The problem in this study is how the criminal responsibility of the perpetrators who participated in burning land in the Teluk Kuantan District Court decision number 182/PID.B/LH/2020/PN TLK and how the modus operandi of land burning in the Teluk Kuantan District Court decision number 182/PID .B/LH/2020/PN TLK. The author uses normative legal research methods by reviewing the data obtained, and the nature of the research is descriptive by providing a clear and detailed description of the criminal responsibility of the perpetrators who participated in burning the land for the study of court decision number 182/PID.B/LH/2020 /PN TLK was carried out based on legal facts and based on statements from witnesses, defendants' statements, and evidence, and was determined to have violated the criminal provisions of Article 108 in conjunction with Article 56 paragraph (1) of Law No. 39 of 2014 concerning Plantations in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph ( 1) 1st Criminal Code. No full textThe quality of elections is highly determined by the election organizers which consist of Election Commission (Komisi Pemilihan Umum) and Election Supervision Agency (Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum) who must be independent and have high integrity. Therefore, permanent recruitment of election organizers must be perfect due to the significant impact on the quality of elections. The research aims to identify the issues of the recent recruitment model as well as formulate an ideal model of recruitment of permanent election organizers in Yogyakarta Special Region that guarantees the independence and integrity of the election organizers. The method applied is a qualitative research design using observation, depth interviews and focus group discussion for collecting data. The results show that the recruitment model of election organizers is regulated in three Laws, First, the Law No.12 of 2008 which shows the recruitment process still involved executive power; Second, the Law No. 15 of 2011 shows a better model; and in the Law No.7 of 2017 is quite ideal, which are indicated by the existence of public involvement in the recruitment process. However, there are several issues, such as: First, the difficulty to find an ideal candidates who have high integrity, high quality and comprehension of electoral skills; should be solved by an open recruitment using both of the CAT system and written documents to ensure that candidates for election management have good theoretical and practical skills; Second, the need of Provincial Election Committee and Provincial Election Supervisory Body involvement in selecting the candidates of Regency / City level election organizers; Third, the need of public awareness on the Election Organizing Institution as an independent and professional institution, so that political preferences can be suppressed.

El Holocausto en tanto tropos universal para experiencias históricas traumáticas
Get PDFAndreas Huyssen highlights in his book En busca del futuro perdido. Cultura y memoria en tiempos de la globalización (2002) that the Holocaust as a universaltropos of traumatic history has been travelling to other contexts which are not related to the historical Holocaust. Departing from Huyssen´s approach two novels will be analyzed in this article: Morirás lejos (1967) written by José Emilio Pacheco, and Zafer Şenocak´s Gefährliche Verwandtschaft (1998). The Mexican author explores the Holocaust during the Third Reich and the genocides perpetrated during the Spanish Conquest and Spanish. On his part, the autodiegetic narrator in the novel of the German author of Turkish origin deals with a family memory regarding the Holocaust and the genocide comitted against the Armenians during the Ottoman Empire. So both texts contribute to the construction of a transnational historical memory on war crimes and crimes against humanity perpetrated by authoritan governments.En su libro En busca del futuro perdido. Cultura y memoria en tiempos de la globalización (2002), Andreas Huyssen llama la atención sobre el desplazamiento del Holocausto, en tanto tropos de la historia traumática, a contextos norelacionados con el Holocausto histórico. A partir de sus planteamientos se analizarán en el presente artículo dos novelas: Morirás lejos (1967) de José Emilio Pacheco y Gefährliche Verwandtschaft (1989) de Zafer Şenocak. En la novela del escritor mexicano se aborda tanto el Holocausto perpetrado durante el Tercer Reich como los genocidios cometidos durante la Conquista e Inquisición españolas. A su vez, en la del autor alemán, de origen turco, el narrador autodiegético elabora la memoria familiar, por un lado, respecto al Holocausto y, por otro, en cuanto al genocidio de los armenios perpetrado durante el Imperio otomano. Así, ambas propuestas literarias contribuyen a la construcción de una especie dememoria histórica transnacional acerca de crímenes de guerra y delitos de lesa humanidad cometidos por regímenes autoritarios

In maintaining the quality of cold and frozen cargo conditions it is
necessary to prevent temperature decreasing that cause cargo damage and
container reefers engine trouble, because the cargo is cold and has the
characteristic of being easily damaged by temperature changes. With this policy
the author summarizes the problem of how the process of loading free and frozen
loads at MV Tanro Bersatu and the factors causing damage to the cargo and what
efforts are being undertaken to prevent the occurrence of damage. In writing this
thesis is based on the author's observation on cold and frozen cargo load control
procedures at MV Tanto Bersatu which is used in the research report and as a
foundation to solve the problem. The method used in this study is qualitative
descriptive.
Based on the research done by the author during screening at MV Tanto
Bersatu. In the handling of frozen and frozen cargo at MV Tanto Bersatu there are
problems that are not in accordance with the procedure. The problem is the lack of
crew responsibilities for their individual duties and the absence of crew in
assessing the risk conditions. The data were collected in the form of approaches to
objects through observation, direct interviews on the subject and using documents
and data related to the implementation of cold and frozen cargo handling control.
It can be concluded that the electrician does not carry out its
responsibilities in handling cold and frozen loads and boatswain as experienced
personnel does not familiarize themselves with new crew. Writer's advice: 1)
Assessing personnel achievement 2) Actively familiarizing with new crew
members.

La techumbre del Tanto Monta (Huesca, 1478) y el lema de Fernando el Católico
No full textThe ceiling of the Hall of Tanto Monta of the Episcopal Palace of Huesca was commissioned in 1478 by Bishop Antón de Espés. It bears the oldest monumental representations of the coat of arms of the Catholic Monarchs and the emblem of Ferdinand (the yoke, Gordian knot and the “Tanto monta” motto). However, the symbols of Isabella (the eagle and arrows) are missing. This article postulates, regarding the meaning of the “Tanto monta”, that the ceiling supports the hypotheses of Juan Gil, that the emblem was particularly associated with Ferdinand and that it sought to equate him with Alexander the Great in relation to the
prophecies that presented him as the messianic conqueror of Jerusalem. The ceiling bears a possible allusion to another legend of Alexander the Great: his ascension to heaven with two griffins and a wooden yoke. Lastly, the author studies the royal coats of arms and the coat of arms and emblems of Bishop Espés, which include an exceptional depiction of a painted astrolabe.La techumbre del Tanto Monta del palacio episcopal de Huesca fue realizada en 1478 por encargo del obispo Antón de Espés. En ella figuran las representaciones de carácter monumental más antiguas del escudo de los Reyes Católicos y del emblema de Fernando (el yugo, el nudo gordiano y el lema “Tanto monta”). Faltan, por el contrario, las divisas de Isabel (el águila y las flechas). En el artículo se plantea, acerca del significado del “Tanto monta”, que la techumbre respalda las hipótesis de Juan Gil: el emblema pertenecía sobre todo a Fernando, y con él se buscaba equipararlo con Alejandro, en relación con las profecías que lo presentaban como conquistador mesiánico de Jerusalén. La techumbre presenta una posible alusión a otra leyenda sobre Alejandro: su ascensión a los cielos con dos grifos y un yugo de madera. No full textIl libro è una riflessione sul fare architettura che l’autore circoscrive attorno alla propria esperienza, ma se letta all'interno di un'ottica più ampia, essa è anche un'impietosa rappresentazione del modo in cui la disciplina progettuale si rapporta alla realtà contemporanea, restandone fortemente condizionata. Il quadro che l'autore traccia è quello di una società che, per un verso, sembra manifestare indifferenza rispetto al ruolo rappresentativo/organizzativo degli spazi che il progetto architettonico tende per tradizione ad esercitare ed ai valori che custodisce in sé, mentre, per altro verso, appare consapevolmente disposta a subire il fascino della sistematica "provocazione figurativa" della nuova architettura, quella, per intenderci, delle archistar. E tale secondo aspetto ha, come insidioso "effetto di ritorno", quello di assoggettare gli utenti ad una sorta di bombardamento di stimoli visivi, di effetti formali che inducono ad un coinvolgimento emotivo, ad un acritico stupore; salvo poi manifestare, con un moto improvviso -imprevisto quanto, a volte, ingiustificato- un impulso collettivo di ribellione, di rigetto nei confronti di un singolo edificio in sé non particolarmente censurabile, soprattutto rispetto al panorama delle realizzazioni correnti.The book is a reflection on the author to make architecture that surrounds around its own experience, but if read as part of a broader perspective, it is also pitiless depiction of how the design discipline relates to the contemporary reality , remaining strongly affected.
