Caso Daniel : a cobertura jornalística como agente do julgamento criminal

Presume-se que a cobertura midiática local acerca do crime se ateve à espetacularização para programas televisivos e aproveitou de temáticas favoráveis à audiência — e tem-se como premissa que o recorte utilizado por um programa em específico, líder em audiência à época, o Tribuna da Massa, influiu na sentença final, dada em março de 2024. O objetivo do trabalho é fazer uma webreportagem que trate da história do jogador Daniel Corrêa de Freitas e dos envolvidos no crime, sem atribuir ju ízo de valor, e trazer uma breve análise da forma como o Tribuna da Massa cobriu os desdobramentos do caso. Este documento, produzido para a disciplina de TCC, corresponde à finalização de um produto iniciado em meados de 2022, e traz um apanhado contextual e conceitual acerca da temática, bem como justifica a escolha do veículo, do gênero, da linguagem e das demais decisões tomadas pelo autor que acarretaram na produção desta webreportagem. Para a produção, foram consultados o inquérito policial, as centenas de páginas do processo final, a sentença, recortes de edições do programa Tribuna da Massa, vídeos do julgamento e entrevistas próprias realizadas pelo autor. Este trabalho tem como fio condutor o assassinato do jogador, mas propõe também uma reflexão acerca do jornalismo policial que se encarregou de noticiar o casoAbstract : This Final Course Work (TCC) in Journalism addresses the murder case of soccer player Daniel Corrêa de Freitas by businessman Edison Brittes Jûnior, who lived in Sâo José dos Pinhais, in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba. lt is assumed that local media coverage of the crime was limited to spectacularization for television programs and took advantage of thèmes favorable to the audience - and it is assumed that the cut used by a specific program, leader in audience at the time, Tribuna da Massa, influenced the final sentence, given in March 2024. The objective of the work is to produce a web report that deals with the story of player Daniel Corrêa de Freitas and those involved in the crime, without attributing value judgments, and to provide a brief analysis of how Tribuna da Massa covered the developments of the case. This document, produced for the TCC discipline, corresponds to the completion of a product started in mid-2022, and provides a contextual and conceptual overview of the theme, as well as justification for the choice of vehicle, genre, language and other decisions made by the author that led to the production of this web report. For the production, the police investigation, hundreds of pages of the final case, the sentence, clippings from editions of the Tribuna da Massa program, videos of the trial and interviews conducted by the author were consulted. Get PDFA autora analisa a incidência da figura do incumprimento antecipado nos contratos de consumo, em especial os de compra e venda de imóveis na planta. Na primeira parte, a autora conceitua o adimplemento, destacando este como escopo da relação obrigacional, através da classificação dos deveres a que estão obrigadas as partes, para que, ao final, se alcance a função social do contrato, com a completa satisfação do credor. Adiante, a autora se volta ao estudo do inadimplemento como a parte patológica da relação obrigacional, trazendo suas classificações e efeitos. Na segunda parte, o estudo se volta à figura específica do incumprimento antecipado, através da abordagem histórica do surgimento do instituto, sua recepção no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro, seus elementos formadores, natureza jurídica, assim como sua aplicação pela jurisprudência. Ao final, a autora trata da possibilidade de aplicação do inadimplemento antecipado nos contratos consumeristas, enfatizando-se as hipóteses de contratos imobiliários de venda de imóveis não prontos.The author analyzes the incidence of the figure of anticipated breach on consumer’s contracts, in particular the purchase and sale of real estate in the plant. First, the author conceptualizes the due performance, highlighting this as the main reason of the obligatory relationship, through the classification of duties to which the parties are required, so that in the end is reached the social function of the contract, to the complete satisfaction of the creditor. Ahead, the author turns to the study of the breach as the pathological part of the obligatory relationship, bringing their ratings and effects. In the second part, the study turns to the specific figure of the anticipated breach of the contract by historical approach of the birth of the institute, its reception in the Brazilian law, its formative elements, legal nature, as well as their application in the precedents. At the end, the author comes to the possibility of applying the antecipatory non performance in consumer’s contracts, emphasizing the hypothesis of not finished real estate contracts

No full textThis work analyzes some of the exchanges generated around the work of Father João Daniel (1722-1776) and the uses that it indicates for the words “Amazônia” and “Amazonas”, both subscribing to an already established written tradition on the regional theme and providing meanings that would be used later. The suggestion for this reading is what could be called “historical hermeneutics”, the idea supported by Hans Georg Gadamer according to which the conditions for interpreting a historical text require the “fusion of horizons” between the interpreter of the work and its author, and that such a fusion requires an understanding of the conditions of language use at a specific historical moment. The works in question were produced by the priest during his period in prison and organized in Brazil with the titles of “Tesouro Descoberto no Máximo Rio Amazonas” (2004) and “Livro do rio maximo do Padre João Daniel” (2012). In it, João Daniel carefully explains the conditions of life in the Amazon hinterland, tries to create a mental map that makes the region's population clear, as well as deals with the specificities of what, in his vocabulary, appears as "Amazon state", the region interconnected by the flow of the great river.Este trabajo analiza algunos de los intercambios generados en torno a la obra del padre João Daniel (1722-1776) y los usos que indica para las palabras “Amazônia” y “Amazonas”, ambas adscritas a una tradición escrita ya establecida sobre el tema regional y proporcionando significados que serían utilizados más tarde. La sugerencia para esta lectura es lo que podría llamarse “hermenéutica histórica”, la idea sustentada por Hans Georg Gadamer según la cual las condiciones para interpretar un texto histórico requieren la “fusión de horizontes” entre el intérprete de la obra y su autor. , y que tal fusión presupone una comprensión de las condiciones de uso del lenguaje en un momento histórico específico. Las obras en cuestión fueron realizadas por el sacerdote durante su período de prisión y organizadas en Brasil con los títulos de “Tesouro Descoberto no Máximo Rio Amazonas” (2004) y “Livro do rio maximo do Padre João Daniel” (2012). En ellos, João Daniel explica cuidadosamente las condiciones de vida en el interior de la Amazonía, trata de crear un mapa mental capaz de esclarecer la población de la región, además de tratar las especificidades de lo que, en su vocabulario, aparece como “el estado de Amazonas”, la región interconectada por el caudal del gran río.Este trabalho analisa alguns dos usos que a obra do padre jesuíta João Daniel (1722-1776) indica para os vocábulos “Amazônia” e “Amazonas”, tanto inscrevendo-se numa já estabelecida tradição escrita sobre o tema regional quanto fornecendo sentidos que seriam utilizados posteriormente. A sugestão para esta leitura é aquilo que se poderia chamar de “hermenêutica histórica”, a ideia sustentada por Hans Georg Gadamer segundo a qual as condições de interpretação de um texto histórico requerem a “fusão de horizontes” entre o intérprete da obra e o seu autor, e que tal fusão pressupõe um entendimento das condições de uso da linguagem num momento histórico específico. As obras em questão foram produzidas pelo padre durante o seu período no cárcere e organizadas no Brasil com os títulos de “Tesouro Descoberto no Máximo Rio Amazonas” (2004) e “Livro do rio máximo do padre João Daniel” (2012). Nelas, João Daniel explicita, de forma cuidadosa, as condições de vida no sertão amazônico, tenta criar um mapa mental capaz de tornar clara a povoação da região, bem como trata das especificidades daquilo que, no seu vocabulário, aparece como “estado do Amazonas”, a região interligada pelo fluxo do grande rio. O artigo constata que o sentido da obra do padre tem três “tempos”: aquilo que ele possivelmente leu de seus antecessores, aquilo que ele viu com seus próprios olhos e aquilo, por fim, que ele imaginou como sendo uma civilização portuguesa e católica
Competing models of socially constructed economic man : differentiating Defoe's Crusoe from the Robinson of neoclassical economics
Get PDFDaniel Defoe’s Robinson Crusoe has seldom been read as an explicitly political text. When it has, it appears that the central character was designed to warn the early eighteenth-century reader against political challenges to the existing economic order. Insofar as Defoe’s Crusoe stands for "economic man", he is a reflection of historically-produced assumptions about the need for social conformity, not the embodiment of any genuinely essential economic characteristics. This insight is used to compare Defoe’s conception of economic man with that of the neoclassical Robinson Crusoe economy. On the most important of the ostensibly generic principles espoused by neoclassical theorists, their "Robinson" has no parallels with Defoe’s Crusoe. Despite the shared name, two quite distinct social constructions serve two equally distinct pedagogical purposes. Defoe’s Crusoe extols the virtues of passive middle-class sobriety for effective social organisation; the neoclassical Robinson champions the establishment of markets for the sake of productive efficiency

No full textA leitura tem o poder de nos conectar às histórias, de nos transportar para outros universos, de ser uma fuga da realidade. Por outro lado, ler um livro por obrigação só tem um efeito, que não poderia ser pior: afastar o leitor do universo literário. Assim, é necessário retirar o caráter opressor e obrigatório da leitura; existem direitos no que se refere ao ato de ler. Tomando como ponto de partida os dez direitos do leitor apresentados por Pennac (1997) em sua obra Como um romance, o presente artigo tem por objetivo explicitar e discutir os dez direitos do leitor propostos pelo autor. A metodologia utilizada foi a realização de uma pesquisa qualitativa de cunho exploratório, na qual utilizamos alguns preceitos da abordagem temática para tratar a obra Como um romance de Daniel Pennac. Durante a análise da obra, buscamos analisar cada capítulo de forma a esclarecer e interpretar cada direito do leitor, visando instruir os leitores e acabar com pré-conceitos atrelados a leitura e ao ato de ler. Em síntese, todos os direitos propostos e discutidos por Pennac, em sua obra Como um Romance (1997), são de extrema importância e relevância para incentivar as práticas e o desenvolvimento do hábito de leitura, assim como garantir que os leitores estejam cientes dos seus direitos.Palavras-chave: Daniel Pennac. Direitos do leitor. Leitura.AbstractReading has the power to connect us to stories, to transport us to other universes, to be an escape from reality. On the other hand, reading a book as an obligation has only one effect, which could not be worse: to take the reader away from the literary universe. Thus, it is necessary to remove the oppressive and mandatory character from reading; there are rights with regard to the act of reading. Taking as a starting point the ten rights of the reader presented by Pennac (1997) in his work Reads like a novel, this article aims to explain and discuss the ten rights of the reader proposed by the author. The methodology used was to carry out a qualitative research of an exploratory nature, in which we used some precepts of the thematic approach to treat the work Reads like a novel by Daniel Pennac. During the analysis of the work, we seek to analyze each chapter in order to clarify and interpret each right of the reader, aiming at instructing readers and ending prejudices linked to reading and the act of reading. In summary, all the rights proposed and discussed by Pennac, in his work Reads like a novel (1997), are extremely important and relevant to encourage the practices and the development of the reading habit, as well as to ensure that readers are aware of their rights.Keywords: Daniel Pennac. Este artigo apresenta reflexões a partir da experiência da encenação do espetáculo Women’s realizada pelo grupo teatral Experiência Subterrânea usando o texto Mulheres Branco Sport Sleeve camisas longas do autor argentino Daniel Veronese. Esta encenação, na qual somos atriz e diretor, se insere na trajetória de trabalhos do grupo com materiais da cena argentina, e tem como objeto um exercício de uma cena íntima que se sustenta na experimentação do risco entre as atrizes. Esta proposta também está direcionada para uma pesquisa que se desenvolve no Laboratório de Atuação, no Núcleo de Pesquisas sobre Processos de Criação Artística (ÁHQIS).

This article presents reflections from the experience of the staging of the show Women’s performed by the theatrical group Experiência
Subterrânea using the text Women’s White Sport Sleeve Long Shirts by the Argentine author Daniel Veronese. This act, in which we are an actress and director, is part of the group’s work with Argentinean material and has as its object an exercise of an intimate scene that is based on the experimentation of risk among the actresses. This proposal is also directed to a research that is developed in the Laboratory of Performance, in the Nucleus of Research on Processes of Artistic Creation (ÁHQIS).
