    In an effort to improve the performance of its employees, an organization takes several ways: the application of remuneration or performance allowances, work discipline, and work motivation. Human resources have an important role to achieve organizational goals in an effort to improve and develop an organization or company. The success of an organization is strongly influenced by the performance of individuals or groups of employees. Therefore, through the provision of motivation, compensation and the application of work discipline greatly affect the performance of the human resources in it. This study aims to determine the effect of partial performance allowances on employee performance, the effect of work motivation partially on employee performance, the effect of work discipline partially on employee performance and the effect of performance allowances, work motivation and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance. This research technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The population in this study used a saturated sample, namely all civil servants in the Assistant Bureau I of the Regional Secretariat of North Sulawesi Province, amounting to 93 people. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that performance allowances partially have no significant effect on employee performance, work motivation partially has a positive effect on employee performance, work discipline partially has a positive effect on employee performance, performance allowances, work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive effect on performance. employee.     AbstractThe creation of ceramic craft motifs of pucuak rabuang motif is a reinterpretation of the philosophy of the Minangkabau tradition "nan bak pucuak rabuang, ketek baguno gadang tapakai†(like a small, useful little bamboo shoot). Through this tradition, it became a source of inspiration for the creators in the creation of ceramic craft art. The motive of pucuak rabuang is a motive with aesthetic and philosophical values, so it needs to be presented again in the art of ceramic craft. The author revealed the philosophical form and meaning of the pucuak rabuang motive through teapot media. The motif of pucuak rabuang is also found in the gadang house and the sarong head, the bottom of the sarong at the end of the scarf or clothing. The motif of pucuak rabuang is useful for the lives of Minangkabau people.     Other than as decor, Ramayana story-relief of Prambanan temple functions as teachings in visual form. The teachings source, a heroism narration of Rama (also called Ramayana epic), is a holy book originally written by Valmiki an Indian nationality, which later spread to various areas including Java island. Javanese society was known as open to external cultures. Conversely, they did not forthwith use it as their teachings. The epic later encountered a change in the form of story-part addition, written as Ramayana Jawa Kuno (RJK). Several researchers believe that RJK was employed as the guidance in the making of Ramayana story-relief, as there is a conformity between the written text and the rendering sculptures. Thus, the RJK text was likewise employed by the author to analyze the depictions of each scene in the relief panels. Nevertheless, the analyses conversely found some differences in some scenes and objects which show the presence of text interpretation and the discretion of the sculptures at the time

    The application of the presumption of innocence principle has been regulated in law but in practice in the field there are still police officers who lack respect for the implementation of the principle of presumption of innocence, so the author conducts research in the Klaten District Police to find out whether the Klaten Police investigator has applied the presumption of innocence to the suspect and the defendant. This study aims to find out and analyze whether the Police Investigator has obeyed in the application of the principle of presumption of innocence in the criminal investigation process at Klaten Regional Police, To find out the constraints in the application of the presumption of innocence in the investigation of criminal acts in Klaten Regional Police, To find out the nature of the principle presumption of innocence in criminal law enforcement. The research method uses the method of empirical juridical approach, type of descriptive research, location of research in Surakarta City Police, Primary and Secondary data sources, data collection methods used through literature and field studies, using qualitative data analysis. The results of the study show that the Klaten Police Investigator has applied the principle of presumption of innocence to the Reported Party / Suspect in respecting Human Rights because someone as a suspect cannot be found guilty before obtaining a Decision from the Court, anyone who has been suspected of committing a crime must be placed in a position which has the essence of human dignity so that he cannot be found guilty before getting a verdict from the court

    This study aims to find out how the aesthetic values ​​of costumes are reog ponorogo in reog ponorogo art at Sanggar Asem Rowo Bantarangin Parit Village Sadak Kelurahan Bagan Keladi, Dumai Barat Subdistrict, Dumai City with using descriptive analysis method based on interactive qualitative data. Technique data collection in this study using observation techniques, techniques interviews, and documentation techniques. Observation techniques carried out in research this is a technique of participant observation that observes directly and is involved directly in taking data about the aesthetic values ​​of costumes in the arts reog ponorogo. The interview technique is done by making a list of questions about the aesthetic values ​​of reog ponorogo costumes. To strengthen this research the author doing documentation techniques that contain photographs of Reog Ponorogo art costumes and video of the reog ponorogo show in the studio asem rowo bantarangin. Results research shows that very many aesthetic values ​​can be seen from reog ponorogo art costumes. this can be seen from each character dancers showed, there were 5 characters in Reog Ponorogo arts but only 4 characters in the studio asem rowo bantarangin namely warok, pujanggo anom, pembarong and jathil. each character has a different costume, and each costume has meaning both in terms of color, shape, and also motives, and theory the beauty of Dharsono sony kartika which has five qualities namely unity, harmony, equality, balance and contrast. The results of the above research can be drawn the conclusion that Dharsono's theory of Sony Kartika has five qualities, namely unity, harmony, equality, balance and contrast, can show values the beauty stored in every outfit with different characters which is seen in terms of color, shape, motif and also meaning
