatikan. Anak yang seharusnya mendapat pengetahuan, kehidupan sehat, dan layak, dituntut bekerja. Melalui perspektif teori modernisasi tentang pembangunan yang berfokus pada peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia untuk mendorong pembangunan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana strategi perencanaan mengatasi permasalahaan pekerja anak dalam upaya peningkataan pembangunan manusia. Metode menggunakan penelitiaan kualitatif dengan pendekataan deksriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi lapangan dan Pustaka. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kondisi ekonomi dan tuntutuan kehidupan memaksa anak bekerja. Dampak positif anak bekerja memunculkan pendapatan tambahan bagi anak, sedangkan dampak negatif masa depan anak terancam, pendidikan, jaminan hidup layak dan kondisi ekonomi memperihatikan. Penting memperioritas penyelesiaaan permasalahan tersebut sebagai strategi utama dalam peningkatan pengetahuan dan kehidupan layak. Upaya pembangunan pertumbuhan manusia yang berkualitas harus diarahkan pada peningkatan kesejahteraan
Observing Indonesia's Agrarian Conflict During The Covid-19 Pandemic
No full textThe Covid-19 epidemic has caused problems, especially in the economic field, which has an impact on the increasing number of residents at the local, national, and even global levels. It is also a health catastrophe throughout 2020. Long-term social distancing laws and restrictions on human movement and activities have rendered economic centers inoperable. Unusual events such as pandemics and reported weak economic growth cannot slow or even limit the rate at which companies acquire community land. According to the community, PSBB means complying with the government's request for restraint and creating a conducive environment by severely limiting mobility and activities outside the home. Meanwhile, Large-Scale Social Restrictions have become a driving force for the widespread appropriation of agrarian resources for large groups of companies with agrarian roots. Obviously, when the pandemic crisis is most severe and Large-Scale Social Restrictions are applied intensively, agrarian conflicts increase. Political Artifacts from the Jakarta International Stadium as Local Leadership Impression Management
No full textThe Jakarta International Stadium building artifacts are used as political buildings by several political actors involved in development planning to gain public support. The study aims to demonstrate how the Jakarta International Stadium\u27s political artifacts shape Anies Baswedan\u27s impression management. This study employs a qualitative approach based on Discourse Network Analysis. Four Twitter posts on the development of the Jakarta International Stadium were used as the data source. The study shows that managing formed impressions creates negative and positive sentiments by bringing up nine dominant discourses. Religious Discourse, Leadership, Presidential Candidates, and Development Performance all left a favorable impression. At the same time, issues such as health, image, happiness index, leadership, presidential candidates, sports, and others cast a negative light. First, three social effects will boost Anies popularity by introducing modern technology to the younger generation. Second, provide a variety of worship facilities for the majority group. Third, minority groups cater to the needs of people with disabilities by experiencing the splendor of the Jakarta International Stadium. This study also demonstrates that the construction of the Jakarta International Stadium can have political qualities because of the stimulus to regulate the pattern of power and authority so that it has public acceptance flexibility

No full textThis article discusses the role of the film "Intiq Rasmiyyatan Gontor TV" in increasing students' learning motivation in learning Arabic. In the context of education, visual media such as films have great potential to attract attention and increase student engagement. This study examines how narrative and visual elements in the film can influence students' interest and enthusiasm for learning. The film "Intiq Rasmiyyatan" presents content that is relevant to the Arabic curriculum, combining an interesting story with cultural and linguistic values. With an interactive approach, this film is able to create a fun and not boring learning atmosphere. The author uses a qualitative method with interviews and observations of students and teachers in several schools that use this film in learning.The results of the study indicate that the use of this film can increase students' motivation in learning Arabic, as seen from the increase in active participation and enthusiasm of students during the learning process. Students who watched this film reported a more positive learning experience and felt more inspired to understand Arabic more deeply. Thus, this article concludes that the film "Intiq Rasmiyyatan Gontor TV" not only functions as a learning aid, but also as a means to motivate students in exploring Arabic and its accompanying culture. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more innovative and effective learning methods

No full textThis study examines film The Interview to determine hegemonic process of political power relations in American films. North Korea is known as a closed country that strongly opposes western domination, especially America. Foreign media always describe North Korean government as a dictator, meaning absolute power of leader. In contrast, film The Interview depicts a humorous figure of North Korean leader by showing figure of Kim Jong Un who enjoys American culture. The plot of Twits in this film depicts uprising that took place to make North Korea a democracy. Qualitative descriptive research method is used in analyzing film through approach of Gramsci hegemony theory about how hegemony process in the film The Interview. Data collection techniques through literature examination include books, journals, documents, and films. Data reduction, data visualization, and drawing conclusions are data analysis activities. The results of study show that dominant group tries to exert influence with concepts of mastery in a persuasive manner by presenting reality from a different point of view. The dominant people here are Americans who are trying to change mindset audience by seeing North Korea as an oppressed people. Leaders who have been known to be assertive, such as Kim Jong Un, who is feared by people, are portrayed as humorous figures with a love for American culture, which is a clear fact in their development that they often experience political tensions

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kebijakan pangan nasional dalam program food estate yang dilakukan pemerintah di wilayah Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan. Penelitian kualtitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur yang berfokus pada perkembangan food estate di Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan, Teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan program food estate di Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan dinilai memiliki kemajuan dalam pandangan pemerintah yang terlihat dari hasil panen dilokasi food estate. Namun kondisi ini menimbulkan berbagai persoalan. Persoalan keberagaman hasil pertanian, infrastruktur pendukung yang belum sepenuhnya selesai, dan persoalan pengelolahan mulai dari keuntungan dan distribusi hasil pertanian. Kondisi lain food estate dinilai bertentangan dengan kedaulatan petani atas lahan. Petani ditempatkan sebagai bagian dari produksi untuk menghasilkan komoditas yang telah ditentukan. Kondisi ini membatasi petani dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Penting mengembangkan studi ini untuk mengetahui perspektif petani dalam melihat program food estate di Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan
Humbang Hasundutan Regional Head Election In 2020: Empty Box Volunteer Political Communication Movement
No full textThe occurrence of a single candidate in the 2020 Humbang Hasundutan District Head Election has spawned political communication to choose an empty box. The empty box volunteer political movement influences voters to vote for blank ballots in the name of ideal democracy. This study examines how empty-box volunteers convey their political messages in music to voters. Qualitative research methods with framing analysis approaches are used to analyze data or political messages in songs against political movements of empty box volunteers. Data collection techniques through literature studies show five songs about the Empty Boxes in the 2020 Humbang Hasundutan Regional Head Election. The results show that the Empty Boxes volunteers place the issue of Empty Boxes Democracy as the main issue with various frames of political messages in the Empty Boxes song. The five songs of empty box volunteer articulate, frame, highlight, and disseminate political messages on three themes, among others, ideal democracy, democracy becomes a movement for change and democracy against political elites
Urban Agriculture Development in Medan City Towards Food Sovereignty
No full textMedan has enormous potential for expanding urban agriculture for achieving food security. The primary issues in achieving the urban agricultural movement are consistency and cooperation. The goal of this essay is to show how the city of Medan's agricultural policies can boost food independence while also improving the economy. This study employs a qualitative descriptive research method with a literature review approach. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data visualization, and making conclusions. The findings indicate that urban agriculture plays an important role in community empowerment through the food self-sufficiency movement. The advantages can lead to new work prospects. It is critical to increasing cooperation between local governments and the community through policy protection and aid for the development of plant management expertise and harvest marketing distribution
