PENGARUH BRAND COMMUNITY DAN EKUITAS MEREK TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN (Studi Pada Komunitas Kawasaki Ninja 250R Di Lumajang)
Get PDFTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand community dan ekuitas merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (Studi Pada Komunitas Kawasaki Ninja 250R) baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian assosiatif kausal yang menggunakan pedekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah komunitas Kawasaki Ninja 250R. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS 16.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk variabel brand community tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Kawasaki Ninja 250R dan variabel ekuitas merek mempunyai pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Kawasaki Ninja 250R. Sedangkan secara pengaruh simultan terdapat pengaruh brand community dan ekuitas merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Kawasaki Ninja 250R dengan koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2) diperoleh sebesar 0,322 yang menunjukkan bahwa 32,2% loyalitas pelanggan Kawasaki Ninja 250R dapat dijelaskan oleh brand community dan ekuitas merek sedangkan sisanya 67,8% loyalitas pelanggan Kawasaki Ninja 250R dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti harga, kualitas, dan citra merek dan sebagainy

Tak tertinggal pula pada Dunia Notaris yang mulai memanfaatkan Perkembangan Teknologi. Diantaranya dengan diberlakukannya Sistem Administrasi Badan Hukum (SABH) berkaitan dengan Permohonan untuk memperoleh Keputusan Pengesahan Badan Hukum Perseroan Terbatas dari Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia secara elektronik. Dengan adanya kemajuan di Bidang Teknologi Informasi tersebut timbullah kemungkinan terhadap kemungkinan diberlakukannya Akta Notaris secara Virtual (secara elektronik) misalnya yang di keluarkan oleh Direktur Jendral Administrasi Hukum Umum (AHU) Kementrian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia. Tujuan: Mendeskripsikan Kajian Hukum, Pelaksanaan, dan Kendala Pembuatan Akta Notaris secara Elektronik yang dikeluarkan oleh Direktorat Jendral Kementrian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (AHU).
Metode Penelitian: Metode yang digunakan dalam Penulisan ini adalah Pendekatan Yuridis Normativ yaitu cara prosedur yang dipergunakan untuk memecahkan Masalah Penelitian dengan Meneliti Data sekunder terlebih dahulu untuk kemudian dilanjutkan dengan mengadakan Penelitian terhadap Data Primer. Jenis Data yang digunakan berupa Data Primer dan Data Sekunder.
Hasil: Notaris sebagai Pejabat yang menjalankan sebagian dari Fungsi Negara wajib memberikan Pelayanan Publik maksimal dalam Pelayanan di Bidang Hukum. Melalui Peran Direktorat Jendral Administrasi Hukum Umum, Notaris diberi kemudahan dalam menjalankan tugasnya terkait Pembuatan Akta Secara Elektronik melalui Aplikasi AHU Online. Walaupun Telah diberikan Kemudahan dalam Pelayanan Publik, Masih terdapat kendala dalam Pelaksanaan Pembuatan Akta Elektronik, yang diantaranya Permasalahan Server yang sering Down dan Sumber Daya Manusia yang belum kopeten untuk menjalankannya. Simpulan: Pembuatan Akta Notaris Secara Elektronok Tidak menyalahi Peraturan dan sesuai dengan Undang-undang yang berlaku berdasarkan Undang-undang Nomor 25 Tahun 2009 dan Undang-undang lainnya. Pelaksanaan Pembuatan Akta Notaris Secara Elektronik di terapkan dalam rangka peningkatan pelayanan publik. Dalam proses pelaksanannya ada beberapa kendala yang diperoleh yaitu kendala oada Server, dan Kendala kesiapan SDM. Saran: Perlu adanya perbaikan Sistem Keamanan pada Sistem Jaringan sehingga tidak mudah diretas oleh para Hacker; Peningkatan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) terhadap penyedia layanan sistem AHU Online, sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan secara maksimal saat proses Input Data; dan Perbaikan dan peningkatan Sistem Server sehingga tidak terjadi server down di jam-jam pelayanan kantor.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
