No full textPada saat menstruasi masalah yang dialami banyak wanita adalah rasa tidak nyaman atau rasa nyeri yang hebat.Hal ini biasa disebut dismenore. Dismenore merupakan masalah ginekologis yang paling umum dialami wanita baik wanita dewasa maupun wanita usia remaja.
Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu Meninjau literatur review berdasarkan kategori pengetahuan, usia, dan penanganan. Meninjau literatur review mengenai perilaku penanganan dismenore pada remaja.
Hasil yang di dapatkan dari beberapa jurnal menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang cukup signifikan terhadap perilaku penanganan Dismenore pada Remaja putri. Dengan memberika kompres hangat,antibiotik,Terapi non Farmakologi dan Terapi farmakologi yang di anggap sebagai penanganan paling efektif dan cepat. Dengan mengandalkan sikap yang ditunjukan Remaja putri serta pengetahuan tentang Dismenore. Kesimpulan Remaja yang mengalami dismenore setelah diberikan kompres hangat,antibiotik dan Terapi merasakan berkurangnya rasa nyeri. Saran: Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan materi pembelajaran agar mahasiswa dapat lebih memahami lagi tentang perilaku penangan Dismenore pada remaja putri

The company is located at Jl. Patra III Block I 3 5 Sako Palembang. In the data collection company, the writer uses the method of direct observation, interviews, and documentation. From the data obtained, the authors found several problems. Such as they have not done the calculation of cost of production and the resulting classification of costs which have not been right so that the effect on the sale price. To overcome the problems that exist in the company, the author tries to give a proposal that might be useful to the company, the company should calculate the cost of classication so that the company is more appropriate and a good selling price

The lack of seriousness and independence of learning, reasoning ability is still low, and not all families have an adequate learning environment and conducive are several factors that may affect learning. Therefore, this study was conducted in order to determine whether or not a positive and significant between the relationship among learning independence, reasoning ability and learning environment at home with students mathematics learning outcomes in class XI TKJ of even semester in SMK Negeri 1 Pleret Bantul Regency at Academic Year 2015/2016. The population of this research was all students of class XI TKJ of even semester in SMK Negeri 1 Pleret Bantul in the academic year 2015/2016 consisting of 2 classes. As a sample class was class XI TKJ B by random sampling technique to the class. The data collection technique was performed by a method of testing and questionnaires. The questionnaire method used collection data learning independence and learning environment at home, as well as the test method used collection data on reasoning ability and mathematics learning the result of the student. Test data analysis requirements using the test for normality, independent, and the test for linearity. Data analysis for hypothesis testing using correlation analysis and linear regression analysis. The research result showed that there was a significant positive correlation between learning independence, reasoning ability and learning environment at home with students mathematics learning outcomes with  > . No full textSalah satu upaya kampus perguruan tinggi melakukan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah dengan cara “berbagi kepakaran melalui menyelenggaraan pelatihanâ€. Kali ini, Fakultas Bisnis Universitas Bina Insani memberikan pelatihan kepada para Kepala Sekolah dan Kepala Bagian Keuangan Yayasan di Sekolah Terrpadu Putra I Jakarta. Pelatihan ini dimaksudkan untuk “mengingatkan kembali†para Pimpinan Sekolah dan Staf Yayasan yang betanggung jawab dalam penyusunan anggaran serta pelaporan kegiatan berikut penggunaan dana sekolah. Penyusunan anggaran dan pelaporan penggunaan dana kegiatan, pada awalnya dilakukan oleh Bagian Keuangan Yayasan. Selain itu, Bagian Keuangan Yayasan juga melakukan pemngalokasian dana, sehingga para Kepala Sekolah hanya mengelola operasional kegiatan berdasakan dana yang ada, juga tidak ada pelaporan penggunaan dana. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode diskusi pleno menggunakan audio visual, diskusi kelompok guna pembahasan dan simulasi serta praktik penyusunan anggaran dan pelaporan kegaiatan. Hasil Kegiatan pelatihan diharapkan dapat mendorong para Kepala Sekolah untuk mampu dan mau menyusun anggaran sekolah berdasarkan kegiatan (activity based budgeting), serta menysun pelaporan penggunaan dana seusai melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan.

No full textThis study aims to examine the direct and indirect effect of capital structure on company's value. The samples are 19 food and beverages companies which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a listing period on 2016-2019. The author used panel data regression to analyze the data. The result shows that the capital structure has no effect on company's value, in contrast company's value was effected by profitability. Profitability which is used as a mediating variable is able to make capital structure significantly effect the company's value. This research implies that companies may consider the effect of capital structure on profitability in order to boost the company value.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sampelnya adalah 19 perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan periode pencatatan 2016-2019. Penulis menggunakan regresi data panel untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan nilai perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh profitabilitas. Profitabilitas yang digunakan sebagai variabel mediasi mampu membuat struktur modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan bahwa perusahaan dapat mempertimbangkan pengaruh struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan

No full textThe state’s ideology as the fundamental norm must be coherent with the legal system that is built because ideology is the beginning and the end that must be achieved in a state. In fact, in Indonesia, the formation, implementation, and enforcement of the law is not based on Pancasila but is based on and aims at the ideals of liberalism law. This paper aims to analyze the Pancasila legal system with the framework of the Pancasila ideological reasoning method. The author uses a systems approach, semiotics, history, and concepts, using secondary data. Qualitative data analysis was built with analysis-synthetic arguments to conclude. The analysis results show that the reasoning method symbolized on the Garuda Pancasila mandala shield is a form of the concept of balance and pyramidal compounds. The current structure of the Pancasila Law System reasoning method, which is prismatic, is not coherent with the Pancasila method of reasoning, which is actually a pyramidal shape. As a philosophy and State Basic Norms, Pancasila must be derived from the state legal system, so that the Pancasila legal system must be in a pyramidal shape, which places Pancasila as the pinnacle of the formation, implementation, and enforcement of state law. Therefore, the reasoning method of Article 1 paragraph 3 of the 1945 Constitution needs to be amended so that the editorial of the basic legal idea that “Indonesia is a State of Law” will change to “Indonesia is a State of Law of Pancasila”. This change will build a legal paradigm that is genuinely based on Pancasila

No full textCompanies usually decide to merge with the aim of increasing the variety of business fields, funds, the level of efficiency of company management, to liquidity. Although a merger can bring many advantages, it also has some negative effects that can occur. Especially for the parties in the company. One of them is the employee. The problems that will be studied by the author in this study are: 1). What is the impact of the merger on employees; 2). How is the legal protection due to the merger of companies (merger) for employees. This research is a normative juridical research. The results of this study conclude that the impact of the merger for employees is that layoffs can occur which are very detrimental. Therefore, legal protection must be given to employees to ensure justice for them.

Currently, the existing system at Toko Villa Batam still uses a very traditional sales process, meaning that the entire sales process is carried out by recording books, namely in the ledger, then the sales model is still like other stores waiting for customers to come to the store. The system development model in this thesis research, the author uses a development design with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model. Also, this model is the model most widely used by developers in software engineering today. The web-based sales information system at the Villa Batam store which has been completed is analyzed, planned, coded, designed, built using database technology, local servers and programming languages to achieve research objectives and benefits
